She let us know about the establishment and the fact that they sold snacks. There is a kiosk machine next to the counter where you will load your credits to play. The place is nice and clean. The quality of the stuff animals you win are very decent. They're better than expected. I was able to win 7 stuff animals in total. The games can be very addictive. I saw items I wanted and continue to play so I can get them. It did get busy fast. Some of the machines were low on item. You do get the choice to keep what you won or upgrade them for a larger price. We choose to keep ours. Definitely would recommend as a nice date night, Social activity, etc. you definitely get what you pay for. Give this place a try. Staff is super friendly and you do get a few options to choose from. I can't wait to come back again and see what I win next.

It's clear she truly cares about families and is always finding ways to support the community, and that dedication shines through in every detail. The play areas are carefully crafted and offer endless enjoyment for children of various ages. I have a 9-month-old and a 4-year-old, and both of them have an incredible time each visit. The crawler section is ideal for my baby to explore safely, while my older child could spend hours immersed in the imaginative setups. She especially loves the doctor's office, playing with the babies, and of course, the charming little ice cream shop! One of the newest features I've been loving is the coffee cart. As a mom who works from home, it's truly a lifesaver. I can grab a coffee or matcha, set up my laptop, and get some tasks done while my kids enjoy themselves in a secure, enclosed space. I don't have to constantly keep an eye out for them wandering off like I would at a park, which brings me so much comfort. Whether you're a stay-at-home parent, working remotely, or heading into an office and just looking for a great place to spend meaningful time with your children, Tiny Town is a fantastic choice. It's inviting, spotless, and thoughtfully created with families at its heart. I truly can't say enough good things about Tiny Town Playland. My kids adore it, and it's become one of our go-to places for making special memories together.

There are about a dozen machines but the place is kind of small so it's well designed. Let's get to the bottom line! Good: Customer service is AMAZING! Store is clean. Small parking lot for the small center so if it does get more business park g may be an issue. There's hope though! Just need to improve the quality of the wins. I wish this business luck.

The online booking process was easy, we ordered the large package (up to 4 people, 1 large item, 1 medium item, 2 small items and glass bottles). Checking in was very swift and easy as well, Grant (the owner's husband) was super friendly and explained everything very clearly! We ended up getting to break a large wooden dresser, a wooden table with glass panels, an old monitor, and a keyboard. Tools for destruction (baseball bats, a large metal wrench, sledgehammers) goggles, gloves, and a JBL speaker were provided for us. You can even bring your own items to destroy as long as they aren't something with chemicals/oil in them. You can also bring your own tools to destroy things as long as they aren't blades. We got 50 minutes to destroy everything, we got everything done in about 45 minutes, so you get a decent time to break stuff. All cleanup is handled by the staff, so you don't have to worry about making a huge mess. That's the point! I would definitely return, was smiling and laughing all through the entire 50 minutes we got. Would recommend wearing a long sleeve, maybe jeans, and some thicker shoes/boots since you'll be stepping on glass most of the time. Be mindful that fragments of glass/wood WILL go flying, so be aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We had a blast and couldn't recommend this business more!

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. Lisa Zamora went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. She was friendly, helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure people had a good experience. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into what she does, and that makes a big difference. It's not every day you come across someone who treats customers like actual people instead of just another customer. Lisa definitely made my experience even better, and I really appreciate the way she represents the skating rink.

My son's joint birthday party on May 30, 2026 was fun for the kids, and that's almost entirely…read morethanks to our party host, Aidan. He was engaging, helpful, and kept the energy up throughout the night. The food was good, the skating was fun, and the boys had a blast. However, there are serious management issues at this rink that potential customers need to know about. First, we were double charged. I paid a $200 deposit online, then paid the remaining balance of $422.18 at the rink on the night of the party, May 30th. An hour later, I received an email charging me another $395.38. The rink told me they switched credit card vendors but their system is still processing charges through the old vendor -- meaning your card information is being charged twice. When I went back on May 31st to complain about being double charged, I was told to dispute it with my bank -- meaning I'm out the money for ten business days while my bank sorts it out, because the skating rink isn't issuing a simple refund. It was only during that conversation that I was asked if I had received my skate passes -- which I had not. This is unacceptable, especially for families who might not have that cushion. Do not book with a credit card online until you confirm this is fixed. Second, the party package advertised glow bracelets and necklaces for every child. We didn't receive them, and as compensation we were offered free extra pitchers of soda instead. Fortunately we brought our own glow accessories for the kids, but other families might not come prepared. That's not acceptable when you're spending over $600. Third, the party package lists skate mates at $10.00 -- but what they don't tell you is that's $10 per hour. For a 3-hour party, that's $30 per skate mate per person. If you have kids or family members who can't skate and need one, this adds up fast and is not clearly disclosed. The listing is misleading. Finally, our party host Aidan was working alone on a Saturday night as the party host, DJ, game coordinator, and server. He managed so much on his own that night -- the fact that anything slipped through the cracks is entirely a management failure, not his. Aidan deserves a raise. If you book here, go in with eyes open about the billing issues and missing items. Aidan will take care of you -- management won't.
