I can understand why the staff finds it monotonous to refold, fold and unfold clothing during these hours. I like this location for casual socks, dress shirts and accessories I refuse to blow the budget on at the mall locations. They also offer sales ontop of the markdowns as well as a student discount. I see nothing wrong with purchasing a few nonessential items a season late for a fraction of the cost. Swag has no time frame.

I checked out their women's shoes to see if there's anything that tickles my fancy. While I found a few slip ons which would have been excellent for the coming summer months, they did not have any on my size. There were 3 different pairs I considered but no 6.5. I finally went to check out and the lady told me that the shoes are buy one, get one half off. No one told me while I was perusing. She held the pair I was getting for my husband while I checked if there's any I would like to get for half off. I found a pair of Nikes that seemed like they would be cute with dresses. I went with those. They weren't on sale but fairly affordable at less than $80 for the pair. Not to mention the buy one, get one half off sale. Overall, it was a good visit with new shoes for my husband and a surprise pair for me!

Lots of straight size clothing options. I did not see any plus size. They also have shoes and jewelry options as well. My daughter picked out a pair of clogs, and I purchased a pair of sunglasses. Employees were very friendly and eager to help if necessary. For a boutique in Kirkwood I thought their prices were pretty fair. I'll definitely be going back, especially to purchase gift gifts for Christmas.

Me and my friends got checked out by cashier: 3156226. And she was the best. My total was over $160+ so obviously lots of clothing and she was extremely kind and willing to separate them into the amount of bags that was needed, which might not seem too hard or a crazy thing to ask but I also work in retail and I can understand how annoying getting asked something like that can be. So, for her doing that without any problem and being extremely nice, made the experience a 10/10 for me and my friends! The value of the clothing is amazing, especially for the great price. I thought this would be a hassle but To journeys corporate-here is a good review of your galleria store. I am a crabby 45 year old dentist. Exchanging shoes on a Friday night w my kids is not something I was looking forward to. Instead-it was quick and easy and here is what a customer wants to see when he turns the corner in to your store- a smiling employee standing on station (just inside store) waiting to receive customers-making eye contact, being personable and well spoken- that is exactly what quortney did(sorry I prob goofed name but prob 28 year old African American w piercings) I was crabby going in but she made it impossible to stay that way, made the exchange very quick and easy and no hassle. She engaged my kids and talked about music and about t shirts in store which we ended up buying two of. The store was clean and nobody was texting on their phone or doing anything other than engaging customers or cleaning the store while we were in there. I did not receive any compensation or even tell them I would write this but as a business owner-I appreciate employees doing what you train and hope for-giving positive customer experiences bc it is hard to find good people these days. Give your galleria store kudos, lunch or a bonus because they represent your brand well Again-I only wrote this bc I was impressed-they didn't do or give me anything- Chris Parks

I got the shoes, opened the REAX and they are worn, dirty and stained. There is white paint or something similar on the bottoms, on the side and top, there is what looks like splattered Cola or coffee. The laces are dirty and the inside of the shoe has fuzz and dirt. I IMMEDIATELY called the Manchester store and "Wayne" answered in the shoe department. He was 10,000% extremely unhelpful, rude and very off putting with his attitude. He blamed it on the delivery service I used, my response was they dont work for Academy, they are a delivery company. He then says well what do you want me to do about it? So I hung up and called to talk to a manager. The manager "James" was worse than the first guy, so apparently I was going to get no where with him either. So here I am, stuck with worn, dirty Nikes that I paid 100$ for! NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY NOR WILL I EVER SPEND ONE MORE CENT WITH THEM.....
