Best hot tub buying experience I've ever had!…read more I've had hot tubs for almost 20yrs in every home I've owned. Seattle Hot Tub Company is awesome, no pressure and really listens to what you are looking for in a hot tub. We had a challenging install and they made it so easy. ASA Pools & Spas is bar none the best service we've ever had on our architectural and somewhat…read morecomplicated dual pond + waterfall water feature. we have all the equipment of a pool but with greater structural/physical complexity. all other pool & pond service providers in the past paled in comparison to ASA. they would get it to work for awhile, but specific aspects of the feature would cause degradation in pump or water flow thru performance over time, or frequent attendance and servicing was inconsistent. but ASA is starkly different! ASA team approached it with an "engineering excellence" stemming from an incredible understanding (and intelligence) about the technical components of the system, as well as taking a no-challenge-is-too-great attitude. they even took special care to get the minor aesthetic details right (i.e. perfectly flush water level with the coping). after nearly 14 years of messing around with other pool providers, from now on we will only go with ASA as our water feature has performed FLAWLESSLY. they have my HIGHEST recommendation!!

They are extremely personable and genuinely care about their customers and the job they do and the HEALTH and well being of the children and adults that use pools and spas and take their job seriously. They went above and beyond to ensure our spas would be safe for our family. High integrity brothers who founded the business- who are strong family men. They also had a very excellent command of different bacteria's that can and do exist and grow in spas and pools and how to treat it so family's and the public can use them safely. Honest and affordable as well and clean up after they are done. So amazing in this day to see a business run with ethics AND heart that is also professional and courteous . Not pushy, great follow up, great communication. The team that delivers and sets up the tub was amazing. They even came back to my house and moved the hut tub for a second time at no charge. They set it up, showed me how to use it. They clearly go out of their way to give you a white glove experience from start to finish which makes sense when you consider hot tubs are a big purchase. Regarding salt water vs. non salt water, if you go online or go talk to a bunch of hot tub sales people, you won't know what to think or who to believe. I'll share my 2 cents having owned my salt water hot tub for a month. My two cents, get a saltwater tub. Unlike a non-saltwater system, I don't need to regularly test the water and add Chlorine accordingly. Instead, I use a test strip and if the Chlorine level is low, I just push a button on the hot tub and it adjusts to the perfect Chlorine level. If a bunch of people use the hot tub over the weekend, I just push a button and it adjusts to the perfect level. My tub is always at the perfect level, never too little or too much Chlorine. I'm slightly oversimplifying but not by much. It's a simple and easy system to use. And the salt water is good on my skin. It's well worth the added expense IMHO.

The tubs they sell at Olympic look top notch. I picked out a Flair model. The Woodinville sales…read moreassociate, Kenneth was extremely helpful. We wrote the deal, signed a lengthy sales agreement and terms & conditions documents and made a down payment. The problem arose scheduling the delivery date. They only deliver Tuesday and Thursday in my area. As both days are rush days at work. I would have to schedule 7 or 8 weeks in advance to cover my absence. Not having any family near, new to the area and elderly neighbors. I didn't have anyone to tap for help. Additionally, there would be multiple appointments for delivery, setup, electrician, orientation... I was shocked when I was told it was Tuesdays, Thursdays or nothing. This got me to thinking about warranty and service work if required. They don't do delivery, provide service or do field work on weekends, period. Sadly, I canceled the order today. I'll have to wait 2 weeks to get a $3,900 deposit refunded. Finding dealers selling comparable product, that deliver on Saturday, once that refund arrives. I'm spending $19,350 elsewhere. I miss the days when companies were in the business of serving the customer. I work hard to earn my money. A business should work just as hard if they want some of it. Rebuttal for Don and future customers: Don, the only way I am wrong is if your employees misled. Friday Kenneth told me multiple times, only Tuesday or Thursday delivery and setup. That same afternoon Kenneth contacted the store manager and verified, only Tuesday or Thursday. Shortly after that Kenith called the Service and Supplies Department. However, he got voicemail saying Service and Supplies were open M-F, 8am-5pm. I have 3 emails, copied here, on Olympic letterhead, reaffirming only Tuesday and Thursday and no weekend delivery availability. One even shared that Kenneth had relayed the information to you to share how customers felt about delivery options. As a fact you are not the only hot tub company doing service on Saturdays. On Saturday 1/17 @ 11:45 a service person for a major dealer, (they have more stores than Olympic) came to service the tub I currently own. He arrived in a company truck, wearing a company shirt and jacket. Sounds like he works for that company. I will concede one point. I made an assumption about service. If the voicemail says the Service and Supplies Department is open M-F, 8am-5pm. I'll take their word for it. It seems to me I gave you a chance. Even a weekend to figure it out. If that's your best to take care of me. How did you make it 30 years? An Olive Branch, from Olympic: I did hear back, (1/28) from the sales associate offering a weekend delivery, written against the original deal. I thanked him and passed on the offer.

The chemicals are always perfect and if they need a slight adjustment, it's the push of a button. Also, I still get white glove treatment from Olympic Hut Tub, even after two years. It's very clear their approach isn't to make a sale and be done with you. They clearly go out of their way to make the ownership experience as good as possible.
