I am beyond happy with Kleen service! My first experience with them was in January when I requested a first "deep" clean because I can no longer keep up with cleaning in myself. I decided to start with a "deep clean," and if satisfied, go to regular once a month cleaning. The crew for the deep clean was terrific -- my home has never felt this clean. I just had the first of "regular" once-per-month cleaning, and honestly, the team of 2 did such a good job it almost felt like the "deep clean." We hired our cleaners on super short notice before my family came to visit, and they came through in the clutch! They did such a thorough job of cleaning our floors, base boards, counter tops, and other crevices we've usually had trouble cleaning thoroughly (like our showers). I just hired them for a deep cleaning this past Friday. I was glad they were able to squeeze me in during the week because I really wanted my house cleaned before the weekend started. My house just went through a small renovation indoors and of course, it was all dusty everywhere in the house. I had Carmen Marta and her team arrived on time and they even put on coverings for their shoes. I pointed to Carmen about what places to focus on for the deep cleaning and made sure to say "deep cleaning" especially in both bathrooms and kitchen. I had a 3 people team for 3.25 hours at $110 per hour which I thought was a great deal! Communication was easy and so was the paying part. They are super professional, do a great job, are mindful of my requests such as using my own products and working around my rooms when my child is napping. Kleen is easy to communicate with over text and easy to schedule cleanings. We have gotten our house cleaned twice by Team #2-first time was a deep clean and second time a basic clean. The team did a thorough job and even added little touches like flowers in our Kleenex boxes! I was in desperate need for a deep cleaning for my bathroom and when mold started forming, I knew it was time. I stumbled upon Kleen on Yelp and I picked them because they responded the fastest and also addressed all my concerns. The receptionist was nice and managed to squeeze me in last minute for the weekend despite my last minute request. They gave me an arrival time and 3 ladies arrived on time to my apartment. I requested for 2 hours deep cleaning and to be honest I wasn't expecting much given the short time frame but wow I was surprised. These ladies were able to remove all the mold, grease, and limescale build-up and made my place look brand new again! I reached out the same day I needed the cleaning, and they were able to accommodate me that afternoon -- a huge relief. Two professional cleaners arrived on time, bringing all the necessary supplies with them. I opted for the deep clean, which cost $220 for my condo. They did an excellent job! I had to find last minute deep cleaning for my condo after the Eaton Canyon fire and I was able to schedule for the next day! They have many teams and employess so scheduling isn't an issue. I also talked to Alina, who was really knowledgeable and helpful on the phone when scheduling. I paid for a deep cleaning with a few add ons (windows, fridge) and 6 cleaners showed up and worked for a total of 2 hours, that's 12 hours of work! My home is SO CLEAN AND SHINY. I need a deep clean this year so I searched on Yelp and found this company. Their book process is obvious and easy, via both texts and emails. My schedule was on 12:30-2:30 pm open window but the ladies arrived exactly at 12:30 pm. Their job was excellent. They did everything quietly, quickly but detailedly. I worked at home while they cleaned the bathroom and bedrooms, without disturbing me. Toilets, showers, bathtubs, and the cook look like new after 3 hours deep clean. Kleen told us 6 ladies were going to come to clean our home but only 5 came which did not meet our original contract. By the end of the work day they did not completely finish the job and left. I would say the owners are good at responding quickly but when it came to the time of the service it was subpar. Would not recommend this business for post renovation cleaning of our new home.
