I went in last week to check out a pair of boots that I had my eye on and Julie helped me. I called today to see if they were still there, but they had been sold. No biggie, because they had a pair at one of their other locations...and they called me a few hours later to let me know they had them in. I went in, tried them on to double check and Laura helped me out. The manager (I forgot to ask her name) was awesome as well!! The customer service is absolutely top-notch! I love the fact that the Sales Associates are NOT on commission, yet they still provide fantastic customer service. As long as I don't wear the boots outside and they stay in the same condition, I can return them within 2 weeks if needed. Combined with great quality footwear and fantastic customer service, this store is awesome and I'm impressed! This was the first time I had made a purchase in Wuerth's but it definitely won't be my last.

Pretty dresses! Lovely tops! Beautiful jewellery! What's not to LOVE about Andie's?…read more When my sister invited me for a day of shopping in Kitchener, I wasn't expecting much. Coming from Toronto, I'm spoiled with a spectacular shopping scene and the whole idea of a small town with a few chain stores kept looping around in my head. But I love my sister, and I'm not one to turn down shopping, so I obliged. King Street actually has a few neat shops, but my favourite by far was Andie's. A small, independently owned boutique, Andie's is a haven of girly dresses. Some are slightly business, some more casual and some for fancy parties...all in all they have a great selection and carry a variety of brands. If I had to describe the overall style I would say it's classy, but definitely fun. Andie's also has shirts, pants, skirts, and jewellery (although the dresses are the main focus). Decor of the store is gorgeous! Beautiful accent wall at the back, with patterned wallpaper...I'm not sure what the print is called, but I want it for my house now. Change rooms also have that boutique feel, and make you feel like a socialite. Service here is fantastic too! The sales girls are friendly, but not pushy; they're helpful, but they give you space. They also know their stuff when it comes to fashion, and it genuinely seems that they love what they do. I mentioned to my sis that one of the girls seemed particularly helpful, and she whispered to me "oh, that's Andie." That's right, the owner of the store works out on the floor and sees that everything runs smoothly. And that just gives me the warm fuzzies. Prices are a little high, but in this case you're getting every penny's worth in quality and style. My overall rating? Andie's -- it's worth the drive to Kitchener.

Last stop of the day was Kindred Spirit and it was the most pleasant shop with so much choice and lovely dresses to choose from, it was amazing! The ladies that served us could not have been nicer. They treated my granddaughter with special attention and curtesy. We narrowed it down to two beautiful dresses and she made the final choice, it was so exciting! She looks amazing and we are very grateful and will recommend this shop to all. Thanks for the special experience. We will return. Adrienne and Cadence

Her patience, kindness, and genuine desire to help made the whole experience exceptional. She took extra time with my husband's sizing and never once rushed him, even though he tried on quite a few pairs. The atmosphere in the store was warm, welcoming, and upbeat. Both managers jumped in with helpful suggestions and made us feel completely taken care of. You can tell this team really loves what they do. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This location is a standout -- highly recommend for shoes or any apparel they carry. Outstanding service, amazing staff, and an all‑around fantastic shopping experience.

They came in a timely manner but they ended up being too small. When I went to return them, I was advised since I ordered them on line, I would have to get approval to return them on line. Once this approval was sent, I could only return them to certain locations. Unfortunately these locations were over an hour drive to get to. My last option was to pay to ship them to a North York address. Of course this cost me over $30 by using Canada Post to return these boots. I guess it was my fault not to thoroughly investigate their return policy but figured since most stores had a return to a store policy in place. This company would have the same. I was sadly mistaken.
