I brought my son's phone to get his screen fixed after I got the phone and got home the fingerprint stopped working and the very next day a line appeared in the screen. we took the phone back only to be told that the manager wasn't in so we needed to waste another trip and come back the next day. Long story short he blamed my son for the screen problem and didn't even bother to fix the fingerprint issue. I took the phone to a fix it store and was confirmed that it was a defective screen and got the fingerprint working which I had to spend another 200+ DONT WASTE YOR TIPE WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE
