Been using this small business company for a residential property (3 bd, 2 bth house) for family that is unable to clean on their own. Kleen team members are always on time, friendly, caring, great at listening to specific directions/quirks, and mostly go above and beyond. I've had experiences with other companies for my own home, however I can't quite find one that works as well as Kleen. I only wish that Kleen serviced my area, because you bet I would be using them every time as well. What also makes them great is their time management and attention to detail. I would say about 90% of the time, they finish up earlier than expected, and it is not due to lack of detail, because I often see them cleaning cracks and crevices I would not have thought to look at if I had the time to assist my family with cleaning. The teams are also great with the pets living in the home. My family keeps an eye on the pets, but not once have they had to ask a Kleen member to be careful of opening the front door or to be mindful when cleaning around the pets' food/water areas. Spectacular services and team members. Highly recommend to anyone who needs home cleaning for elderly people, disabled people, large homes, or even small apartments (yes I used Kleen when I moved out of my old apartment and it was also amazing). Angelica and Celeste did a great job at my house and granny flat! I didn't realize how dirty the tenants left the back unit until I saw these ladies work hard on getting all the dirt and grime cleaned. I hired them to do a deep clean on the main house and the back granny flat. The allotted 3 hours was not enough so they stayed the course and the company reached out to let me know extra time was needed. If I hadn't been there to witness how hard they worked I might have thought otherwise. Thank goodness I was close by cleaning all the blinds myself to experience and see first hand how much work was required! I will definitely be calling and recommending them in the future! I have edited my review to respond to the lies the company has told. They gave me an appointment and never showed up. Their system is awful and they left me on read 4 times after I had tried repeatedly to schedule them. Their claims that it was because I didn't respond is ridiculous. And every representative on their side was more difficult to deal with than the last. They offered nothing for their mistakes that they openly admitted to. I was very open about being dissatisfied and they did not care. They only reached out at all after seeing my review. They don't care about customer service unless it affects them. Simply laughable. We moved into our home in December of 2021. Before we officially moved in, we painted, redid the carpet, sanded a bunch, etc. We should have paid for a deep cleaning back then, but didn't because I'm an idiot and thought I could do it myself. I really am like a TV sitcom dad. After hiring Kleen and using Team 20, I realized - let the pros do the work! I hired them for a deep cleaned $300 or so. A great deal in my opinion They did an amazing job. The kitchen felt so clean and new. They cleaned above the fridge, all the shelves, the stove, the toaster, the microwave. They did the floors. They deep cleaned my sofa - I didn't even ask them to do that. They wiped down every corner which I love. Their exceptional work really showed up in the bathroom. It was crystal clean. Sparkling ! They organized and made everything so clean Amazing amazing job! Have already recommended them to multiple friends! We requested "next available" for our first cleaning with Kleen and were scheduled with team #23. We requested a "deep clean" service for a 1600-1900 foot house as we needed a reset. Angela and Celeste arrived right on time, and true to their number 23, they are the Michael Jordan of making our house shine! I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. It seemed like every pile of clutter and clothing in the house was tastefully stacked, folded, organized, knolled, or put away. I have a rental property (a condo) and have used so many different cleaning services for after a tenant moves out and there would always be complaints from new tenants that it wasn't clean enough, so I kept switching until I booked Kleen one time for a deep clean. For the first time, no complaints from tenants AT ALL! I've used them about a dozen or so times now. I'm usually always at the property resetting the space while they're doing their thing and they do such a thorough job. EFFICIENT + EFFECTIVE It's a 1200 sq ft condo - The team they send is usually 3 people who finish the job in 2 hours. Super efficient! I can go in and reset the space for a new tenant within a couple hours and get on with my day. PRICE It's a tiny bit more than going with an independent cleaner, but still very reasonable. You have to pay for reliability and professionalism. They've never been late a single time, great at communicating reminders and updates, and payment is easy. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company I had confirmed with them twice by phone (two different people. The second confirmation, they told me I wasn't in their system, so I gave them my information again and they assured me I was scheduled. I received their follow-up email asking for my credit card information to confirm, which I provided. The day of the cleaning, they never showed. And when I called, they had no record of my appointment. managed to bungle my appointment not once, not twice, but every single step of the way. I confirmed my cleaning appointment with them twice over the phone. During the second call, they claimed I "wasn't in their system" -- a red flag I should have heeded -- so I gave them all my information again. They assured me I was scheduled. Then they emailed me asking for my credit card to "confirm" the booking, which I provided immediately. And after all that? They never showed up.Not a call. Not an email. Nothing. When I reached out to ask what happened, they had the audacity to tell me -- yet again -- that there was no record of my appointment. This company is disorganized, unreliable, and shockingly careless with both people's time and personal information. Save yourself the frustration and choose a service that can at least manage the bare minimum: keeping track of the appointments they make. read more

I hired Kleen for a deep clean before a move in. Angela and Celeste were wonderful! Exactly on time, they spent nearly 3 hours cleaning . Everything was cleaned and they even made the beds which was a nice surprise. For a deep clean though there were a few items I'd ask for which were missed or not included: a quick vacuum of the couch and the interior window screens would have been nice, or maybe more time or a second pass over the floors. The floors were the dirtiest part of the house, but I don't think they changed the water as they went from room to room. And some areas were not white socks clean, making the price of the deep clean feel steep. But overall I was happy with them read more

The team who came was really kind and asked great questions to make sure they had all the info they needed before cleaning. I asked for a deep clean. I was super impressed by the way they attempted to clean everything: behind furniture, all of the baseboards, tough water stains on shower tile. I was disappointed to see there were still those marks on some of the doors next to the doorknobs where people frequently touch to open and close the doors, there was still some dirty residue on the floors (my bare feet had some dirt on them after walking through the just mopped floors), and my stovetop still had grease stains on it when they left. I understand they were running out of time, but wish they had maybe started by letting their cleaning solution soak through the grease stains while cleaning another room instead of just going room by room then moving on to the next. They also didn't empty all of my trash cans, just some.. then used my trash bags to discard some of their trash which I thought was strange because I did see they had bags of their own. They also didn't reline the trash cans they did empty. I was super impressed by some things, but disappointed in others, so this was just an average job. I expect more thorough work for a "deep clean." Maybe different people have different standards for the definition of deep clean. Though they did try to reach out to me, I offered appropriate times I could chat with them, but they never followed up during the multiple times I provided. read more
