I'm in the area for work every month or two and was intrigued when I saw this place open up. I stopped in for some takeout a few trips ago and now look forward to coming here anytime I'm nearby! The restaurant is clean and spacious with good restrooms. The menu isn't huge but seems like enough to please most palates. So far I've had the Paneer Pakora, Chicken Curry, Chicken Saag, and Garlic Naan and so far they've all been fantastic with portions big enough for two meals. The staff have all been great too - quick to help answer any questions, bring the food out hot and fresh, and offer up great conversation. I seriously can't say enough about how much I like this place and I'm already looking forward to stopping by on my next trip!

Chicken tika masala order To-go but had to try some at the table :) yummmm

Great Indian food, very friendly and fast service! Ambiance was nice with a clean, open dining area, nice bathrooms and prices are very reasonable for the portion size . I had the Chicken Tika Masala (to-go but ate a little here and packed the rest for a road snacat a #7 out of 10 spicy which was perfect for me! . I've been driving past this restaurant building sitting vacant for years so it is really great to see it open and newly branded! The parking area is huge which is nice since I'm always towing a trailer when taking this route .

Butter chicken, basmati rice and Samosas. Very delicious

Nice little Indian restaurant in the middle of the desert. The food is very flavorful and delicious. One of the guys that works there is so sweet and kind (I wish I knew his name) My only complaint is that they only have mostly chicken dishes as far as meat. Lots of vegetarian dishes. I wish they could do beef but I was told that their religion doesn't cook or serve beef dishes. It looks like they do a lot of business with truck drivers. It's nice that these drivers can stop and get a hot meal. It would be cool if they could play some Indian music in the background! The restaurant is clean and service is friendly. I will come back.

We have been hearing great things about Kofa Cafe so we had to try it. Simply decorated with plenty of seating. We were greeted and seated after the table was wiped off. We had the Aloo Gobi and Butter Chicken, both at hotness 7. The Aloo Gobi had perfect heat and the Butter Chicken could have been hotter. The taste of both was perfect and the rice was yummy. Oh man! The garlic Naan was delicious. My Chai was great. Thank you for adding a great restaurant option to the Salome area!!

There was only one server, Josh, running the entire front of the house by himself. Apparently this is customary on Wednesdays. Before he could seat us, he had to clear off a table. Several tables were just in disarray and when people came in, this poor man had to scramble to clean something off. I went to the bathroom and one stall had absolutely no toilet paper or covers. And one dispenser had no soap. The bathroom was just yucky. When I came back, we still didn't have menus or drinks. When our food came, we asked for condiments that took too long that we ended up taking them from another table. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. The cook gave me a stale biscuit that just ruined my meal. I couldn't eat it or ask for it to be remade because Josh was too busy to check in on us or refill our drinks. I told him when he came to pick up the plates. He apologized, but he didn't remove it from the check. I paid $10 for a meal I couldn't eat. We got a piece of pie and the taste was kind of weird...like it had been freezer burned and then defrosted. The whole experience was disappointing.

Cons: We didn't want the all you can eat option and spent 16 bucks on a combo meal which included curry chicken, a potato dish, steam rice, whole wheat naan. plus a yogurt dessert. You select two entrees and get unlimited refills of those two you selected. The food was delicious. We had to be a little bit confident/firm to get going on the refills of the entrees. Judging by the number of times the guy came and asked us if we want bread or rice refills, a less prepared diner might get the impression that the free refills only applied to the bread and rice. "Bread? Rice?" became the punchline of our trip. I loved the roti bread when it was really hot, especially the darker parts and the rajma was a big hit too. We got our roti vegan without butter and a plate that's vegan other than the yogurt (you can ask for no yogurt ) Some language barrier here, at least during our visit and I wouldn't recommend it for people with severe allergies. The pickle mix on the tables was pretty good but very loosely/ poorly covered which was a tad unappealing to us. Definitely a place I would stop at again though given how well spiced the food was and for the fun cultural experience of a roadside dhaba. Very convenient that it's open 24 hours too and located in an area with not many exciting options. The entree options vary some from day to day. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!
