Expect first rate Indian food from this hole in the wall. I almost didn't go in because the dining…read morearea visible from the outside is a dimly lit corridor with tables. Fortunately there is a room with the menus and cash register that's brighter and not quite as gloomy looking. It's still budget dining but pleasant enough. Enough about the ambiance. You're not coming here for that you're coming here for Indian food. Everything was tasty the samosa, the black chickpea on rice that was perfectly spiced, and chili naan, made with little bits of green chili. Unfortunately it didn't have much garlic to go with the greenery, so I was disappointed with that. Wish I'd gotten the garlic naan. No saag paneer but plenty of other choices both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The latter are mostly chicken options, such as tandoori and tikk.i. Service was attentive and friendly. Five stars because this is Kingman Arizona and not New York City. A hot freshly prepared Indian meal really hits the spot after a day of driving I-40, or in my case the Oatman Highway, one of the more treacherous but spectacular alignments of old route 66.

First, this is the smallest buffet lunch I've ever seen. The chicken dishes (you guessed it, Butter…read moreChicken, Tikka Masala Chicken, & Tandoori Chicken) were paired with three vegetable dishes that change daily. Today, it was Alu Matar, Mushroom Matar Masala, & some noodles that I have never seen before. Of course, there was rice and the cook brought out a basket of naan seconds out of tandoor that was perfect. Also, while I got the last two pieces of Tandoori Chicken, it was grilled to perfection with a bit of char, yet quite juicy. The other chicken dishes were delicious. The vegetable dishes were spicy at the level of 3 on a scale of 0-10 and also quite delicious. I asked for water and immediately received a pitcher of cold water, even though it appeared that the cook was the only person servicing lunch. The menu offered a reasonable selection of "a la carte" items as well as the only Indian place in town (there are three) that offers a complete selection of biryanis. Definitely have to try the biryani next time. Attached to the Rodeway Inn, there are ten tables and about 20 chairs scattered in two small rooms. It is lightly decorated with Route 66 memorabilia due to its position on Route 66. Considering the high quality of the food and very small number of selections, the price of $12 for the buffet is quite a bargain. Closed on Mondays.

BEST BUFFET IN LAUGHLIN! The Avi's Native Harvest Buffet is a seasonal buffet with a HUGE variety…read moreof delicious dishes and made-to-order meals. My family and I revisited this location after a couple of years and it's still the best! We came for a breakfast/brunch appointment and left extremely happy with our experience. There's stations for eggs & steak, breakfast potatoes/home fries, an omelette maker, and fresh fruit. I spotted tasty bacon and all the breakfast classics, I think they had some waffles too! Additionally, I noticed they had chilaquiles and other Mexican items like beans and rice. I loved the dessert bar! I had pumpkin pie in the morning, yes, I'm that guy! I also had a delicious powdered donut and a bite of chocolate cake because it's never too early for dessert. They had several donut options, pies, and other treats for all ages, they even had a soft serve machine! The staff were happy and very friendly. All the patrons seemed to be enjoying their food, there was a nice mix of people. I always appreciate an inclusive buffet where everyone feels respected and welcome. The ambiance was mild, we had a nice look out the window of the Colorado River and a grassy area. I spotted MANY tables and booths inside. Groups of any size are welcome to enjoy. My only suggestion is that they hire more staff, some of the employees seemed overworked and need support! Note: The price for a group of 3 people was around $55 and some change (Drinks are included in the price). Also, this buffet is located behind the Avi's casino floor.

They had a lot of options from Mexican to pancakes and waffles to chicken fried steak! And all of it was so fresh and hot! Totally recommend this place for breakfast! You can ask for river view too! They are very accommodating! Thank you for the great service!
