No idea why - I've never heard of this company. New meaning behind 'artifical' when it comes to intelligence with Yelp

Jeff & Tyler know what they're talking about. Easy to get ahold of. Everything went as planned. Would recommend.

We paid a deposit of $10,375.50 on November 2, 2021, and the balance was due upon completion/installation. Hugo came out in July 2022 to finish the job on June 16, 2022. We were told they were 99% complete but needed the electrician to come out that week to connect the panel from the house to the cover and he would be back the end of the week to complete the job. He was paid that day the balance of our invoice $12,450.72. Electrician finished his job the next day and Hugo did not show up for his scheduled appointment. After multiple texts/emails and set appointments, he finally showed up in August to tell us then that the cover is 4ft to short and he must order a new one.... It is October 5, 2022, and he has continued to lie and schedule times to complete the job but does not show up. He said he has all the materials and will complete on certain dates and then is a no show. All we get from him is "sorry, I complete my jobs" Per our permit with the County the design of the pool was planned to have an auto cover for safety, and we are not able to get our Permit finalized because Hugo will not complete his job. We have three small grandchildren and small pets, and this was purchased for safety and security of mind. We are at a loss; Hugo has lied to us continually. The amount of stress this has caused is unmeasurable. Do NOT use his services! The first time that we used them, our mechanical swimming pool cover had broken down right before we were having some out-of-state guests over for a long visit - all of the kids really wanted to use the pool, but we couldn't open the cover! Understanding the rush, Matt and one of his assistants came out under very short notice and worked for hours in pouring rain and high winds (we're talking torrential downpour) to resolve a very difficult situation with the pool cover. A lot of manual work, tinkering, and creative solutions were needed, and they delivered. A full replacement would have probably been needed if it weren't for them, so they saved us thousands of dollars with their handy work. 2 years later, and the pool cover still works great. Recently, our pool pump broke down, so we used it as an opportunity to upgrade our entire pump, filtration and heating system. Again, under short notice, Independently Dunn came out, reviewed the situation, and gave us a very fair and competitive bid to install a new pool pump, filtration system, and heater. Matt and Jesse had a full schedule already, but understanding that our pool water was sitting stagnant with a broken pump, they made sure that they found a way to squeeze us into their schedule and complete the job in short order. That's great customer service. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and without any problems. Independently Dunn also reconfigured all of the intake and outtake pipes/valves to maximize pump efficiency. We had a mess of a pipe and valve system in our pool/pump room before this, and Matt really cleaned that up - it looks and runs great. Along the way, Matt and Jesse were great at consulting us about proper pump and filtration usage, recommended pool chemicals, and all things pool and spa related. They really know their stuff, never hesitated to answer any of our questions (and I ask a lot!), and always seem to be happy to share their wealth of knowledge with their customers, which is great. Our whole pump and filtration system is running as smooth and efficient as can be, and our pool water now looks cleaner than it ever has before. Independently Dunn did an incredible job. Again, this is our 2ndtime using them, and I certainly won't hesitate to use them again in the future for our pool and spa needs.

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again
