What a great shopping experience!…read more I absolutely Love the wardrobe! I truly appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help me. Their clothing is all unique, great quality and will stand the test of time! Every time I wear one of their outfits, I am complimented over and over again, and they want to know where I got it! They have classic lines, with current flair! They made a genuine effort to get to know me, and understand my likes and fit for clothing. When I see new clothes arrive on their Facebook page, I get excited and call in to purchase something, and the staff is happy to hear from me and always willing to go the extra mile. My only regret is that there isn't one in my hometown! I appreciated their willingness to ship items to my home. I make The Wardrobe an absolute must-visit every time I'm in the Stratford area! I would this rate this store 6 out of 5 Stars if I could. :)

Their Scottish-themed clothing is EXPENSIVE - they have kilts and whatnot for like $200+ - but they also have Canadian chocolates and other gift-y type things. I ended up buying my boyfriend some whiskey fudge, and it was on sale for $5 CAD, which was a steal (normal price: $19.99 CAD). They also had a lot of warm winter items which looked nice, a friend tried on a sheep hat (two sheep ears on it) which was super cute. Overall, nice shop, and worth a stop if you're in Stratford.

If you are Scottish, they have tons of glassware with Scottish last names and family crests on them. They also had some Scottish teas, shortbread cookies, jams, and candy. They have lots of tartan/plaid items including ties, scarves, and of course kilts. My friend thought about ordering a kilt and they were very pricey, starting at $350 dollars for ladies kilts and went up from there. A men's kilt package which came with vest, garter, belt and more started at $700 and went to $1500. Still a very fun store to walk through. The associates working were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty dresses! Lovely tops! Beautiful jewellery! What's not to LOVE about Andie's?…read more When my sister invited me for a day of shopping in Kitchener, I wasn't expecting much. Coming from Toronto, I'm spoiled with a spectacular shopping scene and the whole idea of a small town with a few chain stores kept looping around in my head. But I love my sister, and I'm not one to turn down shopping, so I obliged. King Street actually has a few neat shops, but my favourite by far was Andie's. A small, independently owned boutique, Andie's is a haven of girly dresses. Some are slightly business, some more casual and some for fancy parties...all in all they have a great selection and carry a variety of brands. If I had to describe the overall style I would say it's classy, but definitely fun. Andie's also has shirts, pants, skirts, and jewellery (although the dresses are the main focus). Decor of the store is gorgeous! Beautiful accent wall at the back, with patterned wallpaper...I'm not sure what the print is called, but I want it for my house now. Change rooms also have that boutique feel, and make you feel like a socialite. Service here is fantastic too! The sales girls are friendly, but not pushy; they're helpful, but they give you space. They also know their stuff when it comes to fashion, and it genuinely seems that they love what they do. I mentioned to my sis that one of the girls seemed particularly helpful, and she whispered to me "oh, that's Andie." That's right, the owner of the store works out on the floor and sees that everything runs smoothly. And that just gives me the warm fuzzies. Prices are a little high, but in this case you're getting every penny's worth in quality and style. My overall rating? Andie's -- it's worth the drive to Kitchener.

They came in a timely manner but they ended up being too small. When I went to return them, I was advised since I ordered them on line, I would have to get approval to return them on line. Once this approval was sent, I could only return them to certain locations. Unfortunately these locations were over an hour drive to get to. My last option was to pay to ship them to a North York address. Of course this cost me over $30 by using Canada Post to return these boots. I guess it was my fault not to thoroughly investigate their return policy but figured since most stores had a return to a store policy in place. This company would have the same. I was sadly mistaken.
