This is a very clean and organized store. I had to go to the back of their store to the amazon return desk and along the way I had 3 different employees ask if I found everything ok or if I needed help. In today's time and age, that is almost unheard of. The staff was very polite and friendly and seemed to care about their customers. Jesse at the Amazon return desk was swamped with customers but he still greeted everyone of them with a smile and even helped an older gentleman how to pull up the return code on his phone. This is a nice location. I have always had good luck in finding the items that I'm looking for here. The sales associates are always very helpful. I like that they have self checkout lanes and there's always a sales associate up at the lanes that is happy to help you with any issues that you might be having. They have an Amazon return center in the back left-hand corner, which makes it convenient. read more

I ordered something online in 2 sizes and had to return the one I didn't want to keep so I returned in person at this Kohl's since I was in the neighborhood. I walked around for a minute before I returned and I'm sorry but there is nothing in this store that I want. The return was smooth! read more

Was at the store today and found a Nike sweatshirt that was on clearance when i scanned it on the app, i asked if they would match the online price and they refused. I've never had an issue with matching online prices before so i decided to not purchase anything and left it all with the cashier at the register. I even showed them a screenshot of the hoodie on clearance. Absolutely would not recommend this kohls at all! read more

I will never shop here again. My personal opinion is their return policy is just ludicrous and not designed in any way to facilitate customer satisfaction and seem downright fraudulent. On 3/1/2023 I bought a blazer for $150 and used a 25% off coupon from an Amazon return, bringing value to $112.50. But they issue a statement on the receipt that the return value is only $95.50. When I return it I don't get the $112.50 I paid, I get less. When I question this they explain it was because the sale they were running was "buy one get one at 50% off". I point out I didn't buy a second blazer, I bought two shirts that had the same deal. They then offer to return the blazer and the two shirts and I can then turn around and buy the two shirts again on a new transaction. The shirts end up cheaper than the first time I bought them but I get even less money back on the blazer than the first attempt at returning it. Total scam. Feels like bait and switch. Or that I am paying a "restocking fee" or some such garbage. Bye Kohl's! read more

Purchased a few pair of shorts and a couple shirts. Upon washing the shorts, one of them had the color fade off. I went back in with receipts and asked if I could exchange them for another pair. They did not have any in stock. I paid $23.99 for them and because I had used some Kohls cash to purchase the order, they were going to take the entire amount of Kohls cash off the return of this one item. I paid $23.99 for the shorts and was refunded $7.98. I am not sure how it is my fault that they sold a bad product and then when I try to warranty it in less than 30 days they don't have any and only offer to give me back 1/3 of what I paid for them. read more

I'm really over Kohls and they way they say "Sale, Sale, Sale". You know how their will be a price tag on the clothes but above that on the electronic screen on the shelf it will say originally $86 now on sale for $60...its like come on...first of all a shirt would never be $86 (not the brands they sell there) and second they're marking them up to make it look like thy're on sale so you buy. No one is going to buy even a $60 shirt! Get over yourselves Khols. read more

This was our first time at Kohls. I was shopping for athletic clothes for my teenage sons. The department was a mess. There were racks in the aisles. The section was so disorganized that it was impossible to tell what sales price applied to the clothes. Two of the items came up nearly double what I expected to pay. The cashier said those weren't on that sale. Then they shouldn't have been on those racks. In addition, on a Saturday in December there should be more than 2 checkout lanes open for that half of the store. I waited in line as long as I spent shopping.
