They came in a timely manner but they ended up being too small. When I went to return them, I was advised since I ordered them on line, I would have to get approval to return them on line. Once this approval was sent, I could only return them to certain locations. Unfortunately these locations were over an hour drive to get to. My last option was to pay to ship them to a North York address. Of course this cost me over $30 by using Canada Post to return these boots. I guess it was my fault not to thoroughly investigate their return policy but figured since most stores had a return to a store policy in place. This company would have the same. I was sadly mistaken.

I was looking for some new sport and walking shoes in the London area and was unable to find any…read morewhich made me happy. I have a difficult shoe size which is generally available in white or black sport shoes or fastened with velcro strips. I wondered if this store in Cambridge would have any suitable footwear for me. YES, they did. This is a family business and one of the few which carries a wide variety of styles, all competitively priced and in a wide size and width range. The time is taken to ensure a proper fit and pleasing style. I was there for at least an hour and a half on an early Sunday afternoon. They have a wall of high quality clearance footwear of at VERY GOOD prices. They had a variety of top quality sandals and purchased a pair which fit me correctly. I had not ever been able to find suitable sandals before this in any other shoe store. My journey from London Ontario was supported by Google maps and worthwhile. Anyone looking for footwear is advised to try this place and you will not be disappointed.

My family has been a patron of this store for many years. We all have big feet and we have found…read moreSaucony to be a superior product and we have appreciated their customer service. Until now. We host international students. We currently have one from Spain. He is a very avid runner and needed new shoes so we took him to Closeout Shoes believing that he would receive the same kind of quality service and customer care that we had come to expect. Unfortunately, he made a purchase that he came to regret when I urged him to wear the shoes around the house for a while. He was experiencing buyer's remorse. I assured him that any "reputable" shoe retailer would take back the shoes with a refund since they were not used outside the house. Apparently, I was wrong with regard to Closeout Shoes. You see they have signs in the store that say "ALL SALES FINAL" that neither of us noticed. When the purchase was made we were not given any VERBAL warning about their unusual store policy. In all my years of dealing with this retailer, I have never noticed these signs before. The owner refused to offer a refund of in spite my family's years of loyal patronage. My takeaway from this is that in her mind, enforcement of store policy is far more important than customer care. caveat emptor!

I gave this shoe store 4/5 because it really is as good as it gets for a shoe store selling the…read morekind of brand name and quality shoes they do. The customer service was great, employees were helpful and cheerful, but not overbearing. Shoppers browse around the store, and the shoe sizes are stacked on the shelves, so there's no need to ask the employees to fetch you sizes or colours. The shoe selection is impressive. They had a huge variety of brands as well as shoe types. I consider this very convenient, since you have all the brands and shoe types in one place, as opposed to visiting ten different shoe stores in order to get a broad selection. I also consider it extremely cheap relative to buying these shoes new from other stores because Shoes 22 often has sales where you get really good deals (ex. Guess shoes which were normally $150 cost $120 at Shoes 22, and then were on sale for 50% off). I will mention, however, that although it does have a large selection, it doesn't have everything (for instance, I noticed they didn't have converse, nor was there a selection of specific kind of shoes like skate shoes, for example). Overall, I gave it 4/5 because it's very comfortable to shop at, has an enormous variety of shoe types and brand names, has quality shoes, and good prices.

The location had some seasonal options, though I find it lacks the cocktail dress selection some mall location have. I bought 2020 some really awesome wedges, the clearance for footwear is abundant but style selection limited. So it's a hit and miss for me. Krista at Camilla Rose was fabulous to work with from the very beginning. I originally posted my…read moredress for sale online at one of those pre-used dress websites, and I also posted my dress on FB on one of the buy and sell groups. I did originally have a lot of interest, but I was weary on having people come to my home to try on my dress (always ensuring your house is spotless, making sure you're actually home on time, negotiating the price etc.) It was just easier to put it in a consignment. When Krista messaged me about consigning my dress, I noticed her new store would be right in what I like to call 'the up and coming bridal area', so I felt confident that it would actually get noticed. Krista came to pick up my dress, and sold it within only a few weeks. Camilla Rose Boutique markets all their dresses online and in a modern way to reach the best target. They also price it at what the dress is actually worth. Krista also was able to send me my cut of the payment within 1 week of sale, which is great. Everything is very professional, without feeling like you're signing a scary contract. I highly recommend this beautifully unique boutique to sell your dress and buy your dress.

I had to text her multiple times to finally get her to agree to meet. We settled on Sunday at 12. She then said she's running behind and would bring it to my house. She ignored all my calls then gave me some lies about her kid fighting sleep, babysitter bailing, blah blah blah. Tried to push it off to the next day and I knew it would be the same thing. My husband eventually just had to drive to her house to get it back. No apology, no thank you. This business is an absolute scam.
