I've come here a lot. This specific location has demonstrated it is better than others in the area. On this visit, however, I came for lunch immediately after getting off the highway from a few days back home in North Jersey. I wanted to see how the food and the experience stacked up to eating "back home" for the weekend. I have to say, it was fantastic. Maybe the best example of a sub I've had at this location or a Jersey Mike's in general. Service was terrific. Restaurant was clean and ready for the lunch rush. Seemed fully staffed and ready for what was about to come as we approached the noon hour. I ordered the classic Italian as it's the most similar to what I've been eating in the Garden State. Was fresh, delicious, very well appointed. I asked for "Mike's way", extra onion, add hot pepper relish, pickles, and mayo. Fantastic. Consistent with back home. The only differences I can really taste and feel (in my stomach and in my wallet) are that the subs back home are larger for the same price and the cold cuts, by and large, each taste a bit more unique based on their variety. At Jersey Mike's I feel the roast beef, turkey, and pepperoni each taste appropriately different - all the rest all taste like the regular ham. But... really a fantastic visit. 4 stars. Great sandwich! A good amount of meat, great seasoning, and so fresh tasting. I really enjoyed it! Also, I ordered in their app with no problems at all. It was ready right on time. The only negatives would be: 1. I think it's better to order on the app. You can get what you want, and it's ready when you get there. I have been here before and ordered there and it takes a little bit of time. It takes time because they freshly slice your meat right in front of you! 2. I have not checked in despite coming almost every weekend. The sandwiches remind my of our annual family vacation to ocean city, nj growing up. The cherry pepper relish is what makes it for me on ALL sandwiches. And the oil and vinegar juice is yummy too. I've been a fan of the chain for years and never had a bad meal from any of the locations I've visited. Was super stoked when I heard they were opening in town, to say the least. Big "No" from me on Subway. I will say food-wise, right on point. Super consistent as expected. No complaints. Service-wise, here's the thing: I will cut them some slack as I know they have just recently opened but honestly, the whole place feels chaotic and unorganized. They offer order ahead in the app which I love, but the problem is trying to just GET what you ordered. All 4 visits consisted of walking in and standing in line for 20 to 30 minutes literally just to pick up the order that I could see sitting on the shelf from where I was standing. All the while watching people walking in, ordering, and leaving. Super frustrating. They definitely need to re-think/re-work or at least streamline the pickup system. In their defense some of the issues are caused by stupid customers, because people are mostly stupid and think that the world revolves around them. But at the very least there should be someone always checking names and handing our orders. As opposed to that person checking a name and then walking away for 10 minutes because Karen meant to order extra bacon. Again though, great food and worth the wait. If you g0 during any type of potentially busy period, don't bother ordering ahead. Just stand in line with everyone else. read more

This last ordered I asked for a regular and received a giant, I do not mind this or that I have to pay for it, but I did not appreciate the looks from staff when I mentioned this and the feeling they were accusing me of lying. Do not waste your time ordering through their app, your order will be forgotten and sent to a black hole where orders go to die. Until you go to pick up the order, that is. Then, you will stand there ignored by the staff while walk in customers will come and go with no problem ordering their very over-priced sandwiches. How do I know this? It happened to me three times, the last time at 8:00pm (not exactly a busy time). I got to the restaurant AFTER my order was supposed to be ready only to find they hadn't even started it. Then I had to stand there for at least 20-25 minutes while the staff made other customers sandwiches before finally rushing mine together. Why did I even bother with this? Oh, and they claim to offer "curbside" pickup. Good luck with that, you will probably sit outside in your car forever, ignored and hungry. It looks like, based on other reviews, this is a common experience here. I know I'm done trying, and will go elsewhere. And the franchise doesn't seem to care either, not bothering to at least respond with a simple apology to a request for feedback sent to them after this visit. And the kicker? The food was very average, the hot sandwich was basically cold, and their idea of a salad is cold cuts thrown into a boel witn a fee shreds of lettuce and three small tomato slices. Thats it. Total price for a medium hot sandwich and this so-called salad? Almost $27.00! Sorry Mike, three strikes and you're out. Tonight is the second time I've had an order be wrong when picking it up an order and getting it home. I'm the app the first thing I ordered was 2 Brownies, so it's at the top of the order slip. Next, I ordered 2 large cookies. So they appear at the 2nd position on the slip. And then the #6 sun with extra meat and cheese. We received No brownies, 2 large cookies and 2 small cookies. Someone has trouble reading the order, and someone has trouble with portion control on the cookies. 2 large, 2 smaller. See photo. The sub was correct. I called and asked for a manager and the young woman got back on the phone and said, can you call back in 20 mins. I said no, the manager should take the call now, I'm a very unhappy customer. She put me on hold. And said you'll have to hold on. So I held on from 7:13 PM to 7:17PM and a nice young man named Joseph took my call. He said he would write my name down and we'd get 2 brownies next time. I did ask if they were out of brownies, he said no. Sad. Thank you Joseph. He apologized for the mistake. read more

First, I want to say the food here is great. It's a very fast paced restaurant which I understand and oftentimes don't mind waiting 15 minutes or more for my food when the lines are longer. However, their workers need more training on dealing with customers. One of the workers, I assume she is a manager by the way she demands the other workers to do things (which are high school or college kids just trying to do their best) is absolutely rude and constantly moving faster than she is able to. I do not order online cause I do not want to get a sandwich with the wrong toppings. This person constantly asks what do you want, before she is ready to write it down and then makes you repeat over and over cause she wasn't ready in the first place. When she makes mistakes (like using the wrong bread) and it gets pointed out, she will slam your sandwich cause she is frustrated to fix it. I understand people have hard days, but I have gone in multiple times and the same person always is moving too fast and makes many mistakes on sandwiches and then gets annoyed with you when she has to fix them cause she didn't care to fully listen in the first place. It would just be nice if they had staff/managers who didn't seem miserable trying to serve people and listened to orders. (Just an FYI, the younger kids who are working with her are always pleasant and I have never had an issue with them helping to fix the sandwiches) read more

I'm giving 3 stars bc I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's and I know this store just opened. I ordered online and stood there for close to 30 minutes waiting for my order while I saw people come in off the street and get their orders before me. I asked the staff 3 times for the status of my order. First time I was told it wasn't ready. 2nd time the girl looked around but didn't find the order or provide an update. Last time she looked around in different areas and couldn't find the order. Turns out it was sitting there. I ended up with a cold sandwich. If I didn't have an appointment I would have asked them to remake it. It would be helpful if the staff took the time to review the orders sitting there to make sure none were missed. They get a pass bc I'm sure the staff is new and I trying to get in the flow. Next time I'll just order in store. read more

Was not impressed at all, Ordered a Philly cheese steak. Was salty as hell and I do use salt alot myself but couldn't finish half of it. My son said Buffalo chicken was chopped to much. Not sure if it was chicken. Didn't taste like it. No variety in the menu. No meatball subs or sausage. It was limited. Also too pricey.
