If she donesn't have the dress she can order it. She had dresses my sister couldn't find in New York. a Few of us girls had come from Toronto, because nothing in toronto had the huge range of designer dresses Elizabeth Noel could get a hold of. Also none of them had the service! I also wanted each of the girls to choose a dress they would were again. Being that we were also short on time, Elizabeth Noel was the perfect option. I have Never had service like I got from Veronica! unreal. it took service too a whole new level. She is not God, but basically if its possible, she'll make it happen. Here connections to the designers were a huge asset.

Her patience, kindness, and genuine desire to help made the whole experience exceptional. She took extra time with my husband's sizing and never once rushed him, even though he tried on quite a few pairs. The atmosphere in the store was warm, welcoming, and upbeat. Both managers jumped in with helpful suggestions and made us feel completely taken care of. You can tell this team really loves what they do. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This location is a standout -- highly recommend for shoes or any apparel they carry. Outstanding service, amazing staff, and an all‑around fantastic shopping experience.

When I went into our local Walking on a Cloud store, they did not have all the styles I was looking…read morefor. I went onto their web site and found a pair of winter boots I liked. They came in a timely manner but they ended up being too small. When I went to return them, I was advised since I ordered them on line, I would have to get approval to return them on line. Once this approval was sent, I could only return them to certain locations. Unfortunately these locations were over an hour drive to get to. My last option was to pay to ship them to a North York address. Of course this cost me over $30 by using Canada Post to return these boots. I guess it was my fault not to thoroughly investigate their return policy but figured since most stores had a return to a store policy in place. This company would have the same. I was sadly mistaken.

Brilliant clothing store, (not second hand)…read more Lots of decent men's brands can usually be found at a decent discount. I can usually find a couple of Penguin shirts for $30 or $40. In fact last week I did just that, 2 short sleeve penguin summer shirts for under $100 including tax. The men's selection is about 35% of the entire store, and includes a pretty decent (if rarely discounted) accessories section. This is a place I always try to visit when visiting the town

What a great shopping experience!…read more I absolutely Love the wardrobe! I truly appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff who went out of their way to help me. Their clothing is all unique, great quality and will stand the test of time! Every time I wear one of their outfits, I am complimented over and over again, and they want to know where I got it! They have classic lines, with current flair! They made a genuine effort to get to know me, and understand my likes and fit for clothing. When I see new clothes arrive on their Facebook page, I get excited and call in to purchase something, and the staff is happy to hear from me and always willing to go the extra mile. My only regret is that there isn't one in my hometown! I appreciated their willingness to ship items to my home. I make The Wardrobe an absolute must-visit every time I'm in the Stratford area! I would this rate this store 6 out of 5 Stars if I could. :)
