Overgrown plants, unkempt sidewalk in front, and a grimy restroom with no paper towels were signs that some maintenance was needed. All three were on point and made for a great start to the meal. The japchae had great flavor, the wings were crispy and delicious, and the shrimp tempura was light and perfectly fried.
