I chose them because of their awesome reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. I reached out the same day I needed the cleaning, and they were able to accommodate me that afternoon -- a huge relief. Two professional cleaners arrived on time, bringing all the necessary supplies with them. I opted for the deep clean, which cost $220 for my condo. They did an excellent job! The team was very thorough, leaving everything spotless. The only service not included for that price was window cleaning, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I was in desperate need for a deep cleaning for my bathroom and when mold started forming, I knew it was time. I stumbled upon Kleen on Yelp and I picked them because they responded the fastest and also addressed all my concerns. The receptionist was nice and managed to squeeze me in last minute for the weekend despite my last minute request. They gave me an arrival time and 3 ladies arrived on time to my apartment. I requested for 2 hours deep cleaning and to be honest I wasn't expecting much given the short time frame but wow I was surprised. These ladies were able to remove all the mold, grease, and limescale build-up and made my place look brand new again! I had to find last minute deep cleaning for my condo after the Eaton Canyon fire and I was able to schedule for the next day! They have many teams and employess so scheduling isn't an issue. I also talked to Alina, who was really knowledgeable and helpful on the phone when scheduling. I paid for a deep cleaning with a few add ons (windows, fridge) and 6 cleaners showed up and worked for a total of 2 hours, that's 12 hours of work! My home is SO CLEAN AND SHINY. They all went above and beyond to scrub and tidy up my home. They even scrubbed my title kitchen counter grout! They look cleaner than when I moved here. I was very impressed with the thoroughness. I have a dog so there was quite a bit of dog hair and dog smell but they managed to get rid of it all. I appreciated that they cleaned spaces I didn't even think they would be able to. We hired Kleen for a deep clean of our 1,300 sq. ft. home (2 baths, 3 beds), and Team 18 arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window. They asked if there were any areas that needed special attention and got right to work. Team 18 was kind, professional, efficient, and, most importantly, excellent at what they do. I need a deep clean this year so I searched on Yelp and found this company. Their book process is obvious and easy, via both texts and emails. My schedule was on 12:30-2:30 pm open window but the ladies arrived exactly at 12:30 pm. Their job was excellent. They did everything quietly, quickly but detailedly. I worked at home while they cleaned the bathroom and bedrooms, without disturbing me. Toilets, showers, bathtubs, and the cook look like new after 3 hours deep clean. I have not one criticism with my experience with Kleen. I was referred to Kleen by a yelp search. They were suggested as a company that provided my needs and they certainly delivered. The office personnel (a man and a woman) were both very organized and communicative. The payment as prices were easy to understand, very direct and made a great impression and I decided to go with them. Now for the service, the woman (Maru) who was to go to my place gave me a courtesy call she was on her way, very much appreciated by me. I told Maru I would not be present and gave her some areas of emphasis in my place that might need more attention in addition to some instructions on how to leave the place (as I was not present). Maru was very receptive and was very pleasant to speak with. I was already confident the service would be top notch. She sent me some pictures as an update, and it looked great. I finally saw the clean place a day later, and Maru and if anyone was with her they did a great great job. Kleen told us 6 ladies were going to come to clean our home but only 5 came which did not meet our original contract. By the end of the work day they did not completely finish the job and left. I would say the owners are good at responding quickly but when it came to the time of the service it was subpar. Would not recommend this business for post renovation cleaning of our new home. Even left us a cute little bow in our bathroom. Usually they give us a time frame of when they will arrive.
