We recently hired this company for a move-in cleaning. Scheduling was smooth and their customer service was kind and responsive, which I really appreciated. However, the actual cleaning fell short of expectations --this was nowhere near the "deep cleaning" I paid for, it felt more like a basic surface-level cleaning. They only seemed to clean what was visible and ignored details. Some drawers looked untouched--when I opened the lower drawers, there were still hair and crumbs left inside. I had specifically asked for the washer and dryer to be cleaned, but the detergent compartment in the washer still had mold. We ended up having to redo a lot of the cleaning ourselves. I even paid extra to have the refrigerator cleaned, and yet it was not done thoroughly. The visible surfaces looked fine, but the freezer section still had dirty, uncleaned areas left behind. For an additional fee, I expected much more attention to detail. The most frustrating part was the closet. The drawers were barely wiped, the hanging rod was still dusty, and the top shelf wasn't touched at all. I assumed it would be clean and placed some expensive designer bags there, only to find them covered in dust afterward. That was extremely upsetting. For the price I paid, I expected a true deep clean with attention to detail, but what I got was careless and disappointing work. This was not deep cleaning--just a regular cleaning at best. I used Kleen for the fist time scheming a deep cleaning. They returned my text request quick with a quote. Because i needed next day service they scheduled 2 crews with 3 people in each crew to arrive early 5:30 am & 5:45. They cleaned very well! Had all the supplies and worked fast. I will use them again on a regular basis. Tips: communicate with the office arrival and leave times. Help direct which room you want each person to work on. Kleen has a top notch employee named Rosy. I love the way that Rosy cleans up our office. She is so detail oriented and really gets down to deep clean all the places I never knew needed cleaning. She is proactive in finding problem areas and really going through to make sure it's clean and that it looks clean too. She's friendly and hard working and I think she does an amazing job. I don't have to worry about things looking dirty or unkept because she goes through and handles everything like a pro. We had a wonderful experience with Kleen. All three of the employees were respectful and incredibly good at their job. They arrived within the window provided, and did wonderful work. I haven't seen my house this clean...ever! It was so refreshing for my partner and I. We tried to tidy up a bit before so they wouldn't be dealing with too many knick knacks, but with every item they came across, they beautifully arranged everything.
