I called the next Monday to make sure it would be done. Again, I was told it would be done. that Wednesday I called and was told that it would be done Thursday and that the headlight was on back order and they just assumed it would be there. when I picked the car up, the fender was misaligned and they said it was a quick fix and remained it worse and the headlight is still broken. They took payment and told the insurance company (through email because they wouldn't answer the phone for multiple days) the car was fixed. A highlight of Center City Collision is their communication- they call twice a week to give a general update on the car's status, as well as were quick to respond to my (many) calls and emails. I was referred to Center City Collision by my insurance as a in network body shop, so taking my car their would facilitate the repairs. Paul communicated with my insurance company the whole time and I was never concerned with that aspect of the process. Additionally, he promptly sent me an estimate of the parts and time needed for the repairs. Unfortunately the parts for my foreign car were slow to be delivered, but they were quick to repair the damage (in the timeline given during the estimate) and when a needed part hadn't been noticed in the repair process, they had it overnighted and offered a rental car. Lastly, my car was spotless when I picked it up. So while the process was long and had a hiccup, this place deserves 4 stars for their customer service.

He was at our spot with a tow truck in about 30 mins and called us an hour or so later to inform me of what was wrong. He laid out the options. Was very transparent and gave us a rough timeline. While he had the car he sent updates on when he ordered parts, when they arrived at the shop and how far along he was with the work. This was critical for me as I had to drive back to Chicago in a rental and needed to coordinate when I'd make the drive back to Cincy to pick up my car. The car is like new. I felt a little nervous driving it back right after getting the work done but it performed great on the road and I made it back to Chicago with no issues. I wish he was based in Chicago so I could take the car to him with any future issues.
