Upon arrival, the front desk receptionist greeted us with an attitude that made it seem as though we were inconveniencing her. In contrast, the nurses were very kind, professional, and considerate throughout the visit. Dr. Ong examined my wrist and recommended X-rays. After the X-rays confirmed there were no fractures, he advised me to ice the injury and stated that he would prescribe a pain reliever and an ointment for the burns and abrasions. What was concerning, however, was that Dr. Ong appeared ready to discharge me after a $350+ visit without cleaning the wounds, applying any ointment, or dressing the injury. My wife had to specifically ask whether he planned to treat the burns and cuts before sending me home. "Oh..yeah, I can do that" was his response.  The experience became even more frustrating the following day when I went to the pharmacy and was informed that only one of the two prescriptions had been received. I called the clinic and was immediately placed on hold. After waiting for 20 minutes without assistance, I decided to drive back to the clinic in person (less than 1 mile away from pharmacy). When I arrived, the receptionist who had placed me on hold was sitting at the front desk looking at her personal cell phone. After speaking with Dr. Ong and explaining that the pharmacy had only received one prescription, he simply stated that he had forgotten to send the second one. Overall, I found the level of care, attention to detail, and customer service disappointing. While the nursing staff was excellent, the experience with both the physician and front desk staff left much to be desired.

Ms. Candice was beyond professional and patient throughout the signing in and checking out process even though she had multiple patients waiting. 2. Our son was in love with the triage nurse. She was knowledgeable and patient as well. She worked really well with our busy body and obtained his vitals without him shedding a tear or appearing afraid. 3. Then there was Ms. Gloria:) I had complaints from N/V to a skin rash. She worked diligently and performed a thorough assessment prior to coming to a diagnosis and treatment. She explained treatment in great detail to my husband and myself and was patient when we asked questions. I felt a sense of relief and overwhelmed with appreciation. I cannot thank the staff enough for taking great care of my son. I will recommend this urgent care to all of my friends for their children. I hope it's a while before we have to go again but whenever we may need their services I will not hesitate to utilize their awesome service and exceptional care.

I won't nitpick the areas of improvement and lack of communication, but what I will point out is the money grab!!! Yes the Money grab!!! I went in for my weekly $170.00 treatment a few weeks ago, which I pay for in cash no insurance. I filled out the kiosk check-in and boom I'm told I owe a bunch of money. Note I pay each visit in full period. You can't leave without paying. Now with further discussion, which delays my visit and, makes me late for another appointment I'm told oh it's an insurance thing and they didn't pay etc etc. Now note there are at least 5 others I'm hearing with the same issue. I have a friend that goes to another location and there is the same issue going on. Once they realize I'm a self pay they tell me oh it's ok just go in and we will fix it. I get my treatment for $170.00 and I pay. I come in the next two weeks the same issue however now the money is being demanded, it's from 2025, and they have all these print outs!!. I will tell you one thing I've looked at each bill...and paid said bill in full each time, but there is no way I owe them a dime especially from last year! It's clear to me that their business model here is to grab money from anyone who has insurance after the fact because it's next to impossible to deal with insurance. Anyway buyer beware keep all your paperwork for years or you'll have a battle on your hands. Expect to see more reviews like this. For me there are several other options and I'm shopping for a new actual Doctor that will spend time with me and not rush me along. In closing turn over is high at this business and that paints a real picture. Everything is handled remotely no doctors are on site nor do they optimize your protocols thru any communication what so ever. I've learned that my protocol should be three times a week not once a week. Knowing is power.

Unfortunately, customer service was consistently disappointing. Communication was slow, and when I needed assistance, I was often passed between team members without receiving clear answers or timely support. I also found the required $40 in-office visits for blood pressure checks and weigh-ins to be an unnecessary expense and inconvenience. Additionally, my medication took significantly longer to arrive than originally communicated. When the delay became excessive, I requested a refund before the medication shipped, but that request was denied. The medication was then delayed even further. While others may have a different experience, I did not find the service to be worth the cost, especially given the growing number of more affordable GLP-1 options available today. The weight-loss journey can be challenging enough without added frustration from customer service and fulfillment issues.
