I'm in the area for work every month or two and was intrigued when I saw this place open up. I stopped in for some takeout a few trips ago and now look forward to coming here anytime I'm nearby! The restaurant is clean and spacious with good restrooms. The menu isn't huge but seems like enough to please most palates. So far I've had the Paneer Pakora, Chicken Curry, Chicken Saag, and Garlic Naan and so far they've all been fantastic with portions big enough for two meals. The staff have all been great too - quick to help answer any questions, bring the food out hot and fresh, and offer up great conversation. I seriously can't say enough about how much I like this place and I'm already looking forward to stopping by on my next trip!

Chicken tika masala order To-go but had to try some at the table :) yummmm

Great Indian food, very friendly and fast service! Ambiance was nice with a clean, open dining area, nice bathrooms and prices are very reasonable for the portion size . I had the Chicken Tika Masala (to-go but ate a little here and packed the rest for a road snacat a #7 out of 10 spicy which was perfect for me! . I've been driving past this restaurant building sitting vacant for years so it is really great to see it open and newly branded! The parking area is huge which is nice since I'm always towing a trailer when taking this route .

Butter chicken, basmati rice and Samosas. Very delicious

Nice little Indian restaurant in the middle of the desert. The food is very flavorful and delicious. One of the guys that works there is so sweet and kind (I wish I knew his name) My only complaint is that they only have mostly chicken dishes as far as meat. Lots of vegetarian dishes. I wish they could do beef but I was told that their religion doesn't cook or serve beef dishes. It looks like they do a lot of business with truck drivers. It's nice that these drivers can stop and get a hot meal. It would be cool if they could play some Indian music in the background! The restaurant is clean and service is friendly. I will come back.

We have been hearing great things about Kofa Cafe so we had to try it. Simply decorated with plenty of seating. We were greeted and seated after the table was wiped off. We had the Aloo Gobi and Butter Chicken, both at hotness 7. The Aloo Gobi had perfect heat and the Butter Chicken could have been hotter. The taste of both was perfect and the rice was yummy. Oh man! The garlic Naan was delicious. My Chai was great. Thank you for adding a great restaurant option to the Salome area!!

The food was great! It's been a long time since I've had Indian food. Generous portions.

Amazing food and very good hospitality. Even if Indian food isn't your thing, they serve American breakfast during the mornings.

The veg thali had a great variety of fresh, flavorful dishes, while the non-veg thali featured tender, well-seasoned chicken with authentic Punjabi flavors. One of the highlights was the unlimited refills of all the items included in the thali, which makes it an amazing value for money. The freshly made rotis were soft and delicious, and the achar (pickle) was especially outstanding--full of authentic flavor and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The staff were warm and welcoming, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean. If you're passing through Quartzsite and looking for authentic Indian comfort food, Kohinoor Dhaba is definitely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back on our next road trip!

Cons: We didn't want the all you can eat option and spent 16 bucks on a combo meal which included curry chicken, a potato dish, steam rice, whole wheat naan. plus a yogurt dessert. The two of us shared this meal which was enough to satisfy us. The food is northern Indian and it was okay and I wish they had the regular white flour naan option.

Coffee was good, besides not getting a spoon to stir my coffee, that's okay. Coffee was great nonetheless. Breakfast was really good too. HashBrowns was cooked to perfection. Eggs were cooked well too and toast was delicious for sourdough, except I would have liked more butter, but that's okay too. This place is located right next door to a Mc Donald's- (Dick move on corporations) I suggest you give this place a try while driving through Quartzsite for breakfast. A local mom and pop shop that deserves support for a tasty meal.

There was only one server, Josh, running the entire front of the house by himself. Apparently this is customary on Wednesdays. Before he could seat us, he had to clear off a table. Several tables were just in disarray and when people came in, this poor man had to scramble to clean something off. I went to the bathroom and one stall had absolutely no toilet paper or covers. And one dispenser had no soap. The bathroom was just yucky. When I came back, we still didn't have menus or drinks. When our food came, we asked for condiments that took too long that we ended up taking them from another table. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The cook gave me a stale biscuit that just ruined my meal. I couldn't eat it or ask for it to be remade because Josh was too busy to check in on us or refill our drinks. I told him when he came to pick up the plates. He apologized, but he didn't remove it from the check. I paid $10 for a meal I couldn't eat. We got a piece of pie and the taste was kind of weird...like it had been freezer burned and then defrosted. The whole experience was disappointing.

The owner was sweet as could be gave Loretta and I big hugs as we were leaving. The young lady that served us took great care of us. Loretta ordered The #15. 3 Shredded Beef Flautas with Beans and Rice. Very well Seasoned and Tasty. I Ordered The #11. Shredded Beef Chimichanga with rice topped with Enchilada Sauce. Wow stuffed with lots of excellent seasoned beef. It's a meal to share. I also just had to try The Chili Relleno for Loretta and I to share. It turned out to be both of ours favorite of the night. The owner to us the sauce on the relleno she makes special and can only be had on this dish. It was so tasty I wanted to lick the plate. All and All everything was very enjoyable and we will be back for more of the menu. If you haven't been it's worth the visit.

I honestly have to say that it was hands down the BEST guacamole I have ever had. The chimichanga was good but the enchilada sauce is a bit overbearing and the chicken had no spice at all. The rice was tasty but it wasn't hot when it arrived. The server was friendly and did a fine job. It was dark when we arrived so the outdoor seating was closed but it looked like it was a really nice seating area. The interior was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely try it again. I'll ask them to hold the enchilada sauce and I'll add salsa to it to spice it up a bit.
