The store seems to be better than all the others because it has a lot of clothes and shoes. Parking is huge and you can see some small trees here and there if you want to park your car in the shade. it was decently staffed and there were no lines. Good prices and good deals I ended up buying seven pieces. The place was neat and it was easily accessible. Many businesses in the area and around the store so if you're coming with the family they can go visit other stores but have coffee across the parking lot plenty of options. I have to say I enjoyed visiting this large store. I am considering joining the reward program for the future. read more

The management needs to know that what is keeping Kohls from going Bankrupt is Amazon returns. I have no issues with other Kohls stores. Everytime I go to this store I have had a bad experience. I walked into this store . Saw the sign that state purchases and returns. I stood in line for a long time. When I went to return my Amazon package. The clerk said you need to go to the back of the store at Amazon return. Wow I said where is that. She said in the back of the store. I saw this small sign Amazon next to the rest rooms. Again a long line. One person at the counter and a person had 20 items to return That the clerk was helping out. When it was finally my turn I was upset and said may be when someone has 20 items to return you should ask for help. He said no one to call. Sure enough I became the bad person. On my way out I saw a person. She said she was the manager. I explained the purchase and returns sing is confusing. No signs stating where the sign for an Amazon returns. She said " at least you are getting free returns here'. I snapped and said no excuse. I left went out to my car and call the Corporate office. Again I always had issues at this store. There is one associate in particular that has always been kind of crabby and facial gestures and whatnot are very unfriendly. She talks rude. When I walk into the Blaine Kohl's and I see her at the service desk I walk the other way cuz I will not put up with her attitude. I was there the Friday after Thanksgiving at Blaine Kohl's and the manager Sarah told me it was a sale day not a return day and her facial gesture and body language was rude and b*****. And one of the people at the service desk I only did one return I could not stand her attitude and the way she talked to me very rude not the first time with this lady. I will go to this Kohl's in the evening but I will not go in the morning. The person behind the service desk also said The tag has to be attached..... Seriously.... What if you wash it and it shrinks a bunch or you just change your mind you don't like it.... Seriously this person is rude and I'm sick and tired I will never go to her again very rude crabby. I have had many many many accounters with this person with an attitude problem. I'm surprised she still works there seriously surprised because there's got to be other people that have experienced this. These people need to complain about it so something can be done to get rid of the crabby attitude people and rude. Facial gestures and body language..... You're supposed to be nice to your guest or your customers whatever you call them.... Don't be rude sick and tired of your attitudes and the manager Sarah unbelievable she is not manager material. If I could give 10 stars I would. Stick around and you will see why. Trust. I'd never been to Kohl's. Ever. I thought it was a hardware store. I had just move to MN from AZ and most of my clothes were held hostage in a UHaul pod somewhere in Kansas. And I was invited to a wedding. I was on a budget and needed some threads. So off to Kohl's I go. Oh I should say I had a scarf I needed to return also. So I returned the scarf and they only offer store credit. Cool. Or should I say Koohl? I perused the men's section and scored a decent dress shirt, a very sharp, hip vest and a leather bomber jacket. Retailing for around $300. Mostly due to the jacket. I'm talked into a Kohls's credit card because I will receive a 20% discount on top of my store credit. So it comes out to around $80. Koohl! I pay for my stash and am, heading for the door, Ray Bans on, head down as I notice two ladies with clipboards by the exit. I didn't want to register to vote, give to Save the Eelpout Foundation or be kidnapped by Scientologists. But they got me. Well, here's where I will cut to the chase. Turns out it was Make Your Kohls Dreams Come True Day. I wasn't aware I even had any Kohls dreams. Get this...they comped my entire purchase! Yep. With lots of fanfare and people staring at me like I'd won the Lotto. I even asked if I was on Candid Camera. I received my store credit back. Signed a few autographs and gleefully skipped out the door. Oh. And get this. It was my freakin birthday! Koohl huh? read more

Return Policy stinks !! Absolutely ridiculous return policy !!! I was given a bath robe for Christmas. Definitely not my style and two sizes too big. I did not want a refund. I simply wanted to exchange it for something else more my taste and size. It still had the Kohl's tag on it. The woman at the customer service desk looked it up and said that $50 was paid for it. She told me that I could exchange it for something else but that it had to be EXACTLY $50. Her words - "not a penny more or a penny less". I was surprised and said "so in other words, if I find something I like for $60 I can't just pay you the extra $10?". She said NO, it has to be for exactly $50. What are the chances that I would find something for exactly that price !!! Totally unfriendly customer service. I will NEVER shop at Kohls again and will tell everyone I know about this ridiculous return policy. read more

Wish i could give zero stars for customer service... I just had the most pathetic exchange/return experience of my life. I wanted to exchange socks for my son that were the wrong size, but because they weren't an "even exchange", I had to schlep all the way to the customer service desk at the back of the store. (Yes - I know that this is an annoying policy of Kohl's - their associates are not allowed to do anything other than "even" exchanges...sigh) After waiting at the desk for about 5 minutes while the person there was trying to figure out how to find info on another customer's HUGE pile of clothing, I mentioned to her that I was short on time, and was there a way anyone else cloud come to help. Without a word, she walked to the register, and walked back to what she was doing with her back turned. When I asked if she could at least respond, she said, "Well, I just called someone." No "I'll get someone for you", no "I"m sorry," nothing. Then when the associate arrived to help me, I told her I was exchanging a pkg of socks for another one, and also purchasing another item. Should be easy, right? I guess not - she rang it up as an even exchange, even though my new item was $2 less. Then she asked if it would be ok to just leave it - basically that I was supposed to eat the difference just because she couldn't figure out how to fix it. Then a 3rd associate arrived to help the 2nd one, and it took another 10-15 minutes for her to figure out what to do, blaming the computer for not being able to do an "uneven exchange. 25 minutes later, I left very frustrated and running late. This is not the first time I have been frustrated by Kohl's return policies, and now I will never do business with them again. Their archaic and outdated return policy and computer systems are a joke, and I much prefer to do business with a company that is operating in this century. read more
