Quest gets a perfect 10 for me. I registered online in advance for my yearly screening. They sent a couple of reminders and emails which was super helpful. I got there, checked in via text and waited a whole 2 minutes. The tech called me in and took my vitals, drew blood and I was on my way. He had a little trouble with one arm but tried the other arm and was successful. Excellent experience and I definitely recommend. I got my results back in a couple of days. They notified me by email and I could log into the app. read more

I came here on 2/8/2022 for a pre-employment health screening, which I needed to get some blood drawn. I was so skeptical of going to the other locations based on the reviews (the power of reviews!) and decided to go with this one. My experience was a 10/10. I made my appointment online for the same day. I made it around 8 in the morning for a 2pm slot. Received an email confirmation. Once you get there, you check in on our phone. I checked in as soon as I walked through the door. And I kid you not, they called me about 1 minute after I sat down. SUPER fast. I'm not sure how long you'd wait if you walk in (they do prioritize appointments) but I would encourage making one just to be safe, especially if you're in a hurry. The appointment literally took 3 minutes - scanned my document and ID, and drew the blood. The phlebotomist I had (forgot her name) was great and made the process really smooth and easy. She definitely knew what she was doing! Before you leave, they have you verify your name on the tube(s). I was in and out. I would recommend this location for sure. read more

Okay, so let me just say I had a scheduled appt and arrived 5 min early to check in. When I arrived, there were about 15-20 people St the two kiosks checking on, or shall I say attempting to check in. Quest, for the elders and those who aren't computer literate, please have someone to help consumers, especially on busy days like Saturday. Will leave this note, once I did check in 10-15 min later, I was called back in less than 5 min; had an appt. The young lady was very helpful also. Consumers, please make an appointment with Quest. There is no one staffing the front desk. When I was finally able to track someone down, they wanted me to wait over 1 hour to drop off a sample I already had the paperwork ready for. They did not seem happy I was there, and you won't be happy to be there either. read more

I'm sure the facility is fine at what they do but they need to fix the Self-Checkin kiosks. They do not work properly, I had to check in twice because some of the other walk-ins went ahead of me. I recommend making a set appointment before coming to this location. read more

Quest Labs would get negative 2 stars. I recently found out that Quest Labs does not keep lab slips if your name is partly missing or at the bottom then the document will be shredded. No reading requied to work at Quest. I am very disappointed in Quest Labs. I have been a Quest Labs customer since 1990; I cannot believe the Manager told me they only read the top of the lab slips. Quest Diagnostics - Empty and inefficient front desk. - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Humble, Texas

If you need blood or urine testing this is an excellent choice. You can schedule a time online or just walk-in. I've never found the wait time for walking in more than 15 minutes. Once called, the lab folks are courteous, professional and painlessly prick your vein. In and out rarely takes more than 30 minutes. The added bonus is they make your results available to you directly in addition to your physician (assuming you've downloaded their app). read more

Let's be clear, if you come in on a Saturday without an appointment? You're going to have to wait, as simple as that. The Kingwood location isn't open on Saturday, so if that's the only time you have to get your tests done, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It's not hard to do online, and it will make things go much more smoothly. That being said, everything is great here. The facility is clean, it's easy to sign in on the iPad kiosks, and there's even a screen showing patient names and approximately how long their wait time will be. The technicians are great, and there is a good deal of privacy in the little rooms where the blood is drawn. I always feel cared for here. read more

Finding new businesses always gives me a high--especially when it prevents me from driving out of my way to another location. With the help of my GPS, I was able to add this new business to the Yelp repertoire. Flashback to mid-week after visiting the doctor and emptying my pockets after payment, I decided to get my blood work out of the way before heading home. Didn't know I had to give a urine sample, which I was unprepared to give, so I asked the facility if I could submit it to another Quest Diagnostic close to me. The phlebotomist confirmed that was acceptable and gave me a collection cup to use to carry my sample to the facility when ready. Mind you, I guess it is more convenient to collect your own sample at home, but carrying my urine sample around in my purse is not normal to me. After feeling better a couple of days later, I decided to contact the facilities near me to make sure the original facility told me the correct information about submitting the urine sample at another facility. Didn't get any call backs, so decided to just show up and see what happens. I've passed up the Deerbrook Professional Building many times before, but it's a brown building set back from the road--not very noticeable. Thank goodness for GPS--probably would have passed the place up without it. Parking lot is adequate, but a little dirty. Lots of debris here and there on the ground. The interior of the building, however, is exquisite. Very bright and clean. When you first enter in, you'll see the directory for the other businesses straight ahead by the elevators. Thanks for simplicity. The ride on the elevator is smooth and leads you to your floor quickly. You can't miss Quest Diagnostics on the second Floor. The elevator opens to face the front door. Very spacious waiting room, which I did not experience because I was waited on right away. The phlebotomist, Dottie, was sincere and thorough in making sure my information was correct on my tags. She led me to the bathroom and went over the procedures to collect my sample, which I was ready to give. Boom Bam Kaplow-I was out and on my way. Since Quest Diagnostics is part of a suite, I can't discount the exterior of the building's parking lot because that not their responsibility. Good location, clean, and quick service. The staff was very nice, the service here is fast that will get you in and out and the ladies are friendly, and funny.

The service was great here! I love when it is a in-and-out process where I go. I don't like to waste too much of my time running errands. I was here to get my blood drawn and it lasted about 15 minutes. From check in to leaving I was there a total of 20 minutes. I'm satisfied. Shamara was the employee I was assigned too. The phlebotomists all know exactly what they're doing (when it comes to drawing blood anyway - paperwork is a little more challenging at times), and more importantly, they're actually nice. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. You could be taken back immediately, you could wait two hours... You'll just never know until you get there. read more

I arrived early to try to beat the crowd. Waited 30 minutes before the opened. There was 3 of us waiting when the open, not as bad as the 23 that beat me when I came here on time on a Saturday. Signed in and was seated about 2 minutes before called. The we're fast and 15 minutes later me all taken care of and I was on my way. read more

Came in at 4pm which I called before I came and no answer only to get there and say they take the last walk-in at 4pm. I made it right on time but the receptionist said I needed to be checked in by 4pm. So I didn't get seen even though their phone line hours said they close at 5:30. Their waiting room was empty which I felt I should've still been seen. Don't come here. read more

This place is very disappointing. My doctor sent me here for tests. Before I went, I said to my doc "Hey, I'm a 100% disabled vet, I can get these tests for free at the VA; will my insurance cover this?" She replied, "Yes". When I got to Quest, I once again asked "Is this covered by my insurance, and Quest Diagnostics replies "YES". So I trusted them and let them do the tests, and two weeks later I get a bill for $790. Apparently my two insurances didn't cover whatever tests the doctor ordered. I called Quest to explain how I was lied to, and they were absolutely careless. My doctors office assured me they'd fix it, but 3 months, then 6 months, then 9 months pass and I was still getting bills from Quest. So I once again made a big deal, went up to the doctors office, and anything else you can imagine. I was told, "Sir, don't worry about it, we promise you we're going to take care of this". I was happy to hear it, in fact, it made my day to finally be done with this dreadful experience. Then, last week I got a letter from a debt collector. This place is so disappointing, and as a vet who could've driven a few miles down the road and got these tests for free I'm absolutely pissed that I was lied to by my doctor and Quest Diagnostics. read more

Absolutely a rip off when it comes to billing. They want to charge me twice....i paid with my visa at time of service or they would not do the service...now they are billing me again....horrible!!!! Go to spring diagnostics....they are very professional.... read more
