The very first time I tried to use it -- today -- they still weren't turning. I figured I'd get an apology and a service call at my home to fix it ASAP. When I called the owner, he refused to even look at it. He implied that I must have done something to it because it was working when it left the shop. I literally just started it for the first time since it had been returned and pushed the lever to start the blades turning. No response. When I said I expected them to fix it, he hung up on me. I'm filing complaints right now with the Better Business Bureau and Nevada Consumer Affairs, in addition to posting reviews like this everywhere I can think of.

Another week and a half later I had to call back only to hear 1 guy was out sick. Then they trying to make the deal multiple times more difficult than needed but she was going to call me back the next day to schedule a site inspection to make recommendations. So I waited 4-5 more days and still nothing, I called my old company back in California and an hour later I had a design and estimate, I called and paid over the phone and will have my project completed in less than a week, I wil never call this company again nor recommend them to any of my clients, I do not like being lied to or blown off, just tell me the truth and do what you say you're going to do!!
