Ms. Michelle's combined eagerness and willingness to help new players in the tactical-gear world, like us, have already greatly benefited our business in multiple areas. These include important customer feedback on the product itself, increased product sales, and, again, overall marketing/exposure for the business. Michelle's team is equally amazing in terms of professionalism, overall character, and attitude. It is an absolute pleasure to work with everyone at 5.11 Tactical Avondale, and I look forward to future tabling opportunities if Ms. Michelle and her team grant us the privilege of returning :). Thank you all!

Me and my brother walked into the store to just pick out some boots for our uniforms and were able to find everything we needed extremely quickly. We even called ahead to make sure they had the boots we were looking for in stock and they made sure to save us the pair, thank you to Mark, who was helping us out for making our experience 10 times better! Not only that but we were able to get our items at a discounted rate and paid just under 250 dollars for 2 pairs of boots, a tactical belt, and a boonie. Our first time coming in and it definitely won't be our last.

Was buying a few pairs of shoes per person and the girl helping us was such a rockstar, kept offering to grab other sizes and knew which brands ran small and true to help us decide. She offered ideas for choices and was authentic in her assistance to us. Prices are reasonable and we even were surprised to find sale items for pretty cute shoes. The store is immaculate - well organized - clean and next to Famous Footwear (don't go there overpriced!)

The store was clean and had a pretty good selection of shirts, backpacks and of course shoes. We found what we were looking for quickly, but unfortunately they were out of the size we needed. They did offer or look in a different color if we were interested. We found the perfect pair of shoes and some accessories with the sale they had going. I left with a happy kid. Service was amazing and very friendly. I applaud anyone who can get my teenagers to smile and talk back. While they are quite social they freeze a bit with strangers. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but the receipt says her employee number is 652437. Prices were good for what we were looking for.

Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. Not just that, but in the material collection that I am a huge fan of, this TB outlet has more patterns than I've seen on their site and store. In addition to the default % off, sale racks at the back offer 70-80% off and move quick There is a huge amount of clothing for men and women, cologne, TBHome and much more.
