On the assigned day, the Washboy truck rolled up and a polite young man knocked on the door - a few minutes before 8:00 am. It took him about 3 hours to pressure wash the entire house and the north side of the barn. Did a great job. I will be calling Washboy for other projects soon.

They were uber responsive on coming out and doing an estimate. The explanation of work to be done was very complete and in plain language. Bid was commensurate with other bids, but I chose Nolan's because of word of mouth recommendations and the time the estimator took to explain things to me. My only criticism would be the mis-communication about starting date; otherwise a stellar job and would highly recommend to anyone wanting good quality roofing done. Juan was amazing!

A big thank you to the Fly Guys for my new roof. He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. All of this was done at no financial cost to me. So thank you again to Austin and the Fly Guys.

My old '99 van's window had gotten smashed on Tuesday morning, so I started calling around for a replacement estimate, and 1st Choice gave me the best price, even though it was a special-order window due to my van being so old.. Amazingly, my window was replaced just a couple days later, on Friday; and it wasn't an easy install.. during the process, it was discovered that the pre-existing dent on the door had bent the support rods on the interior of the door a little... but he was able to deal with it so well that the window now works perfectly- and here's the thing: even though that surprise damage lengthened the repair time, the price didn't change, and as someone who had to scrape the barrel for money to pay for the repair to begin with, I'm beyond grateful for that kindness! So few repair shops nowadays are willing to go the extra mile to complete the unexpectedly complex job without increasing the cost, simply to do it right.. it's noteworthy that 1st Choice Auto Glass is one of them and if you're in need of window or windshield replacement, I highly recommend this business!!
