No customers so no crowd like the ones in Houston. Bad: difficult win. Rigged machines. Super cheap prizes. There is a 3% service charge if you use credit card. Of the 25 coins I won 1 item. Small parking lot for the small center so if it does get more business park g may be an issue. There's hope though! Just need to improve the quality of the wins. I wish this business luck.

So we decided to move it to Tuesday TO ONLY get a discount. However we were then informed that "no there is not a 20% off as we are not open during the week. I need to take that advisement off" (Given the fact that we called only for the discount but to get told what THEY have advised is NOT valid is crazy. ) "I get it" (not really) your not open during the weekend but wasn't even offered the discount for the weekend? I don't think anybody would appreciate FALSE advertising. So we went ahead and cancelled and went elsewhere where. (Also waited 10days for a refund. Never received. HAD to call u to check in on it, JUST to get told that they didn't process it. Making the refund take 20days) LASTLY, they were in NO rush to remove the advertisement. If you park outside by the Incarnate Ward entrance, when you enter, climb the broken escalator and the place will be right there. I wasn't sure what to expect and was worried it would be cheesy, but it was so much fun to go with friends. All the rooms are eerily decorated ranging from macabre to whimsical. There are lots of props you can play with, the staff will warn you about what to avoid. I was impressed with how well the lighting worked with the pictures we took. You can buy your tickets online or there when you arrive. They have time slots on the hour and you'll have a full hour to wander around and have fun taking pictures. Be sure to check the bloody lockers for fun surprises.
