There were 55 things that they said they would do and they questionably did 11. We hired a professional because we had lived in the place for a while, had pets with long hair, and it was dirty, we needed help. They did not do any surface , doorknob, light switch, fan, window, toilet or wall in the house. They didn't even sweep and mop with the exception of one closet which they left the dirt pile in. I'll include pictures of AFTER the clean, everything pictured was on the list. I will also include the list with what they actually did highlighted. We arrived at our house about an hour and a half after they said she was done and she was still there and had done almost nothing. We first saw the oven (which she did) and said it looked good. Then we saw the rest and it was really really bad, it looked like she hadn't touched anything. She claimed she had cleaned for seven hours but I highly doubt it. She did the fridge the baseboard and the oven. That's it. Their customer service was absolutely awful and after a ton of arguing their solution was to give us a discount. He refused to acknowledge that they did a horrible job and proceeded try to delete our negative reviews. They offered to send someone out to fix it but it was a move out clean so we don't have keys anymore. He continues to say that by not allowing him into a place we don't have access to we are refusing his resolutions. We are not, we just don't have keys anymore. Ultimately we paid them hundreds of dollars to be charged cleaning out of our security deposit anyway. We needed someone who knew what they were doing as advertised, that is not what we got. Very frustrating and expensive. Additionally they are still claiming that their clean was "above and beyond" and saying that we were trying to scam them. I have never had an experience this bad with a business ever. I am not usually a complainer it was just really really bad. We are no longer pursuing them financially as it is infuriating having any conversation with the owner. Just posting a review so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Bad...so bad. Every single visit there has been some issue. The day I was supposed to check in for…read moremy reserved storage the worker was nowhere around for literally hours. Finally got ahold of him to come and get eveything situated....then I was charged for the wrong sized unit. Let it all go cause figured the guy was having an off day. The dude showed me to my unit and there was some random dresser in it. Finally started hauling stuff over and the first trip, the service elevator was down (I'm on the second level) and noone was in the office to literally do a quick fix so had to haul everything up the stairs one by one. Second trip, elevator was working so put a load of things in it, and guess what, elevator stopped working with my stuff in it. And do you think there was someone in the office to contact for help...of course not! Never even got a return call from my voicemail asking for help! Third trip, my code worked on the gate but not on the door. And guess what, office was completely empty with noone around for assistance! Last load of hauling stuff over and code still isnt working. Now it's time to make a payment and if you thought I could get ahold of someone, on phone or in person, to make a payment because I cant get an online payment through...well you'd be mistaken. The place never has anyone around for issues...and the issues are constant at that place!

When calling the owner on this, he said "I guess your definition of an alarm is different from mine." We prepaid for four months and used the unit for one day. We offered for him to keep the $12 "administrative fee" and the entire firsts months rent. We only wanted back our security deposit and the extra three months we prepaid. They refused to refund any money whatsoever despite the false advertising. Very dishonest, I will never go there again, and I will tell everyone I know never to rent there.

I really appreciated this since I'm not familiar with this city. She also explained the current promo's available "first month's rent only one dollar" . Yes please! I signed the lease agreement via email. I received my unit number and entry codes prior to move in. The morning of the move was seamless, I arrived early prior to office hours. The lock I purchased through Public Storage was located inside the clean climate controlled unit. This particular Public Storage location was impressively clean, zero trash inside or out! We never encountered employees although, the move in / move out was easy- peasy as intended.

First, our unit was broken into in October and we only just found out about it because they called my husband once and he didn't answer, then they gave up and just never emailed or called again. This was a huge negative surprise to arrive to this past weekend. The second problem is that in January they randomly increased our bill from around $175/month to $244/month. This is a HUGE increase! We only began renting in Sept, and we never would have gone with this facility if we knew they would be luring us in only to raise the rent by 40% four months after we began renting. This also really seems to be taking the piss since the unit had just been broken into! Last weekend were able to talk them into decreasing the rent to $222/month, but this is still a humungous increase. Other annoying things: There is no ramp to get stuff from your car into the storage unit area. There also is no ramp to exit the facility! So every time you leave your car slams as you pull out into the road. For the prices they are charging, things should be better designed. We don't live in Reno so have to continue renting from here until August when we are back in town, but we will be looking to switch to a more affordable and secure location then.

The building looks like it have had a recent outside remodel and looks very clean. The inside is also bright and clean. His space looks like it has also had a very recent update in wall paint and new carpet. The only down side I can see is there is no elevator to the second floor. But four different sets of stairs for access. Rent includes janitorial services daily.

It is a quiet and safe building and has covered garage parking. A parking space is included in the rent price. We also have a balcony and great outdoor indoor lighting in the common areas. There is a gym and the community room and great outdoor area is getting into shape. Most of the parking spaces are separated for regular cars but there are wider spaces available depending on your unit. Kristine and Jasmine have been helpful. There is a nice mailroom and lobby and a technology lock system. We have always received our deliveries with no problem. It was so awesome that the office contacted us even though we searched for over an hour after we lost our cell phone in the building. We are lucky to be in a safe and courteous building. There have been issues relating to the snow and rain in Reno that everyone is experiencing. Being on a higher floor is more logical.
