We don't expect exactly the same dishes and were not disappointed in freshness, quantity, and uniqueness. Viet Taste has its own, I believe, interpretation of some mainline traditional dishes and we found them delicious and interesting. Midweek lunch for two that included two appetizers and two main dishes with water to drink cost about $50. There was enough left over for another meal. Service - Good (3). Pleasant and effective. Timing on service was unpredictable. Appetizers served after mains for example. Diners who arrived long after us were served before us. Yes, it may be that dishes are delivered when ready, but there was no messaging about delays. Ambiance - (1) needs work. Overgrown plants, unkempt sidewalk in front, and a grimy restroom with no paper towels were signs that some maintenance was needed. The entire space has the potential to offer a much better experience given size and furnishings. See photo of bathroom light switch plate. Next time we may opt for takeout. Overall good and interesting food unique for Salisbury. I hope they upgrade the environment and successfully remain in business.

I'd like to tell you to stay away. To go and choose another spot. To completely avoid this place…read more Why! Because it was simply the best experience I've had with Korean food and personnel since I've started trying out this cuisine type over the past year. I was joined by my friend who ordered the bulgogi beef (which I did not get the opportunity to taste because it was so good he forgot to offer me a try) as well as a kimbap(?) as an appetizer. I tried a piece of the app and it was scrumptious. He said his entree was spicy but ok the best way. He was content with the portion, the taste, and the plating. I did warn him that most folks who come here do end up needing to bring food home. Boy, was that right. So, be kind and bring your own container(s) so you can delight in your leftovers another day. They do have takeout containers but they do not offer take out. You must dine in. So, please do keep this in mind when coming here. It makes sense because otherwise the transit time to take it offsite to eat your meal elsewhere is just not the same to get the full experience they are giving here along with their culinary expertise. The food came out fresh and with a little bit of wait. Patience may be required but it's so worth the wait. What did I have you are asking ? Well, my first ever japchae. Non-spicy option for me. The way the noodles were, I can't describe it. It's a whole fun experience on top of the goodness of the dish. The place has some modest touches to let you know what sort of cuisine they serve. There is a kimbap (?) bar area and a few tables. I imagine it can fill up quickly at lunch or dinner. I highly suggest arriving early to ensure you don't feel rushed. Definitely support this restaurant, make sure it has a longevity they deserve and continue to educate us - ok me- on the deliciousness of Korean cuisine. Of course, I took home my meal leftovers. And I enjoyed them the next day. The parking is easy and free at the Cardiff plaza.

The 'mom' did drop some chopsticks off at our table, but I'm pretty sure she didn't say a word to us. As we waited for her to return to take our order, we were disappointed when she said that she had to wait to take our order until another table did. At that point, we decided to leave. I want this place to be successful. There aren't many Korean options in this part of south Jersey. Please do better.

I appreciated that they had a small or large option as I wanted a light meal, and my tofu plus two sides was just about right. Options included watercress, a favorite and underused vegetable from my point of view. Their tofu was extremely crispy. Getting to the restaurant is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. The place is pretty clean and there is lots of seating. The people are very nice and polite. They greet you as you enter and are very clear with how the menu works. And now for the food. Their dishes let you pick a protein with white or brown rice and 4 side dishes. The first time I went I had the beef bulgogi. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture but it was delicious. It was juicy and flavorful. The next time I went I ordered the spicy pork. I have a decent spice tolerance so I didn't find it too spicy. They were also incredibly nice and gave me the bottom of the batch that is drenched in sauce after I asked. It was incredibly tender and delicious. The best part is the meals are filling at a fair price. I'm glad I tried this recommendation and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town.

We opted against having any BBQ, because I still think the tables are too small for all the plates the drop down. Everyone seems to like the "robot" that carries the food, but I found it kind of loud and annoying (but then, I'm an old man and might just be a little crotchety about that kind of stuff). Started with garlic edamame, which was quickly devoured. Sushi was, again, super-fresh, well sized, and excellently prepared and presented. We also added a kimchi pancake that was huge, and packed with kimchi and other vegetables. Service was very friendly, attentive, and on-point, so overall, a significant improvement. We'll keep them on the list :)

Korean food isn't naturally my first thought when going down the shore but I'm glad it's an option. My wife and I split the chicken sandwich (spicy honey soy) and corn dog (half cheese/hotdog). The chicken sandwich was a generous portion. Anytime I get "spicy" at a restaurant/fast food spot it's not spiced enough but this packed a punch. Nice balance with the sweet from the honey and the salt from the soy. It was topped off with a refreshing slaw. My only gripe was the bread. If I had to guess it was potato bread. It was super soft but dense/heavy. It was still an A+ sandwich. Came with a bag of chips and canned soda. The corndog was nothing short of amazing. Great crunch, melted mozzarella, and quality dog (Nathan's or Hebrew). I got it drizzled with spicy mayo and ketchup. I preferred the corndog as it was easier to eat. Get plenty of napkins or you'll wear your food . I would highly recommend and can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

That's not CrunCheese's fault, though, it's just not a style that I really found to my personal taste. So, just speaking on this location, the dogs were... okay. I had one potato hot dog and one cheddar/mozz cheese log. The potato dog was a meal in one! The potatoes on the outside are like french fry cubes, so it's like a complete combo meal in itself. I'm glad I got the ketchup and mustard on it, because it needed something to cut through the heaviness. The cheese option was more disappointing, though. The "cheddar" was more like Velveeta, or "processed cheese food." It didn't hold it's structure after being fried, so it was honestly like a mouthful of cheese sauce surrounded by fried dough. Sounds appealing, but not pleasant in practice. The mozz was fine, though! Definitely more like a traditional mozzarella stick. For two "dogs" plus one fountain drink, it was over $15. Had I known how heavy it was going to be, I would have only gotten one of the dogs. It would have been plenty. The service was good. The lone cashier (who was also the cook) was helpful and friendly. But, they could have used more staff to handle the line that quickly formed. Plus, it took a VERY long time to get the food after it was ordered. Like, 20 minutes! Overall, it was okay. I'm not in a rush to go back, and it really just didn't fit my style for a quick lunch or food court fare in general. But, if it's your jam, then go for it!
