So, I finally sit down, there are two people ahead of me. A nurse comes out of one room about 10 minutes later. Then five minutes after that a patient leaves. A few minutes later she calls one of the people ahead of me who happens to be a VERY VERY uncomfortably pregnant woman. I was very nervous for her. She seemed very upset. Didn't want to ask any questions. About 10 minutes later a room door opens that I presumed to be a stock room, and another nurse calls the other patient waiting. Oh, and while we were waiting another patient signed in. She takes the patient and leaves the door open and is just chatting and we can hear all his personal business. It's very unprofessional. So why 4 stars you may be asking? Well when I was seen, the nurse who saw me was attentive, she was kind, and she was funny. Now it takes two, you can't go into places with attitudes and upset and thinking your frustrations are going to be erased. I was genuinely more amused by the entire situation than anything. Well accept for the patient confidentiality situation. That was not ok.

No front desk attendant which was different. I was told by others to sign in at the kiosk. I then sat and waited. It was a bit of a wait which was unexpected. Apparently there were only two workers that day. They did finally disclose that after the waiting area started to pick up more in traffic. The workers were ok I wouldn't say warm and welcoming, but they did their job. You have to store your stuff in a locker and you get it when you're finished. The results are sent quickly to employers so turn around time is good at least.

This location is so convenient to where I live, easy to get to and get home. I always make an…read moreappointment using their online app, it's so easy and I feel bad when I enter and register at the kiosk that I am there and the place has other people waiting but my name gets called almost as soon as I sit down. This is why making an appointment is so helpful, plus you have all your insurance information in the system so no need to fumble in you wallet for cards. When you go back, the room where your blood is drawn is so clean, it makes me feel secure that I am safe from getting any kind of infection. They are so fast, before you know it, you are on your way home!

Very sweet and professional. I wasn't feeling well at all and needed to go somewhere ASAP to see…read morewhat was going on. I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

Today I took my 90-year-old mother here for an MRI. The techs were Nanette and Stephanie. As soon…read moreas they saw my mother in the wheelchair, they asked if she would be able to have the test done. I asked that they please try as my taking her there from her senior care home was a lot of work and heavy-lifting. We are hoping to find a reason for the pain my mother has been experiencing on the top of her head. My mother is unable to walk. The three of us had to carry my mother into the MRI room and place her on the table. She was unable to lie with her head completely down on the table due to years of osteoporosis. Nanette and Stephanie tried massaging her neck to relieve the tightness, but we finally had to accept that my mother would not be able to have an MRI. They immediately contacted my mother's doctor and asked if they could do a CAT scan instead. This was done, once again with Nanette and Stephanie lifting my mother onto the table. So at least we managed to get one diagnostic test accomplished although it was not the originally-scheduled MRI. When we went to leave, Stephanie lifted my mother into my car for me; at that point, I was exhausted and could do no more lifting. I was so thankful to these two ladies; they went above and beyond what I would have expected. If not for their efforts, I would have had to reschedule and take my mother in on another day. On the drive back to my mother's senior care home, my mother commented on how friendly and reassuring Nanette and Stephanie had been to her. After calling my insurance company there was no record of contact or that a claim had been submitted. Despite that,I went ahead and scheduled here because they could get me in quickly. Wrong decision. While the MRI itself was fine, the facilities are filthy. Dead bugs throughout the building. Bugs crawling on the floor. It obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. 100% would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone.
