Ok. So, honestly I was not expecting much. It was ghost town when I walked in and there were 50-11 signs for you to read to figure out what to do to sign in. Then to sign in was a whole ordeal for me. I didn't have some number and it didn't want to take my name until the 7th try. Lucky number 7! Thank goodness no one was waiting behind me. So, I finally sit down, there are two people ahead of me. A nurse comes out of one room about 10 minutes later. Then five minutes after that a patient leaves. A few minutes later she calls one of the people ahead of me who happens to be a VERY VERY uncomfortably pregnant woman. I was very nervous for her. She seemed very upset. Didn't want to ask any questions. About 10 minutes later a room door opens that I presumed to be a stock room, and another nurse calls the other patient waiting. Oh, and while we were waiting another patient signed in. She takes the patient and leaves the door open and is just chatting and we can hear all his personal business. It's very unprofessional. So why 4 stars you may be asking? Well when I was seen, the nurse who saw me was attentive, she was kind, and she was funny. Now it takes two, you can't go into places with attitudes and upset and thinking your frustrations are going to be erased. I was genuinely more amused by the entire situation than anything. Well accept for the patient confidentiality situation. That was not ok. read more

One of the worst labs ever!!! Staff is very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. No one was at the front desk. I waiting 10-15 mins in the lobby just to be greeted and then was told that I needed to have my form printed, they couldn't accept it from the phone via email which I've never heard in my 9years working in healthcare while testing at quest. Rudeness through the roof FYI THAT STAR IS NEGATIVE ONE!!!!! read more

Worst customer service. You can't speak to anyone over the phone to schedule appt and you show up and nobody is at the front desk. I'm just glad I'm here for a urine test because I will not let anyone here stick me. read more

If I had the option to put 0 stars while leaving a review I would. This place is TERRIBLE their customer service and inability to get a live person on the phone is enough to not go, but the cherry on the cake is having been to this location TWICE to get blood work done and being told I need to go a THIRD because the test I was going for was not even done? How? so another lunch break wasted and they still want to charge again to do the testing when it is THEIR MISTAKE! If you want to get scammed and waste your time and money this is the place for you!! read more

Our appointment was for 8:20. The staff walked in at 8:00 AM and had to turn on lights and get computers turned on! We checked in at the kiosk and waited! One person started drawing blood while two of the other staff went into another room and shut the door to talk! The line of people continued to grow! Once in the lab draw room the phlebotomist took our insurance card again and scanned it--which was already done at check in at the kiosk! If a person needs to rescan the card, they should hire a receptionist and remove the kiosk! The area is way to small as well! It feels like it us tucked into a janitor's closet! When we returned for the 2nd part of the test there was standing room only and some people were sitting on the floor! Quest has become a lab business and has removed customer service from their list of services they provide. read more

Worst service...as mentioned already by many here no one will be at the reception. Staffs are rude. When finally called, then they ask for doctor's order, although it was already sent to them a day before - of course they don't have it, have to contact again the doctor to resend it meaning have to wait again. Following day same exact senario happened to my wife, they also don't have the work order. I would not recommend anyone to go here read more

Well..... what can you say about coming to a diagnostic clinic other than your probably going to have to wait. My Dr instructed me to come here right after my appointment which was at 4pm. When i walked in, there was no one at the front desk except a sign in sheet. One for walk ins and another for appointments. I have never been here so i did not know i had to make an appointment, so i signed in under walk in. Once i took a seat and looked around i realized there was about 20 people waiting to be seen. I had to wait 2 hours before i was able to see a nurse. The upside was she was as sweet as could be, and apologized about the long wait. My advice would be if you have to walk in, make sure you bring a book to read while you wait. read more

We were a walk in around 10:30am on a Wednesday. We were called in to complete the lab work after a 10 minute wait. The staff is friendly and professional. The building is spacious and accessible. My son uses a power wheelchair and had no problem maneuvering in the building or in the office. I was leery of using this lab after reading some of the reviews on other sites but decided to take a chance. It was actually the most positive experience of any labs we have used and we will return next time testing is needed read more

I'll do my own diagnosing before I pay almost $3000 for a well woman's exam! I've been Having billing issues with them since April 2019! Every time I call and speak with someone it's a different story or excuse. The customer service is HORRIBLE! You don't speak to the same person when you call so every time I call I get "I have no record of that" or "I'm not sure what happened but I can help" but there is NO HELP! THERES NO FOLLOW THROUGH ONCE YOU HANG UP or Get hung up on because the call somehow got disconnected. I don't see how they can be so confused when you call about an issue with a bill but when they send the bills out they sure aren't confused. We will see if Jackie follows through this time because the last 4 people have done NOTHING. read more
