They were in a hurry and didn't take time to line up the tub between the posts of the gazebo.

We've gotten no response from Spa-Go about the damage caused by their delivery team when they delivered our hot tub at the end of August. The guy who was in charge commented that he thought they would have to slide it into place under our gazebo, rather than tip it. For some reason they decided at the last minute to tip it instead. If the four guys had taken the time to first line up the tub between the posts of the gazebo, they could have avoided gouging the brace. (See photo.) Once they lined the tub up correctly, they were able to tip it into place. Apparently, several of the hot tub stores in the Puget Sound area use Spa-Go to deliver their hot tubs. If I had a choice, I would never hire this company to move a hot tub. They are in too big of a hurry, and it sure looks as though they don't want to admit they are at fault when they cause damage through their own carelessness.

Spa Go LLC movers stole electrical wiring from my hot tub during a move and will not return it. Sketchy cash only business. All you need to do is attempt call the number that Google has advertised for them to see that they are not a real company.

Loy and his crew did an amazing job! They transported a used tub to our property. Both the seller and our family were very happy with their work. They got us on the schedule very quickly and they were very efficient, friendly and worked hard. We also really appreciated the competitive flat fee versus home movers that gave us a vague estimate. We highly recommend!

I hired them to do a year's contract including three maintenance cleans back in June. I prepaid $1120 and had one service provided. Due to my tenants moving out and no longer needing the hot tub, I asked if it was possible to repurpose the unused balance to instead drain and winterize the tub, assuming I would maybe get a little bit of a refund back after the winterization was taken into account. They ignored my multiple emails and I felt like I had to harass them to even just acknowledge receipt of my emails. When they finally responded, they said my first drain and fill was a filthy job and my tub was covered in ants and hence they should be charging me more, but they never mentioned this until now. It was rude and out of nowhere. They also said the website pricing was wrong and that the winterizing would cost more, and that they were also booked out but could maybe squeeze us in a few weeks and would check in later. It was strange to me that 1) they never mentioned the alleged issues with my first hot tub service, 2) they had inconsistencies in pricing between the email quote and their website, and 3) they didn't want to preschedule a standard service that was time sensitive and needed to be scheduled in advance. Finally, when they did actually come out do the winterization (after I pleaded with them to get it scheduled), the tub was left with water in the tub and we are unsure if it was properly winterized. I wrote again asking for clarity and he said he took video of the service footage and would send it to me; it's been over a week and still haven't received it after a couple of follow-up emails requesting it. I am nervous there is still water in the plumbing that would freeze and have no confirmation that the winterization actually was completed. This company is hugely unprofessional and needs to get their act together. I hope this review will prompt them to reply to my unanswered emails and send me the video footage.

When they showed up they did a good enough job, but reviewing my invoice I see that they charge seemingly random amounts of money. When they didn't show up there was no communication as to why or when they would come. They repaired my controller last year and used the wrong part so I can no longer use all jets. And it took over 4 months to get them to screw that up. Obviously, I would not recommend them.

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Olympic sent out a technician who correctly diagnosed the issue. Following this I called Olympic approximately 4-5 times requesting a quote and trying to schedule repairs. Each time, I was told an estimate would be sent within 24 hours which would never come. Unfortunately, it took two weeks just to receive a quote from the company despite multiple attempts on our end. Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

The bid included replacement of coping, new skimmer, re-tile, re-plaster, and replacement of old electric heater with new heat pump. The bid detailed the cost of each phase of the project so that I could choose which phases I wanted (could afford) to complete. In the end I chose to complete the entire list and Jerry installed the new skimmer ($2250) for free. Jerry uses a combination of his own crew and subcontractors (coping and plastering) on my project. One can tell Jerry takes great pride in his work. He took the time necessary to make sure I understood the maintenance and water balancing of a new pool. When I decided to replace the 15 year old pool pump with a new SuperFlo VS motor he gave me a bid but did not balk when I decided to replace it myself. He even looked over my work to make sure it was done properly. I would end by saying that Jerry was very competitive in pricing (half that of AquaQuip) and in the same range of other contractors, but his customer service and communication was far better than other private contractors. I would have no hesitation recommending Prestigious Pools with the full 5 stars.

However, it came at an extraordinary financial and emotional cost and was the worst contractor experience of my life, spanning more than $7M in real estate projects I've completed over the last 10 years. Timeline & Communication There was no timeline in the contract. I was only given an estimated completion date via email from the original LLC owner (Julio's father). The project finished 7 months later than communicated. In most cases, I had to repeatedly ask for status updates communication was rarely proactive, clear, or reliable. Business Collapse Mid-Project The project stalled for roughly 1.5 months after the original LLC lost a major lawsuit and went bankrupt. I was abruptly asked to begin paying a new LLC, without a truthful explanation. I only learned what happened through a Yelp review written by the customer who won the lawsuit. After that, Julio's father and sister (who handled financing) disappeared, leaving me to work directly with Julio at which point the experience deteriorated significantly. Professionalism & Trust When my wife and I asked for an updated schedule after meeting in person preparing for our daughter's birthday, Julio responded in a dismissive and insulting manner calling my wife and I "entitled". We were respectful and simply asked for clarity. That interaction along with the change in the LLC mid project permanently destroyed trust. Billing, Contracts & Permits Billing documentation was unclear and poorly itemized. There were no net payment terms in the contract. Julio stated electrical, plumbing, and gas were not included yet insisted we use his subcontractors. I was double billed for gas work, and his response was, "It's not in the contract." and "you are never satisfied" Julio also did not pull permits, stating it was the customer's responsibility, which is unacceptable for a project of this size. End-Stage Risk & Legal Protection Late in the project, I became concerned Julio would take the final $30K payment and not deliver the custom pool cover included in the contract. I asked for a PO number to verify it had been paid for, but he refused, was extremely rude and would only provide a quote. His distributor (SCP Auburn) would not provide any confirmation. Julio later threatened to remove equipment from my property if I didn't prepay remaining balances on a project already 9 months in that was originally estimated at 4 months. Due to the loss of trust, lack of permits, bankruptcy of the original LLC, and mid-project entity change, I hired Construction Dispute Resolution (CDR) at a cost of $7,000 to fully document the entire project in case of future quality or warranty issues. I am happy to share the CDR report with anyone who reaches out. Final Perspective Julio is a new business owner, and it shows. The concrete and pool construction work seems to be good, but nearly every other aspect of running the business (communication, contracts, billing, professionalism, and accountability) was handled poorly. If he learns how to properly run a business, future customers may have different experiences, and this review may eventually fade into the background. That was not my experience. Anyone considering working with this company is welcome to reach out to me first. I am happy to provide additional fair, objective feedback based on this very difficult project. My Recommendations: * Do NOT pay large sums up front. A contractor's lack of credit is not your problem and signals poor financial/vendor relationships * Use clear milestones tied to payment * Establish explicit net payment terms and payment types * Require written timelines and itemized invoices * Take weekly photos and videos to document progress * Pull permits for everything My Grade (based on direct experience) * Pool Construction & Design: A * Proactive & Honest Communication: F * Trust Factor: F * Accountability: F * Professionalism: F * Billing, Contracts & Permits: F
