I absolute recommend this business. I had an issue with an Airbnb that I checked into and needed a team to come clean ASAP and Team 8! Came and cleaned everything in 2 hrs. The bathrooms look brand new now. The kitchen stove, clean. Even things I had not noticed, they brought to my attention and cleaned. I will use them again for sure. Thank you! read more

Long time customer of KLEEN. I've been with them for close to three years. They are super professional, do a great job, are mindful of my requests such as using my own products and working around my rooms when my child is napping. They send a team so the cleaning is pretty quick (2-2.5 hours instead of 5-6 hours) and they do an amazing job and very detail oriented and organize things that I didn't have time to organize myself. I recommend them to all of my friends. But the reaaaaaal reason I love clean is Lucy, Yolanda, Carla! They are the BEST!!! thank you read more

Needed a cleaning service for apartment move out. Kleen responded to my inquiry promptly and gave a great quote! I had to reschedule to another date last minute and while they aren't always able to do it they figured out a replacement and made it work! Cleaning service with Paty leading a 3-person team was done with a 900sq ft apartment in 2 hours! They were all very nice and accommodating. The communication was flawless. Would definitely recommend if you are in the South Pasadena and surrounding areas! read more

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! The KLEENHOME crew was WELL ORGANIZED and EFFICIENT! They came in and determined what jobs were needed. They made a plan and set the chores in order. They worked right through that plan in a methodical, efficient way to completion. They were well equipped.....with vacuum, long and short handle tools, mops, cleaning cloths, and cleaning solutions. They were pleasant and friendly. I am very, very pleased with their work. I will definitely call them again. D Wilson read more

Viridiana and Idania were great and super efficient. They got here at exactly the time they said and were done at the time they said as well. They cleaned both units on my lot super fast and were great to talk to as well. Highly recommended, thanks!! read more

I've used Kleen since 2019. Their cleaning service is outstanding as well as their customer service! The cleaning crew are well trained and cleaning is consistent even with different teams (if rescheduled to a different time). Rescheduling/canceling is very easy and they are so responsive to all my text inquiries! I recommend Kleen to all my friends who are looking for a new cleaning service. read more

I highly recommend the Kleen team. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and they are very good sending reminders and quick to respond. The quality of service is on the spot, you come home to a very tidy and clean place. (I love how they setup the bed.. as if you are in a hotel). The pricing is reasonable, you certainly pay for the quality of service.. and it's worth it. read more

I need a deep clean this year so I searched on Yelp and found this company. Their book process is obvious and easy, via both texts and emails. My schedule was on 12:30-2:30 pm open window but the ladies arrived exactly at 12:30 pm. Their job was excellent. They did everything quietly, quickly but detailedly. I worked at home while they cleaned the bathroom and bedrooms, without disturbing me. Toilets, showers, bathtubs, and the cook look like new after 3 hours deep clean. I will request their job later again and highly recommend it! read more

Excellent Service and Great Results I recently contacted Kleen Corp. to get my condo cleaned before having company over for the holidays. I chose them because of their awesome reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the praise. I reached out the same day I needed the cleaning, and they were able to accommodate me that afternoon -- a huge relief. Two professional cleaners arrived on time, bringing all the necessary supplies with them. I opted for the deep clean, which cost $220 for my condo. They did an excellent job! The team was very thorough, leaving everything spotless. The only service not included for that price was window cleaning, but everything else exceeded my expectations. I tipped each cleaner $20 at the end because I was so pleased with their work. Kleen Corp.'s ability to handle my request on such short notice and deliver such high-quality service really stood out. I'm very grateful for their help and would absolutely use their services again. Great job, Kleen Corp.! read more

Kleen told us 6 ladies were going to come to clean our home but only 5 came which did not meet our original contract. By the end of the work day they did not completely finish the job and left. I would say the owners are good at responding quickly but when it came to the time of the service it was subpar. Would not recommend this business for post renovation cleaning of our new home. Also they do not have high ladders to reach higher places. read more

The teams always do a great job. I am totally happy with their work. Give them a try, I don't think you will be disappointe.

We had Jacquelyn and Mary deep clean our home this week, and I was very impressed. It was the first time I've hired a professional cleaning service, so I wasn't sure what to expect. They were kind and thoroughly cleaned our home. They rearranged some of our decor and it looks better than I had it before! Little touches that make my home look better were really appreciated. I love it, and would hire them again, and recommend Kleen to others. read more

I had to find last minute deep cleaning for my condo after the Eaton Canyon fire and I was able to schedule for the next day! They have many teams and employess so scheduling isn't an issue. I also talked to Alina, who was really knowledgeable and helpful on the phone when scheduling. I paid for a deep cleaning with a few add ons (windows, fridge) and 6 cleaners showed up and worked for a total of 2 hours, that's 12 hours of work! My home is SO CLEAN AND SHINY. I am so impressed with their skills and attention to detail. Will probably end up scheduling cleanings now every month. Beyond impressed, and definitely schedule them! read more

This is my second time using Kleen, first time I did a deep clean and this second time I did a basic cleaning. The ladies at cleaning crew #5 did an amazing job. Even left us a cute little bow in our bathroom. Usually they give us a time frame of when they will arrive. (ie 2-4 window frame) but this time they gave us a set time which was really helpful with two little ones. They were punctual and did an amazing job. Will definitely be using them again :) read more

Kleen - Home Cleaning Near Me - Pasadena, California

Their crews are friendly, cheerful, and highly professional. They get a lot done in a short amount of time.

We hired Kleen for a deep clean of our 1,300 sq. ft. home (2 baths, 3 beds), and Team 18 arrived promptly at the beginning of the arrival window. They asked if there were any areas that needed special attention and got right to work. Team 18 was kind, professional, efficient, and, most importantly, excellent at what they do. They cleaned all the expected areas, but after they left, we started to notice just how deep they actually cleaned. For example, we had a long-standing dirt stain on our couch from our pet. We had tried everything to remove it with no success. To our surprise, Team 18 managed to clean it without even mentioning it! That level of detail and care truly impressed us. I highly recommend Kleen and Team 18. They are professional, thorough, and leave your home spotless. Thank you! read more

I have not one criticism with my experience with Kleen. I was referred to Kleen by a yelp search. They were suggested as a company that provided my needs and they certainly delivered. The office personnel (a man and a woman) were both very organized and communicative. The payment as prices were easy to understand, very direct and made a great impression and I decided to go with them. Now for the service, the woman (Maru) who was to go to my place gave me a courtesy call she was on her way, very much appreciated by me. I told Maru I would not be present and gave her some areas of emphasis in my place that might need more attention in addition to some instructions on how to leave the place (as I was not present). Maru was very receptive and was very pleasant to speak with. I was already confident the service would be top notch. She sent me some pictures as an update, and it looked great. I finally saw the clean place a day later, and Maru and if anyone was with her they did a great great job. The Kleen employees were absolutely professional and the place was shining and the areas of emphasis were obviously paid attention to. Muchas gracias Maru y si alguien estaba con usted, muy buen trabajo. I highly recommend Kleen services to anyone and everyone in the area! Thank you read more

Had a deep clean and wow they are thorough. And my house smells great. Definitely will be using them again.

Kleen does a great job. They've cleaned my home many times and are always friendly and thorough!

I initially hired Kleen based on the reviews on Yelp and I was not disappointed! I've worked with many other cleaners over the years and they are among the best: professional, reliable, efficient yet thorough. I can't tell you how much better my kitchen looks every time after they're through. Also: reasonably priced! I just wish you were able to tip through credit card somehow in their system so I don't have to run out to get cash! read more

Found on Yelp and I want to give kudos here too - Team #18 did a fantastic job on a recent deep clean for our home. They arrived within the time window and worked efficiently with a level of care I haven't seen in a long time... on top of a good vacuum and surface cleaning, sparkling clean bathrooms, and attention to detail in the kitchen, they did some major tidying in our kids rooms that brought a big smile to my face. Hallelujah! As a mom of three I am constantly running around (and running behind) to keep things clean and tidy around here. To have a group of true professionals come in to help out and share their magic feels like a bona fide gift. Thank you, Team #18 and Kleen. Five stars for all! read more

Team 4 came to help clean our kitchen and hallways. The team was very kind, helpful, and thoroughly cleaned the areas I mentioned. They were meticulous and took extra care of sensitive items. I wasn't going to post a review since the owner was seemingly helpful at first but after seeing all his comments on here trying to invalidate people's experiences, I feel like I have to share. First, I do feel like the women who came and cleaned did great for the most part. Some things weren't "spotless" per se but honestly I don't expect that level of perfection and overall we were really happy with their cleaning. However, the last time we had scheduled, I came home after they had finished (my fiancé was here but was working so wasn't paying full attention) and noticed that all our closets and drawers had been opened. They even opened my jewelry cabinet. I noticed because one closet in particular, with jewelry from my deceased nana, had things that had been moved around and knocked over. All of these closets and drawers were closed and I figured that was an indicator that what was inside didn't need to be cleaned. I felt completely violated and upset. I didn't think it was necessary to keep inventory on all my personal items so I have no idea if they did steal anything; I haven't been able to find a pair of earrings but, again, stuff was knocked over so I'm not sure if they were stolen or just misplaced now somewhere in my closet. We notified the customer service number via text and my fiancé asked for the tip to be taken off. They told us that "this has never happened before." At the time I believed that it was an honest mistake, but now seeing these reviews and that people HAVE had things moved, thrown out, or perhaps stolen makes me extremely frustrated because now this business owner is unprofessional and a liar too I noticed he comments on people's reviews to try to discredit their experiences. That way if new customers see them, they think the reviewer is being dishonest. If you are a new customer, steer clear of this business, unless you want to worry about your things being stolen. read more

AMAZINGGGGG! The Kleen team is just amazing! This was my first time using and Team2 Gloria just nailed it! They went above and beyond. Will definitely use it again in the futute read more

Team #19 did an amazing job! I'm modifying my review slightly because the service is immaculate and thorough, but I did have a mishap with scheduling. I had scheduled a deep cleaning more than a month in advance, received 4 reminders via email that a team was scheduled to come, and then no team showed up! This caused a great amount of unnecessary stress and inconvenience since I was scheduling a deep cleaning right before having an overnight house guest. We ended up having to reschedule for a few days later and changing our schedule to fit in the cleaning. Hopefully, this is a one-off and not a common occurrence. read more

Kleen has been an absolute game-changer for my home! Eva and her team are incredibly thorough, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure every nook and cranny is spotless. My home has never looked better! read more

I really wanted to love Kleen based on all the positive recommendations and easy booking process. They seemed to do a decent job for the majority of my house, but for some reason didn't clean my utility/laundry room at all. I paid extra for a deep clean so I'm not sure why this was not done, and this was the room I specifically wanted cleaned. There was a thick layer of dust in the cabinets and behind the washer and dryer after they left. read more

*For the record, my name at the time was Nicole K. Check your Venmo for the transaction in November 2020 if you don't believe me. Address was 235 N Holliston where I no longer reside. I get that business is business, but when I was moving out of my townhome, they didn't fully explain they would dump all the contents of your bathroom into a plastic bag. It's not my problem that they don't take the time to share the disclosure agreement and review exactly what the cleaning includes. My house was mostly cleaned out, but I had some remaining items underneath my sink to pack up. $400 worth of personal items was destroyed/compromised by a spilled soap dispenser, and the owner pressured ME into believing it was my fault for not reading the website. They also removed the knobs from my stove and broke one of them. They only offered to pay for materials, and I was left with a clean house and broken items right before closing escrow. It took me 14 months to write this review because I am now in a healthy place to identify that this is not decent business practices. The owner takes advantage of people in compromised situations and doesn't apologize for his employees actions. I would never recommend this business to anyone. read more

I've been using Kleen for almost 8 years now, and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Peter and Oscar are always so responsive, and the ladies on the teams are universally wonderful. We've used the service for regular cleaning sessions for our house and guesthouse, deep cleaning visits, one-time cleaning when moving out of a sublet, and giving the gift of Kleen to our young adult kids when their apartments needed a little (ahem) TLC. Every single visit has been great! It's also very important to us that Kleen treats their employees well; uses organic cleaning products; and that the teams use fuel-efficient vehicles. I recommend Kleen without reservations! (Oh, and they're so reasonable, too!). read more

First time customer and very happy. My new lucky number is 18 (my forever crew). I highly recommend the deep clean for your initial appointment. I woke up on my day off at 5:45 am - to be greeted by the smiling faces of three charming young ladies, armed head to toe with a startling arsenal of mops and buckets and even jet pack vacuums, as if ready to do battle. Turns out, the metaphor is quite apt. WFH was supposed to mean more time to clean. In my case, it has meant more time for dirt to accumulate. The energetic Kleen crew tackled my unloved one-bedroom with equal parts elbow grease and laughter. Not a single complaint to be heard, even when they discovered the curious "expired" food items in the fridge. Mere mortals might reasonably have been discouraged. Now that we're off to such a propitious start, I'm sure to call on their expertise on a regular basis. Can't wait to tackle the coming work week with a clean home office, accessible snacks in the fridge and a clear mind, free from the distractions of clutter. Thanks, ladies. read more
