When I tried to speak with them, they blocked me from their Facebook page and told me they would send me a return label as if I had to take time out of my day to bring back the socks to the post office when it was not my mistake. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I went in last week to check out a pair of boots that I had my eye on and Julie helped me. I called today to see if they were still there, but they had been sold. No biggie, because they had a pair at one of their other locations...and they called me a few hours later to let me know they had them in. I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed! This was the first time I had made a purchase in Wuerth's but it definitely won't be my last.

Other than that, I didn't find anything that I truly wanted to buy because nothing seemed to be great deals. I did hit the jackpot at the Olde Tyme Kettle Kitchen on the second floor. I have a weakness for candy and desserts. I got white chocolate popcorn, beer nuts (pumpkin and peanuts), and graham cracker pretzels coated with dark and white chocolate. All six bags were under $16. The store also sells Kawartha ice cream, salt water taffy, sponge toffee, fudge, chocolates, and more. I would come back to visit these two stores.
