You can genuinely tell the quality here is different. On top of that, the customer service was amazing -- she made me feel really comfortable the entire time, which honestly makes such a difference. She finished everything in about an hour and 10 minutes, which is super impressive, and I don't feel any poking or discomfort at all where the lashes are placed. Super happy with the results, already looking forward to my fill. Highly recommend!

Daniela was able to assess my eye shape and educated me that because people of Asian descent tend to have downwards angled lashes that they benefit with more curvature. I appreciated that honesty. I asked for a natural and not wispy look. I think she achieved it. Went I went into the office for the first time yesterday nobody even mentioned anything because THAT'S HOW NATURAL IT LOOKED. I don't even feel the weight of these at all, ever -- Not during my 8-hour work shift, not at home at the end of the day. These are the most comfortable lash extensions ever and I am so happy to have found someone as skilled as Daniela. Ambiance: relaxing, comfortable padded table, natural light, blanket available, humidifier on. Personality: open, friendly. The appt time is 2 hours. There were times I was able to relax and just have my quiet thoughts with my eyes closed, then other times where the conversation would just go on and on. Parking: street or small lot in the back shared with another business. TLDR: you won't regret it, she's worth every penny. I'll recommend everyone to her.

I have flat, long lashes, but they grow outwards and down. She went with the size S shield to give me a more dramatic curve. We decided not to use the bigger shields because we wanted more of a curve near the root of my lashes so my length really showed. I loved the results! It is such a confidence booster and I would definitely come back to Daniela! Shout out to Canela (cinnamon) her dog!! Note: this was done in October and my curl lasted over two months. I am now 2 and a half months post treatment and even now still have some curl remaining. How long it will lash depends on how fast your lashes grow out.

A nice little eyelash extension studio in Pasadena near Hastings Ranch. I came by last week for a…read morewaxing appointment and they had availability on short notice. The shop has all of the treatment areas in one room with curtain dividers separating the beds for lashes, facials, and waxing. It's a very small space so it is not private but when we came in the appointments were one at a time with just one employee. They were polite and did a gentle waxing, but their primary business is eyelashes which seem to be a low price. It's just not something I've gotten into myself so I can't comment on the lash service but overall it was a decent appointment and affordable. I do wish they had more privacy for these types of self care services but it's a clean little shop.

I would like to preface my review by saying firstly, this is just for their waxing services and…read morealso that I do not have a ton of experience getting waxed. I have gone in for a half leg, upper lip, and brow waxing about five times in the last two years. I started off with my neighborhood manicure place. While the ladies there are very sweet, they're not really set up to be super successful in waxing. The tiny room that they wax in is poorly lit and the hair on my legs is a very light brown so I would always come out pretty patchy with hair left over in areas. I then started going to Wax Candy and while they would get all the hair, they would also leave behind a lot of wax, which is simply annoying. Nobody wants to drive home feeling like they're sticking to parts of their car. I had a simply lovely experience at Arigato Beauty; the gal who did my waxing was very professional, easy to talk to, and gave me my first bikini wax! She ended each section with olive oil and then aloe, which was absolutely delightful. I will definitely be back.

She came highly recommended to me,…read morebut ultimately, now having had my brows done by another artist, I would not go to Christina again. First, I feel she could've been kinder when she missed my messages over a five day period. I never received an apology and in person, she was not the warmest person. That's fine, though, not everyone needs to be super bubbly! Second, I thought it was incredibly uncomfortable to sit in a chair with no back support for the entire duration of my brow appointment, which was close to an hour. Again, having now gone to another artist, most have a bed where you can lay down and relax. I actually asked her about this and she said the bed is only used for lashes. Finally, I thought she did a fine job, but having had them done by another artist, I like my brows much better by the new artist. All of this said, I had initially gone to her once before just for shaping and tinting and I thought she did a great job. I've attached a photo of that service. The only downside is that the tint faded extremely fast.
