    Recently had our deck remodeled by these guys. Si and his team are great! We started the process with having Si come to the house and look at our deck and talk through some of the ideas we were all thinking. He drew up a plan and we met with him at Decks & Spas where we became enamored with the hot tubs so, yup, we added that to the plan as well. Si had some great ideas for us to have the perfect outdoor living space. He even suggested a really nice build out for our bbq grill. Work started quickly. The entire work crew were charming and respectful and did a great job. Si came out often to check on progress during the demo and construction process. Last things up were the hot tub (which is easier to take care of than you might think), and fire pit. Love these guys. Love our deck. Yay!!!

    Great service and execution. I am very happy with the deck Mr. Si's team built and the hot tub we bought from Decks and Spas. There were some delays due to the pandemic but in the end everything worked out great. I also appreciate Mr. Si's attention to our project and his suggestions. Having a deck custom built by the same company where we bought the hot tub made the process easier for us and the end result is outstanding.

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

    Bought a brand new Nordic Jubilee and followed all instructions in the manual and the hot tub…read moredoesn't work (doesn't heat). Called the store and was told it would be two weeks to get someone to take a look. We insisted that someone take a look at it sooner and a nice woman from the store came that same day and confirmed something was indeed wrong with the tub. The earliest appointment for a technician was two weeks later and the technician came, took a look at it quickly and decided it needs a new panel and it would be another 1-2 weeks. Everyone at the store seems very casual about the fact that they sold us a 12k tub that doesn't work and there is no urgency to get it fixed. We called last Friday to talk to a manager about returning it because it seems they sold us a lemon and they have not returned my call. My husband called today to also inquire and did not receive a return call. Everyone is very nice but there is no follow through and it seems like their only concern is getting you to buy a tub and don't seem that worried about the fact that they are selling products that don't work. I hope to update this review with better news but am not holding my breath.
