Nick Koch installed our Residential brand home elevator in about 2018 when he woked in the family business, Koch Elevators. Nick has since branched off the home elevator business as Summit Elevators. He did a great job installing our elevator and since he became Summit has done two repairs--neither the fault of the original installation. He and his company answer calls promptly, show up on time--a rarity in this neck of the woods, are friendly, fair, and do excellent work. I highly recommend. (He no longer installs Residential brand home elevators but does do service work on them. I would recommend a different make of elevator.) Elevators require ongoing maintenance and repairs from time to time. I recommend using a local company to install your elevator and using them for ongoing work, rather than having the elevator installed by the manufacturer, who will be out of the picture when repairs are needed. read more

We purchased a lift from a company in the upper mid west. We have been looking for someone to do maintenance and a yearly inspection. We just happened to call Nick in Reno and he sent down Cameron and his helpers to get it started again after it was not working for two months.
