I should've listened to my gut and went to a more reputable business. At first I was happy with the windshield replacement, but after a few days the sensors started acting up and had to take it into my local shop to get recalibrated since Klassy didn't do a proper install. Just be careful when they tell you that the windshield won't need recalibrating if they don't unplug it. That turned out to be a lie because my car's sensors started have all kinds of issues. I guess I got what I paid for using a discounted windshield replacement company read more

Definitely a hidden gem! I have a 2022 CLA250 and spent $300. Excellent prices and service. I appreciate them.

I looked everywhere, because I didn't have insurance for my front windshield. They were the cheapest by far and fast. It's a hidden gem. They had great customer service. They are out there, but it's well worth it. I paid $200 dollars for my window on a Kia Optima. Check them out! read more

I have used Klassy Auto Glass for years. I grew up in South Phoenix and learned early what an amazing place Broadway Road was for all car supplies!! Klassy glass has been reliable and affordable and have used it at least 15 times over the last 15+ years. I have recommended my kids, family members and friends who too have been extremely happy with the results. You can make an appointment or just go there. I have only waited between 45 min to hour and half. The longest I every waited was two hours but that was after the valley was hit with a huge microburst and 1000 of people lost there windows. The staff worked efficiently and as fast as they could to get your window in and you back on the road. I also used them to repair one of my car's electric windows that fell of the track and they were able to replace and repair the window. Staff are polite and friendly. The waiting room is clean and they have a tv for you to watch. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a car window or windshield replaced. I have, what I'd consider, a difficult vehicle - A 2009 Toyota Yaris. I've seen ONE other car like it since I got it, used, about a year ago. I bugged them all-too-much about ordering the correct window and they acted like, "Hey, stop worrying. It's no big deal. Just come in and we'll get and replace it." It all seemed so fishy, though. How do they charge so little? Safelite gave me a quote of $390.00. A dealer windshield is $809.00. Why can they do it for $140.00? That's $250.00 difference. I'm 66, so $250.00 is $250.00 I can $250.00 to EAT FOOD with. Anyways, I came in. They didn't talk to me much. I had a nice talk about hiking in the Superstition Mountains with another guy who was having his window done, then ended-up waiting in the waiting room, which is the best thing to do because you can trust that they're doing it right for you. In an "incredibly quick" amount of time he called my name (all he took from me was my first name. I gave nothing else to him except for the car). Time from having gotten there to when I left was definitely less than an hour. He didn't even say it was done. I had taken out the cash from the bank. I thanked him, gave it to him. He gave me the receipt. "You have to bring the receipt back for the 30-day warranty" he said. I said, "Thank you so much." but he acted like "We do great work with every window we put in." He says, "Take the two pieces of tape off tomorrow." I would guess that the glue they use isn't perfectly bonded for a day and it might slip-sideways a bit (as it was perfectly centered with no fingerprints, even). I had wondered how they get my old mirror off the inside of the old window. They don't. There was a new mirror attached. I know that because my old mirror had functions on it that I could never figure out. There were the little dots along the top and along the edges. It looked exactly the same as the old window looked. An absolutely stupendous job. I saved $250.00. They mystified me how they do such an amazing job for so little money. This morning I took off the two pieces of tape, stuck on my parking sticker to the inside of the new window. I, also, splashed a huge amount of water on it just to make sure it was waterproof, which it was. read more

We have been bringing our cars here for the past few years. Each and every time they gave us a really good price compared to other franchise windshield replacement businesses. So before you decide to settle and pay over $200 for a windshield replacement, give these guys a call. I am sure they can beat the price you were quoted somewhere else. Also they are quick. You never have to wait for hours. read more

They had 100's of windshields, and side windows in stock, and I just drove up without an appointment, and they jumped right on it. Hat's off to these guys, they were great!! read more

Klassy Auto Glass were on time, fast and efficient. The guys that did my windshield were very nice. Thank you!!

Do not go to this place. Glass here is cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. I bought my glass on Tuesday and was off Tuesday and Wednesday. When I went to take the tape off my car. I noticed that there was a crack at the top of my windshield. I called and was told they will look at it. When I got to the shop, they told me there was nothing they can do about it because it might of cane from a rock but wasn't sure. I spent all this money for my window to be cracked again. This time even worse. I then spoke to the shop to get a deal on another since they won't own up to their mistake but was quoted $5 off. I wouldn't recommend anyway to use this place. read more

Unfortunately I had to replace my windshield today and I opted for Klassy Auto Glass located in an industrial park near Broadway and 32nd ave. in Tempe. Some of our more, ahem, white bread readers, may want to steer clear of this place. It's not as classy as the name implies. The lobby is completely exposed to the elements and was freezing cold. The dude who was putting in my glass kept having to be pulled off of my car to answer the phone too which was frustrating for me. Having said that, they still got me out of the place in about an hour with a new windshield for pretty dang cheap. All in all, the place doesn't look like much but its got it where it counts. read more

was trying g to put For Sale signs on my dear and dependable 98 Taurus, 76.6 miles, and pressed against back window when pieces of shattered glass was falling. OMG! IT WAS RAINING HARD ON FRIDAY JUNE 5th so I figured the hot car met COLD RAIN likely the cause (like an ice cube shatters when warmer fluids mix.) I was devastated. worked to polish, clean, pass emissions, get new clean az title. The car just had oil and fluids changed or topped up plus all small fixes were done a week ago. My auto insurance did not cover to my annoyance. A ole hippie who walks past my home, mentioned Klassy Glass on 3230 w. Broadway. The total cost to me $100 to replace broken back window. FOR REAL! MOST QUOTES WERE OVER $500.00. Klassy Glass repaired in first business day, Monday the 8th of June 2015. .most of us would. not know of KLASSY GLASS. BELIEVE ME. THEY ARE ANGEL'S! The glass and put it in was a great service and cost me a fee of $100!! I am rating five stars. The business is one of a million. Price, full replace and glass install. As it was done with respectfulness to me and my needs. Marlene has excellent customer service skills, and Javier Orta, the owner, hires the best glass technicians around. They showed me they valued me as a customer! what more is there to say. KUDOS and MY gratitude to Klassy Glass! read more
