As I "hemmed" and "hawed" and got overwhelmed with decisions, Lillian calmly and politely kept touching base and working with me. In the end, I was able to get everything related to the counters booked and done with Lillian i.e. the counters, the plumbing, the sinks and fixtures). When it came to the install, both gentlemen were very professional. They showed up on time with the full quartz slab and cut and shaped it on the spot, which was awesome and fun to watch. The installation went very smoothly and I love the finished result. The guys work hard - they were at my house almost the entire day, then were headed out to another job at 5pm! Also, Granite Store is a full service kitchen and bath showroom which unfortunately, I found out about after I had already selected and partially paid for my new floors...my mistake because their prices were lower than what I paid - ARGH! They also do kitchen cabinets (I had mine painted, so didn't need this, but I'm sure they would have been competitive or beat the competition). Obviously I can't say enough about how easily this ONE piece of my remodel went (which I can not say that about most everything else...). You won't be disappointed - try them and see!

The finish and colors were just right and also a very durable finish. I had them build a combination section of a place to fit a range with cabinets on one side and a built in bench seating, with storage, on the other side. I added blue striped bench cushions. This made it nice to put a table in front of the benches. Basim, the owner is great to work with and understood what I wanted and designed it very well. We are enjoying it so much and would totally recommend him and his whole staff to do a great job!!

I was very impressed by Jose(?) when he first showed up to look at the project and submit a bid - he was so clean-cut, and perfectly groomed. Definitely a professional appearance. On the day of installation, the 2 guys that were to install the tile arrived (on time), and Jose showed up with them. I really appreciated the personal touch and time he took with the guys to go over the details of the project. The installers were very polite and very competent at what they do. I know that some people might say "It's just subway", but with the dark grout, there's really no room for error - any offset tile will catch your eye right away.
