Discount Spa Co. is the best in the state period! I needed a new hot tub I had bought to be picked up from the house where I bought it from, and then moved to my place and my hot tub moved out of the way and the new one put in. I set up a move with a moving company I found on craigslist they were from a warehouse spa place and said to be very experienced. Well they showed up to pick up the hot tub I had purchased. It was a 92" x 92" 4 year old Phoenix spa. They showed up without a hot tub dolly, and without a trailer. They had 3 guys and planned to just pick the hot tub up and move it to the back of their truck. They said they couldn't move the hot tub as it was too heavy, they were very unproffesional, and ultimately I am glad they couldn't even move the tub. Who knows what damage they would have caused it. So I called Nelson at Discount Spa Co. WOW what a difference. He was very proffesional, and helpful. He went and him and his two helpers moved the hot tub onto their special hot tub dolly, and to their special hot tub trailer. It took them less then 30 minutes. They then delivered it to my place and moved out the hot tub that had been sitting there for over 10 years. It was REALLY heavy due to it being old and water logged. The space was VERY tight to get it out of. Nelson never panicked he and his team got it moved and and my new hot tub moved in, and then stayed a bit and helped to explain how some things and the new hot tub would work. I seriously went from the worsed service I have ever experienced to the best service I have evperienced in a matter of a few days with this hot tub move. Discount Spa is affordable I called a half dozen places and discount was among the lowest prices, and I could not have asked for better service. Nelson was great to deal with. I called on a Friday late afternoon and explained that I needed the hot tub removed. He gave me an email address to email some photos to be able to give me an estimate, but thought he could remove at no cost. The weekend got away from me and so on a holiday (President's Day) I finally took a few pics, sent them via email and was not expecting an answer...Within an hour, he let me know he would be in my area the next day and they could remove it at no charge. He only asked that I drain the hot tub (to save time) but they could disconnect it and take care of the rest. So, when I returned home and the hot tub was gone, it was a wonderful feeling! I've been wanting to get rid of that hot tub since we bought the house (back in the summertime). My only (slight) negative feedback is that I wish someone would've called me afterwards to let me know they were completed or something to let me know they were done. But, that was not a big deal and I am just impressed at the service. I would absolutely use them again (I hate hot tubs so maybe not) but if I do, I'm calling Nelson at Discount Sp. Co. right away! first off, i would like to thank Nelson for excellent communication before the move. that's important to me, and he was right on target. the move? excellent job! this was not an easy move, as the spa was HUGE and access to move it was tight and difficult. Nelson's team had to basically push the tub off of a cliff (retaining wall) to get it down from the very top, back of the seller's property. because of their knowledge and teamwork there was never a moment when i thought the tub or the seller's property was in the least bit of danger. Nelson's plan and execution was totally professional. he has all of the know-how, equipment, and an expert team of movers. this company really knows how to move hot tubs. i totally recommend them to anyone who needs a hot tub moved, no matter the difficulty. i also plan on using them for chemicals and repair/replacement parts. this is a company i feel i can trust, rare in the service industry. cudos to Discount Spa Moving! read more

Nelson was great to work with and I will be using him again for any future spa needs. He is very patient and helped me get a used hot tub at a great price. He has the resources to get every part you could need for a a hottub. I had a found a free hottub on craiglist and hired Nelson to move it. Upon arriving at the free hotub, it was not exactly as described on craigslist and I ended up passing on it. Nelson drove from Bothell to North Bend (~80 miles round trip) to do the move, but then was not needed. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused. Later he found a used hot tub that was in much better condition and delivered to my house. He was able to move the hot tub from my front yard to the lower level of my back yard. I had no clue how it was going to get back there and from start to finish it was about 10-15 minutes and the tub was moved. I highly recommend Discount Spa Co. WOW EXCELLENT !! Let me tell you I searched all over the Internet & Craigs List to name a few. I am so glad I found Discount Spa Co/Moving. You can not go wrong using Nelson and Discount Spa Co. Nelson and Joey showed up ON TIME, and actually called the day before our appointment to confirm we were still on. Nelson also called the day of our setup time to let me know they were on the way to our house. Our hot tub is about 15 years old and weights about 1000 lbs these guys moved our hot tub to its new location (same property) with in about 25-30 minutes with ease. With Discount Spa Co, it was easier getting our spa OUT then it was getting it IN 15 years ago! We had 3 other quotes before Nelson, one that disappeared, one that NEVER showed up, and one that was ridiculously expensive and probably not experienced with spas. Recently I hired Nelson to move a spa for me from North Bend to Leavenworth. They were very professional, showed up on time and I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. Nelson and Travis are AMAZING!!! They make "moving a hot tub look so easy!" but you know it's not. In my case, the hot tub was on a grassy hillside and if anything terrible went wrong, the hot tub would have landed in the lake or in the fence.
