I have a rental property (a condo) and have used so many different cleaning services for after a tenant moves out and there would always be complaints from new tenants that it wasn't clean enough, so I kept switching until I booked Kleen one time for a deep clean. For the first time, no complaints from tenants AT ALL! I've used them about a dozen or so times now. I'm usually always at the property resetting the space while they're doing their thing and they do such a thorough job. EFFICIENT + EFFECTIVE It's a 1200 sq ft condo - The team they send is usually 3 people who finish the job in 2 hours. Super efficient! I can go in and reset the space for a new tenant within a couple hours and get on with my day. PRICE It's a tiny bit more than going with an independent cleaner, but still very reasonable. You have to pay for reliability and professionalism. They've never been late a single time, great at communicating reminders and updates, and payment is easy. Angelica and Celeste did a great job at my house and granny flat! I didn't realize how dirty the tenants left the back unit until I saw these ladies work hard on getting all the dirt and grime cleaned. I hired them to do a deep clean on the main house and the back granny flat. The allotted 3 hours was not enough so they stayed the course and the company reached out to let me know extra time was needed. If I hadn't been there to witness how hard they worked I might have thought otherwise. Thank goodness I was close by cleaning all the blinds myself to experience and see first hand how much work was required! I will definitely be calling and recommending them in the future! If I could give zero stars, I would. This company I had confirmed with them twice by phone (two different people. The second confirmation, they told me I wasn't in their system, so I gave them my information again and they assured me I was scheduled. I received their follow-up email asking for my credit card information to confirm, which I provided. The day of the cleaning, they never showed. And when I called, they had no record of my appointment. managed to bungle my appointment not once, not twice, but every single step of the way. I confirmed my cleaning appointment with them twice over the phone. During the second call, they claimed I "wasn't in their system" -- a red flag I should have heeded -- so I gave them all my information again. They assured me I was scheduled. Then they emailed me asking for my credit card to "confirm" the booking, which I provided immediately. And after all that? They never showed up.Not a call. Not an email. Nothing. When I reached out to ask what happened, they had the audacity to tell me -- yet again -- that there was no record of my appointment. This company is disorganized, unreliable, and shockingly careless with both people's time and personal information. Save yourself the frustration and choose a service that can at least manage the bare minimum: keeping track of the appointments they make. read more

I decided to start with a "deep clean," and if satisfied, go to regular once a month cleaning. The crew for the deep clean was terrific -- my home has never felt this clean. I just had the first of "regular" once-per-month cleaning, and honestly, the team of 2 did such a good job it almost felt like the "deep clean." Have used them a few times now and highly recommend! I tried to save money and clean by myself, but no matter how many hours I cleaned, it felt like I was never really cleaning it well. It also somehow felt like the house got dirtier faster when I cleaned myself. When KLEEN comes and does a deep clean, the house becomes easier to maintain cleaned for longer... meaning I have more time to work on my personal projects and spend time doing things I enjoy. Also, I didn't even realize how dirty my dishwasher had gotten... when they cleaned the inside of it, all of a sudden my dishes were coming out so clean! We hired our cleaners on super short notice before my family came to visit, and they came through in the clutch! They did such a thorough job of cleaning our floors, base boards, counter tops, and other crevices we've usually had trouble cleaning thoroughly (like our showers). I just hired them for a deep cleaning this past Friday. I was glad they were able to squeeze me in during the week because I really wanted my house cleaned before the weekend started. My house just went through a small renovation indoors and of course, it was all dusty everywhere in the house. I had Carmen Marta and her team arrived on time and they even put on coverings for their shoes. I pointed to Carmen about what places to focus on for the deep cleaning and made sure to say "deep cleaning" especially in both bathrooms and kitchen. I had a 3 people team for 3.25 hours at $110 per hour which I thought was a great deal! Communication was easy and so was the paying part. I may just hire them again to do regular cleanings in the future after I host big events at my house now. Saves me so much time and stress! read more
