Koffi North is my favorite morning hang. The garden out back is breathtaking, with stunning mountain view's! Nothing beats an iced chai latte, always served with a smile! It's where everybody knows your name :)

We tried this place on our first day in Palm Springs. The shop is small but they have a huge outdoor area with tables and chairs that is really great and why I picked this place to begin with. The coffee was good I got an iced caramel latte and my bf got a hot sugar free vanilla oat milk latte. We both enjoyed our drinks and the ambience of the outside area. You can tell this is a popular spot as it was very busy on a Tuesday around 9am. The staff was all very friendly but the customers not so much lol one old man in front of us just had to mention something about the season changing and all the out of towners in the coffee shop but from what I could tell it seemed as if me and my bf were really the only non local people there lol everyone else seemed to know each other and be in their own little groups or runners and cyclists. Regardless that had no impact on how the coffee was

This location is larger than the Rancho Mirage location. Service was first rate and my Iced Matcha Latte was prepared perfectly. The display case had a good variety of tempting pastries. However, I kept my appetite in check and did not purchase any of them.

A great place for coffee and a pastry. They have a beautiful courtyard in back with great views of the mountains. Great selection of coffee and espresso drinks. A favorite spot in Palm Springs.

Pleasant service and plenty of outdoor seating. Easy to see why so many people hang out here, and don't just grab their coffee and run.

As nice at the other locations including Central and South, Koffi North is a great experience. Not just for the good amount of indoor seating, but the awesome back patio with lots of greenery. So relaxing! My Mango smoothie hit the spot on this hot day. The food options are always appreciated as more than a few pasties that are mass produced that bigger chain stores offer. I just love these Koffi locations. The person there was efficient and helpful. Visit and enjoy the good treat options and relaxed environment.

My first time here. I actually enjoyed the large menu, but stuck with just an ice tea (Mango something!). The server was curious and gave great advice. The interior is deceiving. It's actually pretty spacious inside and outside. We will be back.

I only come out to Palm Springs when I'm volunteering for our desert graduation and a bunch of us stopped by for some lunch at Crudo. We noticed a coffee shop next door and decided to place an order. I don't drink coffee, but love tea. I saw they had lavender black tea, so I placed an order on their website for pick up. I got a lavender black tea latte and it was amazing! You can really taste the lavender and the sweetness was perfect. If I'm ever in the area, I for sure will come back for this tea latte.

We love Koffi. While in PS we start our day with a "Koffi walk" and enjoy our dark roast "bold black" in the chill courtyard. It's a happy start to the day. We only have one piece of constructive criticism. And we're begging you. You need to have more gluten-free baked options. You've had the same GF scone and occasional pumpkin muffin for 10 years. Please mix it up for the growing GF crowd. XOXO.

Pretty good coffee, located right in the heart of bustling Palm Springs. There was a line inside, and the space is quite small and a bit cramped, but there's a cozy outdoor seating area in the back where you can relax and enjoy your drink.

A very cozy place to spend your day while enjoying your cup of coffee. They have a nice area at the back that feels like an oasis. Coffee taste decent. Staff were nice but could smile a little.

We stopped by Koffi around 11 AM on a Sunday, and while it was definitely busy, the team handled it really well. They were well-staffed, kept the line moving efficiently, and everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly. The lobby is a bit narrow, but it still manages to feel cozy and inviting, even during peak hours. There's also a nice back patio area if you want to relax and hang out with your drink. I ordered the iced honey vanilla latte with oat milk and extra honey, and it was delicious. The sweetness was subtle but just enough, and the oat milk added a smooth, creamy texture that made the drink feel super balanced. You can really taste the quality. My partner got the cinnamon vanilla cold brew, and it was just as good. The cinnamon wasn't overpowering--just a hint that paired well with the smooth feel of the cold brew. Again, a light sweetness that didn't take away from the coffee flavor. Only thing to note is there's just one restroom available, but otherwise this place is a great stop for solid coffee, good vibes, and quick service--even during the weekend rush.

Koffi is super cute! There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and it's nicely air conditioned outside the beat the desert heat. Our drinks came out quickly, and the baristas were very nice. It was definitely expensive, but just about as expensive as you'd expect for a nice coffee shop. There are three different types of espresso, and a menu with plenty of variety and healthy options.

Think French countryside, with the decor to match, and a tree on the inside of the restaurant! Down to the choice of napkins, the decor is intentional. It feels like a lived in house with a courtyard and all of the feelings that make it "home." It's familiar and inviting and that's just the beginning. We've been to Palm Springs many times and I've had this place bookmarked for too long and never had an opportunity to try it. When my Team and I came into town for a conference, we decided that since it's a weekday, it would be the best time to try this place out. It breathtakingly did not disappoint. I ordered the Complete savory crêpe and had I not been drinking so much water from the heat, I would have devoured this in one sitting. The side salad is a nice touch and balances out the heaviness of the egg and the ham. My coworker had the avocado toast and was overjoyed that it was very plentiful and well portioned. She also ordered a fresh grapefruit juice which she let me try and I found incredibly refreshing. This is by far one of my favorite breakfast places in California! Our server was busy with many tables and at one point we did have to ask for a refill on water. It also took a really long time to get our check after we had asked for it. Outside of the service this is a must stop!

The rooms are slightly dated. Not disastrous. Not horror story energy. Just giving we have seen a few seasons. You can tell the property wants a little refresh in some spots. Very White Lotus if White Lotus had a more budget-conscious cousin. The pool was clean though, and that goes a long way. Especially when you are at a family-friendly place and one bad pool moment can ruin the whole trip. The bowling alley and games for kids were honestly a strong save. That part gives the property some real personality. It is the kind of setup that keeps children entertained and keeps adults from having to hear "what are we doing now" every eleven minutes. The staff was amazing. Warm. Helpful. On it. That was probably the best part of the stay. They gave the whole experience more polish than the building sometimes had on its own. Good staff can carry a property far, and they definitely did some heavy lifting here. The gym is really small, and it could use an update bad. A few newer machines and a little more space would make a huge difference. Right now it feels like an afterthought. Instead, the experience became one of the most upsetting resort stays we've had. While actively swimming in the La Paloma pool with our children, a large amount of brown material suddenly blasted out of a pool jet directly in front of us and spread into the water. It genuinely looked like sewage or waste coming into the pool. We immediately got out along with other guests and attempted to get answers from staff, but no one could clearly explain what had happened or reassure us that the pool was safe. Because of that, we no longer felt comfortable using ANY of the resort pools for the rest of our stay -- which completely ruined the primary reason we booked this resort in the first place. We left extremely disappointed and honestly sad that our Mother's Day and anniversary trip turned into stress and discomfort instead of a relaxing family vacation. Three days later, I also became extremely sick, which only added to the concern surrounding the incident. Management later emailed us claiming it was "filter media sand" from a backwash issue and not waste. They waived our parking and resort fees, but considering we essentially lost use of the main amenity we paid to enjoy, that did not feel like an appropriate resolution. We respectfully reached out requesting either compensation for the room or the opportunity to return for a future stay so we could actually experience the resort the way we intended to. We never even received a response. For a resort at this price point and under the Westin/Marriott name, the handling of this situation and the lack of customer care afterward was incredibly disappointing.

I was a little scared when I read that most of the recent reviews were negative. I was thinking "oh no! What did I get us into." This place is a blast from the past. The decor is that of a mid century modern and is a really cozy quadrangle set up. The interior feels homey and the property is set up like an air bnb with shared amenities. They play 1950s music all day on speakers throughout the complex, it creates that vintage feel but can get repetitive after a few days. Lounge with tables, board games, travel brochures, couches, fire place, coffee and tea, and industrial kitchen for use during your stay. (Old reviews mention happy hour, breakfast, snacks, etc. these are no longer offered but why not just bring your own?) Each room has microwave and mini fridge. Outdoor gas fire pit for use. The pool is small but has a deep end 8ft which is nice. There are pool noodles and some tubes to use. The hot tub is spacious and powerful jets. We stayed in the Hawaiian surf room, loved the theme it was so cute and felt like a tropical getaway. The shower is small but functional. Good AC unit with a remote control and ceiling fan. Surfboard coffee table and wicker love seat add to the tropical feel. Overall this was a nice private getaway. You can be left alone to relax! If you need anything you can text the hotel and someone replies super quick in my experience. The hotel feels very secure with codes needed to enter the complex and security cameras at the entrance and surrounding the complex. (Probably for management to check and make sure everything is running smoothly). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and I have stayed at a few different boutique hotels in the area. This would be a top choice! Please realize this is an older complex and it does show some wear and tear but come on the building is probably 100 years old or somewhere close to that. If you are expecting a sterile, high end, resort feel for your stay this is not your place... but otherwise this is a great choice! I couldn't help but feel bad for the owners with all of the really bad reviews on here because that was truly not my experience. I left off one star because there are definitely areas of improvement that could be made but not enough to ruin my experience.

There are 10 rooms available and each one is a different theme in the 1950s. I stayed for two nights in the Crooners room and I enjoyed my stay a lot. When I arrived, Tim, the inn keeper assisted me with my room keys and showing me around the property. My room was decorated with the Rat Pack and I loved it. All rooms are a maximum of two people with a hot tub, refrigerator with water, microwave, and coffee maker, air conditioning, and DVD player. If you'd like, bring a DVD and popcorn to enjoy during your stay. The bed was pretty comfortable. There were more than enough pillows which I'm guilty of using more than one pillow while I sleep. I love how the comforter was linen on the outside, but cozy and warm on the inside. The Crooners room has two sinks, but I only used one. There is happy hour everyday at 5pm by the pool or communal area with snacks and beer or wine. During my stay there were chips and salsa and the following day was veggies with dip, with of course a drink of choice. Really nice touch added to my stay. It's been a while since I have stayed in a bed and breakfast and I love the homeyness here. Breakfast is served in the communal dining area with hand sanitizer provided. The three-course breakfast starts with a fruit smoothie, a fruit parfait and a hot breakfast. For breakfast they served blueberry pancakes with sausage and the following day it was quiche with artichoke hearts and potatoes. I loved the service here so much. You sit at a table and they serve the food to you. The pool is open 24 hours will pool floaties available to use as well. Another thing I like about this place is that because there aren't many people (max 40 people at a time) it is highly likely you will get the pool to yourself. When I checked out and left the property I told my husband I would enjoy staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend you stay here too.
