We were at a complete loss as to how to get this project completed. Jesus was professional, detailed orientated, artistic, and returned calls within minutes, and completed our pool within a timely manner. We highly recommend Prestigious Pools!

The bid included replacement of coping, new skimmer, re-tile, re-plaster, and replacement of old electric heater with new heat pump. The bid detailed the cost of each phase of the project so that I could choose which phases I wanted (could afford) to complete. In the end I chose to complete the entire list and Jerry installed the new skimmer ($2250) for free. Jerry uses a combination of his own crew and subcontractors (coping and plastering) on my project. One can tell Jerry takes great pride in his work. He took the time necessary to make sure I understood the maintenance and water balancing of a new pool. When I decided to replace the 15 year old pool pump with a new SuperFlo VS motor he gave me a bid but did not balk when I decided to replace it myself. He even looked over my work to make sure it was done properly. I would end by saying that Jerry was very competitive in pricing (half that of AquaQuip) and in the same range of other contractors, but his customer service and communication was far better than other private contractors. I would have no hesitation recommending Prestigious Pools with the full 5 stars.

Absolute scam!! I made an appointment for a spa and pool cleaning and pool 101 for a Friday. I…read morereceived no text or email notification. So I even called to double check the time. Frank showed up on the wrong day....he then let himself into our pool house and got started without me on the property. He didn't seem to know how to work our older Penatair system. He struggled with the controls then told me the jacuzzi was broken and might need $6-7k of repairs. He said he heater was also possibly broken and that he would do research on the parts and text me a quote. K never heard back. Since what Frank told me was the opposite of our pool inspector before we bought the home, I decided to have a second opinion. Jacuzzi is working great and heater works. Everything Frank said was wrong. I later went to a local pool and spa store and mentioned my experience and was told he is known in the areanfor scamming people. DO NOT go with this guy!

LEFT ME WORSE OFF THAN I WAS. My pool heater had a small…read moregas leak and was red-tagged by the gas company, although it was actually still operational. My home warranty company had trouble finding a vendor over the Christmas/New Year's holiday but finally found this guy, and I'm sorry they did. Frank, the owner, came out reasonably quickly after I paid the $150 service call fee upfront. He indicated that a part would be required to replace the part that was leaking gas. Well, long story short. After many delays, ostensibly waiting for the part, someone (not Frank) came out and disassembled the heater but did not have the replacement part. Then I had to pay $600 upfront for the future part and service, which never came. After several phone discussions, a no-show service call, and a threat to sue, Frank promised to refund my money; I finally was able to recover $431.83 of the 594.58 I had paid him. After talking to him on the phone again, he promised to send the balance but never did. In the end, the gutted heater could not be repaired by anyone since the person who disassembled it took the parts with him and left me a gutted pool heater (see photo). It cost me $4000 plus dollars to replace the entire unit. Don't use this company. They are unreliable and not to be trusted. I would give them zero stars. FYI, I am NOT one of these folks who only give bad reviews. I am a trusted Yelp reviewer with four years of Yelp Elite Squad experience, and they don't award these badges easily. Take it from me and save yourself some trouble. If you DO need spa or pool repair, call Rain City Pools. (See my 5-star review) https://www.yelp.com/biz/rain-city-pools-everett Excelcior!

I knew my husband had fixed the error code but the tech insisted I had a leak that needed repair. I said go ahead. But unfortunately he broke the bolt holding the copper tubing. He tried to repair it with epoxy glue but it's still bubbling liquid. My husband paid him $189 to to get him off our property. When I called the repair shop owner he lets it go to voice mail and does not return my calls. I called the tech who has anger issues. He screamed at me when I asked for their insurance info. He also threatened to have his lawyer contact me. (Which I thought was pretty funny) Why doesn't the owner return my call??? I've asked for your insurance info and your tech wouldn't give it to me. I called to get the error code off the heat pump but my husband already corrected that issue. Your tech entered my property with out permission. When he said I had a leak I gave him permission to repair it. But he didn't. He broke the bolt, epoxied it but now it's leaking bad. Had to schedule for new repair with a different company and you can bet we are coming after you for reimbursement.
