Well, I get here at 10:50, and I was greeted with some surprise. And, I was told that the tech had gone to lunch. :-( Luckily, they go get something, and come back. So, maybe a 30 minute delay. So, either the guy who scheduled my appointment failed to let the tech know. Or, no one bothered to look at the Appointment Book (I saw the guy write it in; and the guy today did see it. But, with no one to do the work, doesn't do much good). Still, they do great work, and deserve 5 Stars for it. But, this isn't the first scheduling issue that I have had with them. And, I will continue to use them in the future.
