The guy at the counter saw us waiting in line...we were the only ones...and he continued to have a casual conversation with a customer while we waited to order for longer than he should have. Finally! A cute coffee shop within walking distance from my home! DRINKS I got the latte with nut milk. I usually get soy milk but they don't carry soy milk, so this was the next best thing. Their nut milk contains almonds and cashews I believe. The drink was pretty good, but I would've preferred to have soy milk with it. STUDY I saw a bunch of people studying here. This seems like a great location because there is plenty of parking, free WiFi, and caffeine. I didn't get to check whether there were outlets but I saw a lot of people on their laptops so I'm assuming so. One downside, it can get pretty loud so you should probably bring ear plugs if you prefer the quiet. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I'm so tired of the chains, and I'm always looking for a great local place to get a custom coffee drink, chillax, and read. This... isn't it. First off, the menu is confusing and seems deceptive as well (see my pic). I wanted a cold brew on this hot day, but adding any milk or dairy added seemed to mean added fees of at least $1. You have to interrogate the barista to figure out how this place works and what they serve, which is not what I felt like doing. I glanced over at the condiment bar, and there were no milk/dairy products, spices, or even sugar (only an unidentifiable simple syrup and packets of Splenda). Also, there was no way to know what kind of coffee went into the cold brew, which is "on tap," leading me to question the coffee's origin. Not to mention, why does the 16-oz. cost $3, the 24-oz. $3.50...but the 32-oz. is $9.00!? So I decided on an iced latte because I needed the espresso. The menu only listed one size, 16-oz. for $4, but I noticed two girls getting larger lattes, and so the barista offered a 24-oz. I wanted nonfat milk, a shot of vanilla, and a sprinkle of cinnamon (a nod to Sbux cinnamon dolce). Seems simple, so why did it cost $6.15?! This should have been the best iced latte ever for that price, but instead it was ridiculously sweet, over-cinnamoned (why couldn't I just add my own spice?), and the espresso terribly bitter. The entire drink left a very unpleasant bitter aftertaste that lasted well after I left, as well as a gaping hole in my wallet. Not to mention, there isn't a padded chair or stool in the place. Visited yesterday for the first time and ordered a large coffee. Nothing special. Just a quick cup to go, please. 10 minutes later, I walked up and asked after it. They hadn't started it yet. They apologized and grabbed a cup to fill, but then something else distracting happened. So, they set it down half filled and promptly forgot about it again. I had to get my kid to school, so I walked out without the coffee. I came back later, and the manager (I think - red beard) recognized me immediately, was very apologetic, and had a great smile that set everything right for me. He gave me a banana scone for my daughter, (which tasted just ok--too much mush, not enough flavor--as far as scones go.) The coffee was strong and did its job, but I wasn't overly fond of the taste. Today I thought I would give it another go. I ordered a Brazilian Pour Over this time for $2.50. I went to the bathroom and then checked emails on my phone at a table. 10 minutes later, I discovered that they had forgotten me again! Other people who had ordered after me were being served up specialty coffees from the bar, and my pour over hadn't even been started. Ugh. So, I asked after it, and they started it. I waited. The pour over finished, and yet there the cup sat...and sat...and sat...until finally one of the guys (not the same as yesterday) noticed it and then caught my eye, staring at it from the bench. He nodded in recognition, picked it up, and said loudly across the room: "Here's your coffee." He set it down gruffly on the counter and walked away. No apology. No nice smile. Just "here's your coffee" and the back of his shirt. Given that the parking here is a bit of a pain--there is no street parking and one has to park at CVS and then walk around the building to the front to gain access--I would say that that is a lot of effort to get a mediocre coffee, if they actually remember that you ordered and paid for one... read more

Today's visit is a little less stellar than the last time I was here, only because the ladies' room didn't have toilet paper early morning--at least it's clean & pleasant smelling. The rest of the area was spic & span . Also, I was offered house-made almond milk or roasted coconut milk, talk about gourmet! Not sure where to start. Saw the sign outside CVS so we wanted to try it as we are huge coffee fanatics. Expected a third wave coffee shop but this is not. Walking in it has a very commercialized feel with harsh white lightning and hard surfaces, lots of white everything. It has a very curated feel but lacks personality. It was very clean though. The coffee itself was not good. The pour over was bad. It tasted burned and like it was brewed too hot. The latte was ok but a little bit overly sweet. The food is decent but not great. We have had Klatch coffee before and we have always enjoyed it. But the closest location was in Pasadena. When they opened this one up we were thrilled! Located on Pacific Coast Highway it makes it convenient to stop at for a quick bag of beans or a nice spot to sip your coffee. The location is very spacious and has a very clean and aesthetically pleasing design. The barristas are very friendly and introduce themselves. The only bummer is the parking lot that is tucked in the back. It seems to be shared with the CVS pharmacy that is next to the coffee shop. Depending on the direction you are coming from you might have to make a u-turn to get to the parking lot. But other than that I am one happy customer! My last visit I bought a bag of Belle espresso and had a double shot cappuccino and it was perfect. The milk was steamed to a drinkable temperature and was very enjoyable! read more

I needed to get my friend's 8 yr old daughter out of the house for his work and we came here for a drink. She didn't have a mask and Megan gave her one. Josh and Megan were so kind and gave us extra care and attention - feedback in detail on the menu, what they offer, and overall just awesome authenticity. This is a new location but with the same delicious coffee! My favorite by far is the Iced Creme Brulee!!! If you want to save some calories, the Iced Vanilla Bean is the exact same just without caramel sauce. I tried to be a little spontaneous and tried the Iced Mexican Mocha but was not a fan, too grainy. I'll forever be ordering either an Iced Creme Brulee or Iced Vanilla Bean! Location is much larger and open than both the Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga locations. Additionally, all the furniture is new and very clean! Staff is very friendly as well! PS: Download their app! So happy to see a new third-wave coffee shop on this side of town. We got the Nitro Cold Brew which was delicious with rich notes of chocolate. The interior was very clean and modern. We ended up talking with the owners for quite some time and ordered the goat cheese toast (with honey and dried lavender flowers) after sampling a few other coffees that the manager offered to us.
