I was between jacuzzi and Hot Spring tubs and Marshall was great with making sure I got the best deal and quality tub for my needs. As a seasoned combat vet my body has some issues with it and he made it easy to decide what was going to take care of my body over the long haul. He got me a reasonable price and was able to sweeten it up with a cover lifter and took care of the delivery fee for me. I know this wasn't a typical sale, but I do appreciate the honesty, integrity, and patience Marshall showed me. I'm super stoked on the team that will be taking care of my tub in the future. Delivery was easy as it gets, they were a good team. I had some weird anomaly within the hot tub control panel at first based off previous model of the Hot Spring Relay, but the new 2025 model is slightly different and ended up being perfectly fine. I honestly found my experience to have been smooth, quick, and reliable. I look forward to owning and using my new Hot Spring Relay for the next 20-30 years. We have had terrible communication with Olympic Hot Tubs many departments etc. customers service, scheduling, the actual delivery company, a technician department, water scheduling department. They just blame the other department and pass us along. Initial 2 week shipping delay, with ZERO communication from Olympic we called frustrated. They said it would be here the following week, it was, with still terrible communication poor scheduling but it arrived BROKEN has a crack in the front panel and missing parts. We cant use it while we wait for them to bring the parts. Again they scheduled us for someone to come out and bring the parts. NO SHOW NO CALL. some department dropped the ball again! We are still looking at our empty broken hot tub. We are still struggling with Olympic Hot Tub's lack of concern and lack of communication.

I've seen previous movers in similar situations just look at it and not even try. We found ourselves backed up against a time wall the following day, needing to get out of our other place - and had a small dump run. They were awesome and just charged a very reasonable removal fee which included their dump fee. Nowadays no hot tub company would help move your old one away and place your new one at the right spot for you anymore. So we call College Hunks again and they're here the next day! Pricing was up front and I would be provided a quote upon the team arrival. This all happened as I was initially informed. I set up the junk haul for a week out, and was contacted the day prior and 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Three guys showed up; Tyler who provided the quote prior to any work being done (if I did not like the quote, the work would not be done..as I was instructed by customer service). The team was tyler, calvin and colin. Three very nice guys. They worked quietly and were very respectful of my property and home. They ensured careful exit out of the home and worked tirelessly to move all junk out of the home. They were very careful leaving the home, ensuring the doorway was not bumped or scraped. Tyler performed the art of ensuring all items were on the truck. He estimated that I would use up 3/4 to 1 truck... it ended up being 1 full truck. I watched the guys dismantle items carefully and thoughfully and ensure that the truck was 100% fully loaded...NO GAPS or lost space on the truck they loaded. They even had to artfully CLOSE the door to the truck to ensure all items were held in place ! I would recommend this company that serviced my area to anyone in this area..I cant speak for performance at other locations as per the reviews I read on yelp...but this Puyallup/South Hill crew was very impressive and professional ! In fact, I contacted them again for a quote for packing and loading services... they sent a representative out within a couple of hours..that was Tori. I walked her through the house and remaining items that would require packing and loading into a POD at a later time...she gave me a quote with a cost range. I was impressed with the team that came to my home...the fact that they give a quote before the work is done...and you still have the option to refuse the service--thats a win win!
