The hot tub is closed more than it is open. The weightroom needs a total refresh, rusted weights old equipment and super tiny. The tennis courts look like they have never been cleaned up since day one. If you play Pickleball, they have a stop on one tennis court with tap to use their popup net. The court itself is configured incorrectly. The sauna needs a total refresh as well. If the price was half of $1500/year or a total gut job / refresh, I could see the value. Good amount of seating for those watching, the pool gores to 15ft deep, there are multiple diving boards, there were a lot of lap swimmers there, must be all pumped up from watching the Olympics...lol. Nice facility, large changing/ showing areas. Just wish they had a large screen TV for those not in the pool since there was a Seahawks game I was trying to watch. I was able to plug my phone in and catch parts on my phone...service was a little shotty. Everyone that worked there was nice, and my son really enjoyed the scuba diving class. It went until 9pm. It's too far out of our way to go just to swim....but if it was closer is definitely take my kids there to swim.

That night she started having episodes of vomiting and diarrhea which lasted for two weeks. I am not going to this pool again. They are not strict about the rules of swim diapers, taking showers before the pool and I have seen kids getting in the pool without taking a shower. This item not available because of the age. Don recommended to replace the whole heater assembly. It was available in stock and would replace my old unit. We agree he would come back and install unit. Again he was on time and very friendly. After a couple of hours everything hooked up and spa ran great. He recommended we install a surge breaker at the power box. Don return after a few days and installed it. Don has become my go to spa guy. He was knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

(There was also a filter to replace he said would cost $200 that cost $400) And that Don left garbage laying around? That he was combative and non professional? Not pushy, great follow up, great communication. The team that delivers and sets up the tub was amazing. They even came back to my house and moved the hut tub for a second time at no charge. They set it up, showed me how to use it. They clearly go out of their way to give you a white glove experience from start to finish which makes sense when you consider hot tubs are a big purchase. Regarding salt water vs. non salt water, if you go online or go talk to a bunch of hot tub sales people, you won't know what to think or who to believe. I'll share my 2 cents having owned my salt water hot tub for a month. My two cents, get a saltwater tub. Unlike a non-saltwater system, I don't need to regularly test the water and add Chlorine accordingly. Instead, I use a test strip and if the Chlorine level is low, I just push a button on the hot tub and it adjusts to the perfect Chlorine level. If a bunch of people use the hot tub over the weekend, I just push a button and it adjusts to the perfect level. My tub is always at the perfect level, never too little or too much Chlorine. I'm slightly oversimplifying but not by much. It's a simple and easy system to use. And the salt water is good on my skin. It's well worth the added expense IMHO.

What initially seemed minor quickly escalated into a much more serious, full-body condition requiring an ER visit and follow-up care with a dermatologist. This has been an incredibly stressful and painful experience for our family, all stemming from what should have been a safe and well-maintained facility. I did contact management to report what happened. While they stated that their cleaning and maintenance procedures are within guidelines, that response was frustrating given the outcome and the severity of my daughter's condition. Proper sanitation of hot tubs is critical, and based on our experience, I would urge others to be cautious. Unfortunately, I can't recommend using the hot tub facilities here.
