Went back to the Sail store to replace the rod and they said because it was not a clean break "whatever that means" they would not exchange it and that I would have to do it under warranty through St. Croix. Bought five days ago used once on second cast and breaks on a spinner, they should be replacing this rod right on the spot. After-tax this rod cost me $225 and to not replace the rod is criminal. I have had one other rod break on me throughout the years of fishing and at that store "which will remain nameless" replaced the Rod for me right On the spot. Then to go on saying that because they are bankrupt they cannot do anything for me is also criminal, full of excuses to not give me what I paid for especially after breaking after one use and only 5 days old. I am obviously an avid fisherman and spent a lot of money on fishing products but the SAIL store will be the very last place I ever go to to buy anything for fishing the worst company ever. If in fact they are going bankrupt this is just one of the reasons why.

My family has bought over 10 bikes and countless parts from them over the past 6 years, and we have been nothing but happy. I think of the head mechanics Nils has moved on, and same with another guy, so I cant comment on the mechanic service. However, every used bike I have purchased from them has preformed better than expected. All the shifting has been locked in and honed. These guys have an amazing ability to source parts from anywhere, and carry a wide range of bikes. That being said, their specialty is bmx, dirt jumping, park riding, etc. Don't bring your Durace 9000 here, because the mechanics probably dont work on that very often. The walls of this warehouse are smeared with bikes from all eras. Penny Farthigs, retro bmx, track bikes, everything you can think of. It is very neat! The only downside to this place is the chaos. In the summer you better be prepared to wait because the shop is tremendously busy, and there is no organization or "lines", just first come, first served. If you take your time and wait for a worker, they should set you up properly. This could be disorienting if you are not used to it, and you might feel ignored. But this is just the norm here.

This place is awesome…read more I brought my wife here to check out a nice new rifle for her (she's a novice shooter just getting into sport shooting and I've had my PAL for about a year). We dealt with Logan, and he was great. He was especially patient as I explained some basic gun handling safety to my wife as we were browsing. He offered us a number of choices and was super friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on us at all. In fact, he encouraged us to take our time and do our research ahead of time. Even to go to a range and see what we like before we commit. I have to say it's moments like these that make me proud to be a Canadian gun owner and enthusiast. It shows that gun owners in Canada are awesome people and are always safety conscious and willing to help those new to the hobby. After being treated, so well, even though we're from Toronto originally, we will definitely be coming back here. And I would recommend anyone even vaguely interested in firearms to come here and ask questions and speak to the awesome staff. Without a doubt they will take good care of you.

The cooler stuff that I haven't seen before included like a pop up tent that doesn't require staking! There were different sizes for these but nothing like the 8 room colossal tents that you can walk through.
