Old Navy in Fairless Hills, Pa., is an accurate representation of the bottom rung of the Gap Empire. Not quite the quality of Gap stores. Not quite the attractiveness of the consumer experience. Yet, certainly not the price range, either. So, if you generally like Gap's line of clothing, but prefer it at steep discounts to the going price upstream, then Old Navy will float your boat. Of course, there is a price to pay for shopping in an outlet world where the products are made to be inferior to those of the mothership. More shlock. More returns. More unkempt piles of clothing that don't get put back on the right shelves or racks by the understaffed, overworked employees. Patience and a keen eye will uncover a few gems worth finding, and the rotating discounts that perpetually run through the store make each visit potentially rewarding. There is always a line waiting to use the dressing rooms, and a longer queue for the cashiers. It is all part of the gestalt imbued in Old Navy. If you like TJ Maxx, Ross or Marshall's, you probably already know that Old Navy sails the same seas. Some days I can enjoy the lost hour spent in this rummage sale. Other days, my mood resists. Went to store to process return. There is a kiosk in front for returns and in store pick up. I was told the kiosk wasn't working and I needed to stand in line at registers that was 20 people deep. While standing in line, I saw multiple people use the kiosk in the front of store. read more

The day after Christmas sale was a steal : 15$ jeans and 4.95 polo shirts...10$ hoodies.The lines were insane but that was expected. . . Got everything worth buying. Well worth the 20 minute wait in line. Old Navy just needs to improve their crappy graphic tee's... I turned down everyone of 'em even at 60-70% off.... Still not worth it. IMO read more

First: A comment about Old Navy in general. I started going to Old Navy and have gone a few times only because a family member recommended this place. I won't be going back. Old Navy always has clothes for cheap, as evidenced by the incessant, never-ending slew of e-mails they send you day in and day out about sales and deals they are having. Again, this is not targeted at this store in particular but Old Navy in general. The reason why they always have sales and Old Navy cash and discounts is because the clothes are of horrible, horrible, despicable, unwearable quality. I was so amazed to find a store with clothing that fit me. At a lot of stores, I can't find my size. I was pleasantly surprised to find that at Old Navy, I not only found my size but I was "smaller" in their sizes than any other store. That's the good part, but most of it is bad. I purchased $200 in clothing a few weeks ago. The very second day I wore the clothes, I began to experience the wear-down and chaffing between the legs of my pants where my thighs rub together. The SECOND DAY I WORE THEM... already a bad sign. It only got worse and now about two or three weeks in, it almost feels like the cloth between my legs is going to rip from the abrasion. I've honestly had better quality sweatpants and jeans from Target and Walmart for a similar price. This may not go for the small population of people whose legs don't rub together at all when they walk. But for me, it was a total waste of $200 considering I wore several pants on different days and didn't find out about the "second day effect" until I had worn the different pants already and couldn't return them. Not a company I'll be shopping at again. Second: This particular Old Navy is alright. Nothing good about it. Nothing particularly disgusting compared to other places. Just so-so in a generic way. Gotta be the worst service of any retail establishment I've visited in the past year. Easily fifty people in line on a Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving, with two cashiers working and three employees standing behind the counter doing nothing but looking harried. When we finally got to the counter, the cashier failed to process a coupon correctly not once, but twice, and kept assuring us that it was working when it clearly wasn't. My fiancé and I are fans of Old Navy, but you'd be better off shopping anywhere other than this Old Navy store. read more

So let me just say I'm not a huge fan of this store. We were here today to make a return and pick up some stuff for our daughter. The clothes are reasonable but are not great quality. We attempted to return an item and we were told they have to mail a gift card. Seriously? Why? What a dumb policy. I'll spend my money elsewhere. read more

I bought a little pair of swimming shoes from my granddaughter last week along with many other items. They didn't fit her so I brought them back today with my receipt. They told me that I didn't buy them there and that it wasn't their item. So they wouldn't give me my money back. Really really bad customer service. I'll think twice before I go back in that Old Navy again. read more

Go here a lot for clothes because they're so cheap and the store is always well stocked. Sometimes the lines are ridiculously long because they only have two cashiers on duty. Most of your trip will be spent winding through an endless line. read more

Every time I shop at this Old Navy in Fairless Hills, PA, I receive the best customer service. From the store manager, to the employees walking around the store, to the employees checking me out at the register . . . everyone here is helpful and very nice. The store always looks neat and clean. Jerome helped me at the register this time, and he was so nice and very helpful. I received a price adjustment with no problem. I never have problems at this store. It's always a joy to walk through their doors. The Quakerbridge/Princeton store . . . now that's another story. Stay away from that store if you can.
