Review is mainly for amazon returns. Did a quick amazon return. No problems. Big signs to direct you. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. No issues or concerns from me.

Customer service is non existent. Employees are way to busy walking away from the customers in the floor or stalking shelves. Is kinda interesting to watch. It's a free for all. Trying to convince my husband to spend his money on a different store, lol.

They told me that I would not earn Kohls cash if I bought at Kohls's Sephora. But not true

As far as department stores go, I prefer Kohl's over the rest of them. Honestly, with all the sales, coupons, and Kohl's cash back given, it makes buying things here very affordable to the point where you question there profit margin. I also like that Kohl's has partnered with amazon to make things easier to return things. I was able to return something I didn't want with ease. Staff was friendly and there's plenty of parking since the lot is so big. For those who have Kohl's rewards and/or their credit card would be able to reap all that Kohl's has to offer

I have custom hats from Gladys Tamez Milinery and if you're not looking for custom hats that come with that custom hat price tag, this store offers a good selection at a fair price for the quality. I was told they offer hat care services as well, in case you need the crown to be remolding or some cleaning. You can purchase a hat box as well for $10 which I appreciated since many stores don't really offer hat boxes unless it's a Hat store or a milinery. The customer service was great. The guys were really helpful in finding the sizes I needed and sharing any of their knowledge on the hats they had. Parking there is in the parking structure and it's free for the first 90 minutes. Their closer to the parking structure next to Urban Eats and Warby Parker.

Brianna seemed stoked for the task! I explained the kind of cut I think I want and she asked me to look around while she went to work on selecting sizes, styles and different washes for me. Once she had a solid line up for me I started trying them all on. Her and Chelsea came over a few times to check on my progress to see if I wanted any different colors or sizes in what was picked out for me. One of them also mentioned that with the pair I end up picking I get a free hem to help get the length just right for me! I was instantly sold on the curvy flare jeans once I knew I could get them hemmed for my short legs. Once they pinned my pants to be ready for the hemming, I checked out and they let me know when they'd be ready for pick up. A few days later I got a call they were ready and when I went to pick them up I was greeted with a smile by Brianna again! I honestly don't think I can get jeans from anywhere else after such a positive and custom experience at Madewell. I'll be back for suresies :)

That's not a small mistake--that's completely missing the mark. Now here's where it gets worse. Instead of fixing their mistake like a professional company should, I'm the one stuck jumping through hoops. I've got to print labels, package it up, and ship it back before they'll even send a replacement. And guess what? They don't even have my size anymore. So now I'm forced to settle for a 2XL because of THEIR screw-up. Let me make this real clear--this isn't just an inconvenience. I'm a right above-the-knee amputee and have been in a wheelchair for 16 years. Returning packages isn't some quick trip to the post office for me. It takes effort, time, and planning. All because they couldn't send the correct item in the first place. And the cherry on top? I don't even get my replacement until they receive the wrong one back. So I'm stuck waiting even longer for something I already paid for. You messed this up--not me. But somehow I'm the one paying for it in time, effort, and inconvenience. With over 1.4 million views on my Google reviews, I take customer experience seriously--and this one is a complete fail. Do better.

The people are friendly and it's good to see familiar faces. The clothing that they offer is very well-made comfortable and what I love the most is that it's always changing styles and rarely do you see people wearing the same stuff as you are. I don't understand all the negativity coming from some of these reviews some of the things that people are complaining about is out of their control. If you know you know, sullen is an industry leader in Tattoo based artist driven clothing and that's exactly what you get.
