They had someone out the next day, so good job on that. The tech took about an hour checking out my spa, while apparently consulting You Tube also to try and figure out the issue. He concluded that my pump was bad and that a new one from Black Bear would run around $900, while I was looking at the same part available online for $350. I called the company I bought the spa from to check on their price. They said they would gladly sell me one, but first they wanted me to check a couple things to make sure that was the problem. Over the phone they were able to diagnose that it was a stuck relay. I need a new circuit board, but I would have been out $900 plus with Black Bear if I had went with them, and still not had the problem fixed. Definitely going elsewhere next time.
