Now as a young adult who still falls into the category of youth (21), I get followed around the shop until I leave (this has been happening to me since high school, even after spending a fair amount of $$). The staff are very rude, I have had some snatch products out of my hands when looking at them and following me so closely that one of the staff working actually stepped on my heels. Due to this blatant age discrimination I refuse to support this business. As you can see from other reviews on Yelp and other various platforms, others are faced with exact same treatment.

I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed! This was the first time I had made a purchase in Wuerth's but it definitely won't be my last.

I put in an online order updated my shipping address when I got…read morethe email to confirm my order it had my old address I called almost immediately and was told they cannot modify or cancel the order because it is already in fulfillment. it was a glitch in their system, but refused to do anything to help cancel this order or correct it. now I have an $80 order going to an address that I don't live at. I was told if I want to cancel the order to return it to the store once it comes. what part of I do not live there anymore do they not understand ?! Kohls has lost my business for good. The building itself is an original flat-iron style building, which looks like it could easily play a starring role in any Hallmark movie. The owners have done a great job restoring it. This is a must-go for anyone visiting the Goderich area with children. They have a large clothing section with new and nearly-new items. I came here with a friend who was shopping for toddler clothes and she found some amazing pieces at great prices. They also have a maternity section, and lots of toys, books and unique gift ideas. Definitely a place to check out if you're in town.
