He timed the appetizers and entrées perfectly, so no one was awkwardly waiting for their food, and he split all of our checks quickly and accurately. On top of all that, he managed to make friendly conversation and kept everyone in a celebratory mood the entire time. He was genuinely impressive. The food was just as enjoyable, the menu offered a variety so everyone found something they were excited to order. I had the cedar planked salmon with the most delicious bourbon glaze.
