I was referred to Marcos by my uncle who has been coming for years whenever he needed tint done, whether it be on a new car or just the top strip of the windshield, the price has always been reasonable especially for the quality of work done. I was able to bring my car in at 9:30am and they had it all done and ready by 11am. They gave detailed instructions on what not to do for the next few days after getting the tint which was helpful. The best part was saving money and not having to pay anywhere near what the dealership would have charged me. Marcos also made sure if any part of the tint was messed up or anything, I could bring it back and they would fix it no problem.

They also didn't blow the leftover soap from the window crevices and didn't wipe the door from the mess he made. I'm not getting this service done for free, I am paying and expect a good job. First and last time I go to this shop. If you decide to go to this shop take before pics of your car so they don't claim the ding was already there just like they did on previous reviews.

Clean shop and nice staff, but unsatisfied with tint installation and refund policy…read more The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly, but I am disappointed with the actual work. There was a quarter-inch gap left at the top of the windows that wasn't explained to me beforehand, and it just didn't look right. Im having it removed at another shop that does edge-to-edge tinting. If you want this shop to do it they will invalidate any warranty. Out of the $130 spent on the two windows, they only refunded me $60, I agreed to pay for the front window shade. I expected better communication and a fairer resolution given that the product wasn't what I wanted. I wouldn't have gotten it done here if I had known. When I came back to the shop I was told I would get 50% of the total price I paid which was $200. If they had followed through with what they said to me I would not be writing this review.

They came directly to my home and tinted my car in less than an hour and a half. My single complaint, and reason for not giving New Image window tinting a 5 star rating, is that the over spray from installation wasn't wiped off of the interior of the doors and my cars hatch cargo cover was not put back on. These are minor issues and something I hope New Image will be conscious of in the future. Still, I highly recommend their service for speed, convenience, and quality!
