I was greeted by an employee or rang me out at their register. The sandwich came with a thick layer of turkey on it and honestly, i paid extra to add bacon and they literally only gave me a slice or two... they clearly shouldn't have skimped on it ...esp since this sandwich was a roll and it was 13 dollars. It was a delicious sandwich, but 13 dollars for a roll? I don't think I'd ever do that again.

The guy behind the counter (maybe the owner/manager?) was friendly and efficient, and the two specials we ordered (turkey on rye melt and avocado panini) totally hit the spot. He was kind enough to give us three pickles for the three members of our party even though we only ordered two sandwiches. Seemed like a popular spot for lunch for local tradespeople and businesspeople, and the guy behind the counter greeted several folks by name during our visit. An authentic quality small-town eatery!

The seven of us had to squeeze in at a small table. West Egg is farm to table and felt quite healthy. My scrambled eggs, bacon, whole grain toast, and corned beef hash. Nothing seemed oily not even the bacon. The corned beef hash had a bit of a sweet taste to me. It looks like it had shredded carrot in it possibly. My husband's country fried chicken eggs Benedict was delicious. He found the spinach to be more bitter than hes used to. It was pricy for breakfast for three people, with drinks, and a side it was a bit over $70. So I may just go back by myself next time!

I've come here a lot. This specific location has demonstrated it is better than others in the area…read more On this visit, however, I came for lunch immediately after getting off the highway from a few days back home in North Jersey. I wanted to see how the food and the experience stacked up to eating "back home" for the weekend. I have to say, it was fantastic. Maybe the best example of a sub I've had at this location or a Jersey Mike's in general. Service was terrific. Restaurant was clean and ready for the lunch rush. Seemed fully staffed and ready for what was about to come as we approached the noon hour. I ordered the classic Italian as it's the most similar to what I've been eating in the Garden State. Was fresh, delicious, very well appointed. I asked for "Mike's way", extra onion, add hot pepper relish, pickles, and mayo. Fantastic. Consistent with back home. The only differences I can really taste and feel (in my stomach and in my wallet) are that the subs back home are larger for the same price and the cold cuts, by and large, each taste a bit more unique based on their variety. At Jersey Mike's I feel the roast beef, turkey, and pepperoni each taste appropriately different - all the rest all taste like the regular ham. But... really a fantastic visit. Perhaps the best I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's.
