WOW - can I do more than 5 stars?! My fiancé and I went to another Men's Warehouse (Roseville) last week and had quite literally the worst customer service experience. We were not planning on going through Men's Warehouse after that - we decided to try one other location and we headed to Coon Rapids with out fingers crossed. We made an appointment, my fiancé said the employee who helped him on the phone was very nice, helpful, and reassured him his experience would not be negative. The SECOND we walked in, I felt a breath of relief as not one, but two kind staff greeted us. One of the staff, Laurel, took us to a table that was set up with all of the things we needed to make our decisions and browse options. Laurel, aka our saving grace, was incredibly helpful - would not change one single thing! WOW! Whoever managed this location needs to give this man a raise! He totally knew what he was doing - pulling styles, colors, and fitting my fiancé. Previously at Roseville location, we didn't get any help browsing, deciding, or figuring anything out (literally at all) but we felt supported each step at our appointment with Coon Rapids. Laurel knew where everything was and made things so easy! This man needs to train others to do things exactly how he does because I would not change one thing! We were in and out within 45 minutes, picking out a tux for my fiancé and suits for 7 groomsmen. Dare I say it was even fun?! We highly recommend Coon Rapids location and will send out friends that way. This location is the reason we will return to Men's Warehouse as I was close to swearing off of them forever after our last experience! The customer service at this store is quite disappointing. They tend to become impatient and irritable with customers, which can be uncomfortable. I would advise considering other options where customer appreciation is valued more. read more

Went to buy a dress shirt at this store. My son selected 2 different dress shirts to try on. When we went back to the dressing rooms with the shirts we were told not to unpin and unwrap the shirts. The assistant manager got a completely different brand dress shirt and asked us to try this shirt on instead. He stated, "they all fit the same." When I asked to speak to the manager, he said that they do not want us to try the shirts on since they have to re-pin, re-fold, and it takes time. Please note that there were three sales people on the floor, another one in back, an assistant manager and manager in the store, totaling 6 staff members present that we could see. There was only one other customer in the store. I wish this place would take the time to care for the customers. Unfortunately, they are not willing to let you try on the shirt you want to purchase since it would require a few more minutes of work. Customers cannot try on a completely different shirt to see if another fits. Only explained by very poor work ethic. read more

Me and my fiancé went in searching for suits for him and his groomsmen. The manager Sven took forever to come up to us, and when he did, he had horrible customer service. He looked at us very judgmentally and talked to us condescendingly. He was not helpful whatsoever, and made us feel uncomfortable. However, the two other workers there (one in training) were amazing and super helpful! They were very kind and friendly. read more

Would have given two stars if I had managed to drag an apology out of someone for the stressful, poor experience we had here. The tag line "you'll love the way you look" is only if you like slim fit, borderline flood pants. If you have any weight or muscle anywhere, I recommend going somewhere else. I didn't ask for money back or anything; just wanted the store to know that we weren't happy and that not everyone likes tight, slim fitting suits. Instead of training your people to look for certain things, you should train them to ask, " do you like the way this fits?" Timing of your orders suck, and I'm not sure anyone working at the store has ever been married or they would know that you can't have three suit appointments and reorders two days before a wedding. I don't know if all Men's Warehouse locations train people the same, but I would NOT recommend the Coon Rapids location. read more

My fiancé's tux ordered weeks before his son's wedding (Oct 10th), still not arrived by a week before. Told it'll come in 2 days before wedding. Explained wedding out of state, traveling 2 days prior to wedding. Still not in store 3 days before wedding. They reordered the whole thing to arrive supposedly in Indiana where wedding was. Female assistant stated, "she's really good at her job, let her figure it out! Remember, we're working it out for you!" NOT THE CASE!!!! We are at MWH in Indiana and they show tux being sent to MN!!!!! WTF!!! Wedding TOMORROW!!!! Wish I could do 0 stars! Get your shit together MWH!! read more

Jeff was quick to greet us and ask if we needed help with anything. After asking a few informative questions he was quick to bring out recommendations based on what my husband needed a jacket for. He was looking for a modern, slim fit brown jacket for a wedding in Phoenix. He found a lite weight jacket that looked great! He showed us a few other options as well to make sure he understood what we were after. He also had great recommendations for tie, shirt, pants, and shoes. He put outfits together based off what my husband already has at home to compliment his wardrobe. He went out of his way to help. We never felt pushed or pressured to higher end items. In fact- the jacket he first showed us (and we purchased) was $199. He was great! The store had a pretty good selection, and is able to order items in different sizes as needed. It's clean, busy, and well staffed with friendly people. I think everyone should go see Jeff! Anytime we go back we'll look for him specifically. read more

I went to the Coon rapids location with my fiancé and a friend of our to look for our wedding. I am appalled at how bad the costumer service was. Our associate was not at all knowledge about things include or not with a rental. We wanted to purchase a suite for my fiancé, I saw a nice one suit on the mannequin and asked if we could try it on, it was not my fiancé's size but the exact size for our friend who would try it on so I could see it on a person. The associate came back and said the manager told him no as it would not go with the suit we pick for the groomsmen, I informed them it did not matter and I'd still like to see it on, I was then told no because " it was to damaged from being on a mannequin and having pins in it, as well as there being to many people in the store to take it off. This made no sense to me, as we were allowed to try something off the rack with the same number of people in the store. I was not even told about the custom option men's warehouse had or other choices. It was clear the manager and associate did not actually care about their customers. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

A++ from your employee Vinny. Needed a pair of pants adjusted that were too tight as I bought from them with a suit coat they altered them at no charge, thus I didnt have to buy a new suit!! His type of easiest and service is not seen these days that often. Keep it up, great job!! read more
