You can shop from the convenience of home. Kohl's will notify you when your order is ready for fulfillment. Simply go to the store and find your item in the well-marked, self service center of the store and you are done! No more waiting in line and not getting exactly what you need. Kohl's will notify you via email and the process is complete. I found Kohl's to be an exceptional value too. I used to go to Kohls in New Jersey. I was so close by where I lived and we loved it. My daughter and I would go and wait in huge lines on Black Friday! Now we live in Flagler beach, and go to palm coast. Store is small , port orange is a little bigger, but too far! I hate putting miles on my car . We went out for Black Friday with my girlfriend and her daughter a few years ago, she has a 2 story kohls!!! It was amazing , too bad it was Black Friday. We originally came to Kohl's to visit their Lee's Jeans collection. It was on the first floor in the back with large signs on the walls. Yet, it was frustrating to explore because of disorganization and a complete absence of smaller sizes. With Levis mixed in and Black Friday hordes making it impossible to maintain any order to the displays, we soon tired of the effort. On our way out we did find a nice leather jacket sitting in a small group on a rack with outerwear sweaters. There was only one in the right size, and the price was very good with all the discounts applied. We went for it, but quickly discovered that the queue to the cashiers wound through the store like a hungry giant Python. Man! I dislike this insanity. But, there I was knee deep in this Big Muddy. I rode it out, and the line actually moved quickly with the help of a few workers who directed people to the next available register. All in all, we survived, but I will leave this shopping mania to those with a more accepting constitution. I went to Kohl's today to pick up a couple new pairs of pants and just happened to stumble bass akwards into the second funniest thing to ever happen to me in a public dressing room. The funniest thing, by the way, involved me, a rogue zipper, and two well-placed and well-needed stitches. I'll just leave it at that. So I walk into the Kohl's dressing room and start trying on my regularly-priced-$79.99-now-on-sale-for-$23.99 pants and hear that someone is entering the dressing room adjacent to mine. I think nothing of it and continue to try to squeeze my 44-inch waist into a pair of 40-inch Dockers. But a mere few seconds later I can hear this individual -- clearly a large man by the grunting and groaning -- taking off his belt. The noise a belt makes is quite distinct and it sounded like this guy had a belt buckle the size of a trash can lid. It sounded like he was taking off a parachute with all the clasps, buckles, and snaps he was undoing. I chuckle to myself and take a deep breath to buckle my own pants when I hear this guy -- I'm going to start calling him Dirty Randy from now on -- make a couple additional grunting noises. I'm paying homage to Dirty Randy from "The League." Great show. It sounds like this guy -- I think to myself -- is trying to take a shit instead of trying to take a shirt. This incredibly crazy idea is only made more plausible by the next thing that happens: Dirty Randy absolutely uncoils a five-star, MVP-caliber fart. It was one of those epic sonofabitches that gets a second wind halfway through and grows louder. It sounded like he was trying to start an old tractor. At the time I had one leg into my own pants and the commotion in the next dressing room sent me tumbling against the wall laughing hysterically. Here I was busting a gut while this guy was busting ass. "Son of a bitch," Dirty Randy mumbles matter-of-factly. And I don't know exactly what it was about the way he said it, but it sounded like he was saying "Son of a bitch" not as a result of what happened but as a precursor of what was yet to come. To keep prices low, please don't shit in the dressing room And sure enough Dirty Randy lets loose a second fart, this one somehow even more repulsive than the first. The noise was a cross between an old creaky door opening and a Beluga whale. If you don't know what that sounds like, check out this YouTube video. Seriously, did this guy think he was walking into the men's room instead of the dressing room? Is he squatting over a pile of discarded clothes that didn't fit the last guy who was in there? The image playing out in my head was hysterical. But the hysterics turned into hysteria when a visitor entered my dressing room. In the interest of full disclosure, I did lock the door before I went in there. But what came into that dressing room cannot be turned back by a $5 door bolt from Home Depot. It came in through, under, and over the door. It seeped through the cracks in the walls and tumbled down from the ceiling. I'm here to tell you ladies and gentlemen, it was an actual mist. Like in that Stephen King movie. I half expected a monster to come out of it and eat me. But that would have been the painless way out. Instead, what came out of that mist was a stench so horrific that eight hours later it's still burned into my nostrils. "My bad, buddy," Dirty Randy says from the room next door, real casual-like as if he accidentally walked between me and a TV I was watching instead of purposely filling my dressing room full of Agent Orange. I gasped for air, trying to breathe through my mouth instead of my nose. But all that did was give me a big ole' taste of whatever it was he ate that caused such a travesty in his lower intestine. I am absolutely appalled by how Kohl's has not only treated myself, during a problem that their neither their website nor store manager would help with, but also how they have tried to silence my review of their poor service and treatment! Shame on you kohl's for taking down my review just because you didn't like the honesty! Your lack of acknowledgment that you work in a SERVICE industry and your job is to HELP customers with their purchases. This is why your stores are going out of business and people are going to Amazon to shop! The store not being able to access an order placed on the company's website and then the manager not having any problem solving skills or any desire to actually try to solve the issue is deplorable. On top of being treated with no respect at all by the store manager, that the company website wouldn't work which could have helped resolve the issue. I spent over $2500 in the last few weeks at your store for a ministry outreach as well as personally and cannot believe this is how Kohl's would allow a customer to be treated. The below is the removed reviewed: No customer service skills at all! If I could give zero stars I would! The management staff at this kohl's has no customer service or problem solving skills and doesn't seem interested in trying to resolve issues for their customers. They have no concept of the fact that Kohl's is all one company to the customer and how their company is divided up internally is not the customers problem. I will no longer shopping at this location after the experience I had this evening. I went to this location to return a Fitbit that I received on my birthday. The reason being is the size was incorrect. When I went there to pick it up originally on July 31. I went and was assisted by a nice rep on the floor. Who opened the door handed me the Fitbit and I proceeded to check out. This wasn't the first time I bought a Fitbit I had a Charge HR for previously and also bought one for my sister and cousin on two separate occasions. Every time was a normal shopping experience you get the item and you check out. Tonight, August 9, 2016 in the 6 o'clock hour. I went in returned the Fitbit and I was given store credit in which I just planned to use to select the correct one. So I went up to the Fitbit location to select the one I wanted. I was with my mother and cousin. My mother walked past a women who was working in the women's department ( middle aged, Caucasian women, glasses and a short bob blonde/brownish light colored hair, her name I believe was Linda.) She was very close to where we were. When I made eye contact with her she had a very annoyed look on her face. She wasn't friendly and she was cold. I told her which Fitbit I will be needed she handed it to me and then took it back asking if this was the one I wanted because she needed to take it down stairs to the register. That I'm not allowed to do so in a tone that I knew it had all to do with the color of my skin and her prejudgements.Two customers who were being assisted by another associate witnessed this behavior and just gave me a sympathetic look as if they felt bad for the experience I was having. Because of this experience I will no longer shop at Kohls. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. It's unfortunate in this day and age to be racially profiled in a store that I once enjoyed going to. I really like Kohl's, they have great sales. Sometimes they even give you cash back on purchases. Thing are always affordable, but they size weird. I am usually a large in shirts, but at Kohl's I am 1 to 2 sizes higher than normal. I also find the store to often times be very messy. Clothing racks are often picked over making it difficult to find clothes. I think it would be beneficial if they hired more staff, or had more staff on to clean up. When shopping at other department stores, I see their merchandise is easier to find because it's organized. Kohl's should take a lesson! read more

Was at store last night to buy my wife something from their store for Mothers Day. She saw it there last week and when I told her we woukd get it she Was excited all week. Get to the store verify price on sign was same. Proceed to check out. The register rings up $30.00 more than price on their sign. I say something to cashier and we walk over verify what sign says and figure that we are good. She calls manager over to change price. She turns and say our registers are never wrong. Turns and dismisses me my wife and cashier. I nicely let her know sign has price and she goes to sign huffing and annoyed. Her and t other employees verify what sign said and comes back after a few minute wait and says our registers are never wrong. I say but your sign clearly tells you price and you won't honor it? She says nope our registers are never wrong. I ask for her name as she isn't wearing a name tag. She tells me none of her business and turns and walks away. Meanwhile all cashiers and customers are looking at her rudeness and and shaking heads. Well, next phone call will be to corporate and this isn't over. And you wonder why stores are closing like crazy and online retailers are growing faster. Thanks for showing that your customers (Guests) mean nothing and btw your register is wrong. Kohl's always pulls through. The deals are amazing and the managers manage the lines so well. All of the cashier's are so sweet and it is evident the employees are a "team" and seem to generally be happy working there. I compare Kohl's to stores like Dick's , Penney's , Target etc.,and there is no comparison with customer service. I mean, how many times are there small groups of employees chatting and doing nothing, or something somewhat menial like folding a shirt, while there is a line of 10 waiting to pay? Kohl's seems to understand what is important to shoppers and what also helps their bottom line. I've walked out of other stores while waiting in "no movement" lines, but even if the line is 20 deep, in Kohl's I get to the a cashier within minutes. I don't know who the manager is in Yardley, Pa location, but the store is very well managed. read more
